My family had a wonderful week stay at 101 Seaside and really hated to leave. We hope to definitely return in the future. The condo is very spacious and the beach decor is really cute. But my favorite space was the backporch where I spent many restful and relaxing hours just watching the ocean waves break upon the beach. It couldn't have been better! Linda Gross and Family |

| We have been vacationing at Surfside beach since 1991, and #101 is definitely the best place we have ever stayed. The condo was immaculately clean, well suppled with appliances and cookware, and perfectly located. We had a great vacation. Thanks, Marilyn. |

Our vacation to 101 Seaside was perfect! The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained with many "extras" that we weren't expecting. And we were just a few steps to the beach. The location is ideal. Definitely recommend!

| This was our 2nd year at Surfside. We stayed in 301 last year and 101 this year. The accomodations were excellent. We couldn't ask for better rentors. Our family enjoyed ourselves and have already booked for next year. We highly recommend either of these properties for your future vacations. |

| This was our 3rd year back to 211 N. Seaside Dr and our 2nd time in unit 101. It is very spacious and complete with all the comforts of home and much more! Marilyn is a wonderful host and we appreciate all the extras that others do not provide. The view is fabulous! Very quiet! We'll be back for sure! |

We had a great time on our vacation. We appreciated the attention you gave to providing all the things people need when they rent a "fully furnished" beach house. Most places - actually all the other places we've rented - don't really give it much thought. They just seem to buy a bunch of cheap smallwares and appliances and call it furnished. Then, the renter spends the week making do!
Anyway, I hope we left everything to your satisfaction and we hope to return soon. We also intend to pass your information on to all our friends who frequent Myrtle Beach.

Year number 4 proved to be one of our best vacations here at Seaside 101, despite "Gaston"!! We were awakened at 3:00am to wind and rain, but we all decided it was a cool experience!
As usual, everything here was wonderful, we can't begin to tell you how much we look forward to coming here each year! As soon as we drive out of the drive we are planning what we will do next year! Thanks so much for such a wonderful place to escape to!
We will be back in 2005, and hope to continue our memory making adventures!

We enjoyed our week stay at your condo - we were pleased to see almost anything one would need, cooking utensils, etc., we had brought lots of items from home to find the condo was equipped with such - most places don't even furnish the minimum. Perhaps we'll be back again next year & be lucky enough to rent 101 again.

Well, here we are once again!! Third year at the most beautiful place on earth! We all agree that each time we come here it gets even better! The sun, the surf, the lazy days are what make up paradise for us!

What a wonderful week we have had in your beach home. This is the ninth year we have come to the beach but this is the first year in your home. We all agree this is our favorite. The beach so beautiful and your home so warm and friendly.
We have reserved this week for next year and would love to stay the next week also. Maybe if we stayed two weeks we would not feel so sad leaving.

We have really enjoyed our stay in your condo. The layout is perfect, the decorations and furnishings are so inviting and we felt like we were at home.
The TV/VCR in the spare bedroom worked out great for teenagers. The boys even commented on how well they liked the decor!
Only being a few steps from the beach was great, since the kids spent most of their time on the beach and we could watch from the deck.
