| Perfect weekend getaway! This cozy cabin had everything we needed. Make sure to stop by the Whistle Stop Antique Mall in Franklin. We also went on the Great Smoky Mountain Railway and rafting on the Nantahala during our stay. We hope to come back and see more of the shops in Franklin! |

We were here the week of July 4TH 2007,we really enjoyed it. The cabin is very clean,like new and very very private but still close to town about 5 miles south of Franklin. We saw 7 deer and a raccoon in the front yard, the porch is nice. It was cool for the July, nights got down to 60* a nice treat from July in Alabama. Erv was a good guy, everything was just as he said it would be, we didn't have any problems, If we had,I'am sure he would have taken care of it. This cabin is perfect for 4, its close to everything and a welcome relief from the traffic jams of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Some things we did: Ruby mines,Smoky Mountain Railroad,Fun Factory,4Th July fire works, shallow wide rivers full of rocks everywhere. Dillard GA is 6 miles south of the cabin, be sure to eat at the Dillard House - good southern food served in a unique southern Sunday dinner style. Helen GA is only 50 miles south of the cabin. We had a nice restful vacation, did much, seen a lot,talked a lot, save a lot, we will be back.

| My wife and I spent 3 great days in this perfect cabin! Trinda was more than helpful, stayed in contact with us. The view is to die for! We were able to get this cabin on short notice too. Very clean, well kept place. Will return again very soon. Thank you Trinda |

We arrived at the cabin friday night really late it had been bad weather our entire trip there and when we got there we got slightly lost. We called erv and trinda and they were lots of help and extremely nice even though it was really late when we had to call. when we finally got there and unpacked is was so nice. It has the comfortablity of home. The cabin was perfect in every way for our family! Not to forget how extremely nice and helpful erv and trinda. Thank you both very much for everything!!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 days and had an absolute wonderful time. The cabin is in "like new" condition and has a gorgeous few and all the privacy anyone would want. All the conveniences of "home" made our stay a vacation to remember. I highly recommend this cabin and will definitely return.

We really loved staying in the cabin. It had the most magnificent view, and we just happened to be there at the right time to watch a great big full moon rise over the mountains every night. The cabin had all the comforts of home along with a wonderful view. We wanted to stay longer (or forever). Everything we needed except for food (and a few things that we hadn't thought of) were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Thanks for a great vacation and I hope we get to come back next year.
