| The condo is as lovely as advertized. Not only was it more spacious than I had imagined but it was immaculate and well equipped. The location is perfect-a close walk to the beach,shops and great dinning- infact there are two restaurants downstairs. The residential areas of Rehobeth are beautiful and made walking very pleasant. The beach is gorgeous and the entire area is clean and safe- The owners are welcoming. We would highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone without reservations. The Casavants |

Wonderful place - exactly as advertised. Plenty of
room for a family of five (with teenagers) and easy
walk to beach. Condo was spotless, with upgraded
kitchen, which was very handy. Would stay again, and
highly recommend. |

The condo was as it was advertised and the owners are easy to deal with. Nicely decorated and lot's of games and movies for the kids. My grandson's favorite thing was the trash compactor. In walking distance to the beach was a plus. We would definitely rent it again.

| The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and the location was great. The kitchen was beautiful, in fact, we cooked several meals and found all we needed. We also liked that the bedrooms were located on the lower level and the living areas were above. There was plenty of room for all of us. We had a very enjoyable week! |

| We loved this condo. We have two small children and the proximity to everything from food, the beach, the boardwalk, and Fun Land was great. When we return to Rehoboth we would love to stay in this condo again. |

| We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and perfectly equipped two-level condo. It is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants Rehoboth has to offer, as well as the beach! The owners are thoughtful and very easy to work with. The condo was extremely clean and well-kept. The two level floorplan with bedrooms on the lower floor was a great bonus as it allowed adults time to relax upstairs while the children were sleeping!I would absolutely stay here again! |

It is very conveniently located to the beach, Rehoboth Avenue, many good restaurants (we especially enjoyed Mariachi's down the street), and our kids' favorite place -- Funland. We loved having our own parking spot and being able to walk almost everywhere! |

| We had a girl's weekend the middle of October at your condo and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The shopping was great at the outlets. The weather was also fantastic. Nice walk to the beach and boardwalk....good time by all!! |

We had a lovely time at the beach. The Condo was great and because we went in Septemeber, it was very quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the screened-in-porch off of the family room. We liked the kitchen too.

| We enjoyed this condo a great deal. The best features were the location (easy walk to beach and tons of restaurants), the size and furnishings, and the screened in porch on the top level. This is a great condo for families because the bedrooms are on a lower level, allowing the adults to "hang out" even after the kids go to bed. We plan to rent again next summer and would recommend the unit highly to others. |
