| We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The house was clean and very nicely furnished. Our sons loved the pool. It gave them plenty of room to swim and play. I really liked the short walk to the beach. You have everything here anyone needs and I thank you! We hope to make it back next year. |

Joe, What a great vacation we had! The house was neat and CLEAN; we loved it. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony late at night and feeling the breeze off the ocean. Pool was great! Workout facilities were great! The home decorations were great! Everything was provided. We definitely want to go back!

| A beautiful home in a beautiful setting! Our 2 families shared this home and all agreed it was the best vacation we have had!! The house was so comfortable! So many extras :) The pool was wonderful and such a short walk to the beach! We all agree that we want to come back to this home again! |

Joe, Your house is absolutely perfect!!! When we walked into the house, we all noticed how wonderful and new it smelled! Everything was beautiful from the Thomasville couch, the decorations, the art, the TVs, the wonderful, wonderful pool, nice people in the neighborhood, proximity to the beach, the supplies, beach chairs, etc., etc. etc. We had a family of 8 and there was plenty of room. I cannot say enough for this wonderful home away from the home.

My girlfriend and I had a really great time. I'm originally from the area and it was good to come see it after 22 years - sure has changed. The accomodations were great and we really enjoyed strolling on the beach at sunset while watching the crabs in the shallow water by the beach.
Wish I could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed the visit very much. Great house for all of our kids - A very good location and easy access to the beach. Also, the pool was much larger that we had thought and it worked out great - The maintenace man - Serge - was very friendly and it was good to see someone like him on the grounds all the time - Mike - was very good to deal with and the whole experience was a lot of fun. We will be back.

My family and I just returned home, we loved the house. It was my families first time to rent a home, we were reallly skeptical at first, but we couldn't have asked for a better home or service. The pictures truely didn't do the house justice. We truely were't ready to leave. The house had everything we needed and more. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. You and your staff have been wonderful. You all were so quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. This was truely our best vacation ever. We had a great time in Destin and really enjoyed the condo. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the patio, DVD players, wireless internet access, beach and pool access (very close!), etc. The weather was perfect. We really enjoyed our vacation.

The house was amazing! My friends and I had a blast! This was definately a vacation none of us will forget. Everything was stocked up- surprised me so much to see you even had beach chairs, umbrella, etc for the beach, all ready to go! We definately put everything to use. The house felt just like a home and just made the stay so much better. I will definately rent from you in the future, no doubt about it. Hopefully I'll be able to rent a couple times a year! (There's another house just like that one up for sale in the neighborhood...you might want to grab it!) I couldn't have asked for a better location, better house, bette anything! WAS PERFECT! THANKS SO MUCH! |

Thanks for handling the deposit so quickly.
We had a great time at your place and the weather was very good for the most part. My group consisted of my wife, our 16-year old daughter and three of her friends, and myself. The girls really liked the location, the beach, and the layout of the house. My wife and I took the downstairs bedroom and gave the girls the upstairs, so everyone had their space.
Your house is really nice and I know you must enjoy it when you can get down that way. My daughter always wants to go to Destin over spring break; so if we go again next spring, I'll look at your place first.

The onsite gentleman was wonderful! The girls lost their parking pass immediately and when I called him, he brought me a new one within 10 minutes! Now THAT is service!

We loved the beach house! It was beautifully decorated, clean and in a coszy, safe neighbirhood. We loved the beach and the pool. All the neighbors were friendly. You were very attentive to our needs- especially with us coming the week after Hurricane Dennis.
I loved the website-especially comments from other guest. That sealed the deal for me. Thanks for the book full of restuarant ideas in the house.
