| The accomodations are as beautiful as pictured! We enjoyed many al fresco meals on the deck looking out at the ocean. The owner was very helpful in making our stay comfortable! It just needs a good BBQ for our pleasure...otherwise we can't wait to come back again! |

| We had the most delightful week at 301 Seaside. The location, the view, and the accommodations were all spectacular. The condo is spacious, well-appointed, and well-maintained. It was just perfect for our family of five. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend both 301 Seaside and Surfside Beach to others. |

| 301 Seaside is a wonderful place to stay. It is the kind of place that makes you feel you are home. It has wonderful decorations, it is roomy, and very clean and sharp. The beach is great in this area, and it is only a short walk away from multiple restaurants and the pier. I don't think there is a more perfect place in Surfside beach. |

| Our stay at 301 Seaside was wonderful to say the least! The accomodations were clean, private and spacious for all 6 of us. It was a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. We would definitely choose 301 again! |

This place is great! You couldn't ask for more. . .everything is here, very well equipped. The condo was clean, loved the jacuzzi tub, the king size bed slept great, the decor is beautiful. Nothing to complain about. Hope to come back soon.
