Rick,

Lindsey, Tim & I had a great time up at Stagecoach Reservoir. We even
looked at a small home for sale down the street from your place ($330,000)
but unfortunately it was already sold. Did not catch anything off the pontoon
boat but did catch 2 trout out of Yampa River.

Thanks again for sharing your townhome. It was great.
