Hi Craig-
We wanted to let you know that we had a great family vacation last week in 2 Long Boat. The weather was perfect for "beaching" (no rain; temp in the low 90's) and the accomodations were first class. Everyone enjoyed your home as the layout fit our family perfectly. It was very well-maintained, and Rosemary wanted me to emphasize to you that she thought it was beautifully decorated. It certainly was one of the nicest homes we've rented at Palmetto Dunes. We're hopeful that we'll be able to stay at 2 Long Boat again on our future trips to Hilton Head.
Looking forward to next year.

| We just got back from our 2nd stay at 2 Longboat and it was exceptional. The pool is perfect for all ages and the house is immaculate. We loved the huge bathroom with the walk in shower! The close proximity to the ocean is just another reason we hope to be back to 2 Longboat soon. |

| A great place to stay! Plenty of room for everyone - and the kids enjoyed the bunk room with their own TV & DVD player. The large pool/hottub was a huge hit with everyone and the short walk to the beach was inviting for day time lounging or nighttime kite flying! Eating on the deck at night was wonderful as there were plenty of chairs for all 8 of us (kids included!) and ceiling fans to keep us comfortable! We didn't leave the house at all (after a grocery visit) b/c we had everything we needed! Thanks so much! |

| 2 Long Boat is THE place to stay for a truly wonderful family vacation! My extended family has rented homes on HHI for over 10 years and this home has been over favorite, by far! The home has a fabulous layout, perfect for several families, and large enough that nobody feels cramped. The furnishings, linens and decor are gorgeous, you feel like you truly are at "home" and not in a rental house. We had two young families (5 kids total) and our parents (Grammy and Pop) for a 2-week stay and everyone was comfortable in their bedrooms and the common living area. The pool and veranda are absolutely fabulous and it's about a 2 minute walk down the private beach path to a wide beach that has very few people on it. The house is well stocked with kitchen gear, pool games and toys, and beach chairs and toys. We highly recommend this property! |

| We just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our March spring break vacation. We would consider ourselves rental home experts, having rented many homes all over the island, and your home rates as one of the best we have ever stayed in - without question! The outside heated pool and spa area was incredible, great size pool that the kids and adults loved. Very easy beach access to a beautiful private beach. Inside all the bedrooms are extemely spacious / oversized. Master BR bathroom is so big and luxurious it was if my husband and I each had our own. Kids loved the 2nd master BR with 2 tv's and a couch. It definitely did not have the feel of a typical rental home! Like others have said, pictures on VRBO do not do your home full justice. We would highly recommend your fabulous home to potential future rentors. Thanks for spoiling us for the week!! |

| We've just returned from our second stay in your wonderful home. I cannot think of a home better suited to our family. The updatates you made to the interior this year are spectacular. Pure luxury. We've stayed at many homes in Hilton Head, but this tops our list, and is the only place we've returned to. The pool and patio are the largest and nicest of any house we've seen. We plan on returning next year! Thanks so much! |

| Our second spring break to Hilton Head was better than ever. When we were told the house was being redecorated, I had no idea how it could get any better. The house is so beautiful and decorated so beautifully. When we arrived, to our surprise, it was even better than before (hard to believe and improve on perfection). We love the breakfast room and kitchen the best. That is where we stayed and played if we were not in the pool or at the beach. We feel like it is our home when we come to Hilton Head. The girls will not even think of another house to stay in. This has become our tradition. Words cannot begin to describe how lovely and welcoming this home is. It is the best!! Can't wait to come next year. |

| Our week in Hilton Head at 2 Long Boat will long be remembered. My two sisters, their husbands, my daughter and two grandchildren, and Jack and I took full advantage of the beautiful and spacious home, the pool, spa, and beach area. We had a wonderful, wonderful, time and definitely plan to return. Your website does not do justice to the home and surroundings. The weather was wonderful and we ate at some great restaurants! |

| We loved your home at 2 Long Boat. We were an extended family traveling together - 6 adults and 4 kids - and the house worked perfectly for us. The pictures on the website really do not do it justice - it is very spacious. We loved the living room, the kitchen and all the TVs (no fighting over what to watch!). The kids loved the bunk room. The pool area was lovely and sheltered, especially when it was windy on the beach. We warmed up in the jacuzzi. The beach is a short walk away on a nice path - no streets to cross. We used the grill by the pool and ate out on the porch. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at 2 Long Boat again! |

We had such a wonderful time and your home is absolutely beautiful. So warm and inviting. We never slept so well. It turned out that only three couples were able to come so the upstairs bunks were not used. Everyone was comfortable and loved your magnificent home and location. The weather was amazing and everything turned out so well.
We spent New Years Eve at the Hilton watching "Target" the band. They are really wonderful. We have seen them many times before in our travels to Hilton Head. It is truly one of our favorite spots to visit and thank you for letting us use your home. Our group is already talking about a return trip next New Year. As a matter of fact, we left the New Year hats in the cupboard in the kitchen. I hope that was ok.
Beautiful home....beautiful location!! We'll be back. |

| We had a wonderful June vacation at 2 Long Boat. Three couples shared the house and we could not have asked for a better arrangement. Everyone had their own space with plenty of privacy. The layout of the house is just what you need for a relaxing and pleasurable vacation. We all enjoyed the pool and the large patio outside the living area. We had several evening meals on the patio overlooking the pool. When we were not in the pool, the walk to the beach only took about five minutes. Everyone is looking forward to another visit to this "very special home". |

We arrived home yesterday after our week at your beautiful home! We immensely enjoyed the pool, beach proximity and privacy, and the way everyone could comfortably spread out if they needed to. The pictures online don't do justice to the size and beauty of your home!
The kids loved their rooms upstairs, and the parents loved the master bedroom suites. It was great to have the fully-equipped kitchen, all the ceiling fans and laundry area, too. It was wonderful to have the grill; we used it almost every night.
The cleaning crew was very helpful in providing the towels and bedding that was needed. Island Getaway was also very responsive to a couple of questions we had.
Probably the only negative thing I would have to say about our week is that it was over too quickly!
Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your gorgeous home! We hope we'll be able to stay there again soon! |
