This is a fantastic HOUSE. There are too many good things to mention. It is extremely clean and very well maintained. It is comfortable for an extended family of 8 with ample privacy for all. During the evenings the deck and screen porch provided us with lots of space for catching up and playing cards etc.
Please take care of this house as we plan to visit again. |

| My family recently stayed at Forsyth Park House and just LOVED it! We had ten people staying with us (mostly adults) and we never felt crowded or "on top" of each other. The house had all of the amenities that we could think of. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed in terms of appliances, utensils, plates, etc. We never felt like we were in a rental unit, rather someone's home. Our family will definitely return to Savannah and one of Luxury Living Houses! |

| The house is great. It’s big and very clean. It has a great layout for multiple families. You can hang out on the deck, living room, second living room, sun porch, wherever. Incase you need to “check-in” to work, the wi-fi is a huge plus. The best part is it backs up on the woods so you feel like you don’t have any neighbors. It’s nice and quiet but within walking distance to a pool We will definitely rent there again. |

| We rented both the Forsyth Park House and the Wedding Cake Mansion for a family reunion. Renting an historic mansion is a wonderful way to experience Savannah. The property had everything we needed and more. Gourmet kitchens and luscious bathrooms. The location is great and the property was fantastic |

| I know the feeling when searching for that perfect vacation property. Have I made the right choice is it really as described? Folks we traveled 1000 miles to get here. And this place is stunning the owners have gone above and beyond to make sure your stay is a pleasant and comfortable one. Thanks guys for a fabulous place to call home for a week. |

| Fifth anual Princess trip included the six princesses from Los Angeles, Nashville, Fort Collins, Minneapolis, Indianapolis and Charlston. Time was spent exploring your beautiful city. The weather was absolutely delightful. Each day was leisurely spent visiting the Sorrell house, Marcer-Williams house, a ghost tour and riding the trolley. Late afternoons with wine and cheese on the porch and patio made for a nice ending to a perfect day. Thank you. |

| We (MTHS Class of 1960) rented the Forsyth Park House, Carriage House & Garden Suite from Sept 12-15, 2008 for our 2nd Annual "Southern" Reunion. We wanted to feel as if we lived in Savannah and these luxurious properties exceeded our expectations. Everyone agreed we had made the perfect decision. We were fortunate enouth to meet Tammy Jo and she exemplifies the term "southern belle." She has decorated her properties with style and grace. I would love to bring my family to Savannah and have the opportunity to stay at the Forsyth Park House or one of Tammy Jo's other fabulous properties. I would highly recommend booking a place to stay through Luxury Living because I know I will never be disappointed and it is definately better than any hotel. |

My family and I rented the entire Forsyth Park Mansion this April 2008 to attend my nephew's wedding.The property was everything I had hoped for and more!The mansion was elegant yet warm,inviting and comfortable.
I have received several notes myself from my family members thanking me for the choice I made for our accomodations.
Tammy Jo has impeccable style and what an asset she is to the City of Savannah.Both Tammy Jo and Ellie were gracious and helpful each time I contacted them with my endless questions.
Everyone should experience a stay in one of Tammy Jo's properties.
I anxiously await my next trip to Savannah and of course will rent from Lunury Living again.
