We had such wonderful time at the cabin. Those seven nights were so relaxing and peaceful. The cabin itself is so beautiful and comfortable. Our pooches had a blast running up the bluffs and in the creek.

We have spent 4 nights at the cabin and we had a blast. The cabin is well equiped and in a great location for a relaxing retreat. We would receommend this cabin to anybody and we are hoping to use it again in the future.
Also, we would like to thank Joel for the great directions and all the information provided. Great Job!

| We love this cabin!! Had a wonderful 13th anniversary here, very quite & secluded. To hear the eagles high in the trees is just beautiful. This is our second year coming to Desoto, we will continue the tradition! Thanks for sharing this wonderful cabin! |

Our family decided to do away with the materialistic Christmas this year. We decided to rent a cabin and spend quality time together instead. Our stay at this cabin was fantastic. The accomodations fit our needs and made our stay a very pleasant experience. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub while Gramma and Papa got to spend time with our grandchild. We had a 10" snow fall while we were here which just added to the ambience. We had six adults and one baby in our group and found that we all had enough space and weren't in each other's face all the time. If everything goes well in 2008 we plan on doing it again.

| We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Every year we get together at a cabin or campground with friends of ours from MN. This is one of the best cabins we have rented. The scenery is beautiful (reminded us of West Virginia) and the seclusion peaceful. The kids enjoyed playing on the edge of the stream and checking out all the neat aquatic insects and other critters. Thanks. |

What a great place to stay! We were looking for a
secluded get-a-way and this was it. Very beautiful
cabin with all of the comforts of home. Tastefully

Dear Joel,
We loved your cabin and our husbands were awed by the woodwork and interior design. We especially liked the warmth of your fireplace and view from the loft windows. The creek was a challenge for one of our cars, but we learned to navigate and enjoy it’s beauty. October temps and rain kept us out of the hot tub, but we still enjoyed great meals and card games in the kitchen. We look forward to another visit and give it an A+ rating to others whom might be considering trying your cabin.

Dear Joel,
We had a great time at the cabin. It was everything we thought it would be and more! The scenery was fabulous, the seclusion was all we could ask for, and it was great to get away.
The well stocked kitchen was helpful, and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. We had eight (8) people that stayed and we felt like we had our own space.
I would come again in a minute and thanks again for trusting people to stay in such a place you appear to have put your heart into.
The decor inside the cabin was homey!

The cabin is great and would recommend it to anyone interested in a quality stay. Our top three expectations when we rent a place are:
1). Cozy and comfortable
2). Quality bed
3). Quiet surroundings
And the cabin met all three and then some. Everything we needed was provided and we hope to come back.

| Our group rented both cabins in this picturesque land. We found some great trails in Wyalusing State Park and the Effigy Mounds in Iowa. Thanks for a great get away. The Mississippi bluffs are beautiful any time of the year, but they seem especially nice in the fall. |
