| Just returned from 5 nights in Betsy's Portofino condo. The view is spectacular on both the Gulfside and the Sound. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with coffee and breakfast in the mornings. The property is well appointed with very comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Betsy is fantastic to work with making the entire transaction simple and promptly responding to all questions. Portofino is a favorite Pensacola destination. Highly recommended. |

| Betsy- We had a fantastic week at Portofino. The weather was wonderful and the accommodations were unbelievable! The condo was so spacious and well appointed…so many nice extras for a perfect vacation stay. You were so gracious in making our stay “just right”. We will definitely be coming back! |

| We had a great time at the Portofino this Memorial weekend. The condo was beautiful and well kept. The owner, Mrs. Booth, was very nice and accommodating to our needs! Since we had rain a couple of days in our stay, Mrs. Booth let us extend our check out time. This allowed us to have another full sunny day on the beach. We had a great time and we will be back! Thank you. |

I've been going to Pensacola Beach to visit my children for the last 10 years and never have I stayed in a more beautiful place as Besty's Portofino Condo. Not only is Betsy the most accommodating, nicest host you'll find anywhere, the amenities at Portofino are superior. Waking up everyday to the view of the endless beach with it's turquoise water as far as your eyes can see is joyous. But the most amazing sight is the full moon rising over the gulf luminating a path to your patio. It's truly unforgettable. Can't wait to go back!

| We had a wonderful vacation in this well furnished and appointed condo with beautiful views of both the sound and the gulf. Portofino has so many things to do for everyone of every age and interest.....my favorite is the large indoor pool to swim laps every morning. We hope to come back again next year. |

| We stay at Portofino just about everytime we come home to pensacola to visit. We always have a great time. The views from Betsy's condo are the best we have had because its so open to the Gulf and the Sound. Beautiful! We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent there again! |

| We had a very nice week. It was our 35th wedding anniv. and we got to do it in style!!!! The condo was very nice and roomy and well kept. The view was awsome!!! Could see the beach and the bay both. The pool was very nice, but at times there were to many children for us, the hot tub was also broke all week and I had look forward to spending a few nights in the hot tub. The beach was nice and white and not hot to walk on. The water very clear. I did get a nice tan to take back to Houston. We could have stayed a few more weeks but had to go back to work. |

| We rented Betsy's beautiful condo for family members who were in town for graduation. What a relaxing retreat it was! It is beautifully furnished with a panoramic beach view from every room. I highly recommend it! |

| What a wonderful home away from home. My family just made plans to once again be visitors to the Booth's condo at Portifino in June. We were there for Thanksgiving and enjoyed it immensely. The grounds were so well maincured in November and the amenities offered onsite made it extremely hard for us to leave. The Booth's unit was completely furnished with everything we needed including a breathtaking view of the Gulf and enough living space for my now 16mos. old to take his first steps. I will spread the word and encourage others to take advantage of such a wonderful vacation spot. |

The condo was beautiful! And Betsy was so nice to us, she gave us lots of recommendations about restaurants. All the arrangements were really easy and we had a wonderful time in Pensacola at this great condo.
Portofino is a really good place to stay. We would certainly rent the condo again.
El apartamento es estupendo y el complejo tiene unas instalaciones excelentes. La propietaria fue super amable con nosotros y todo fueron facilidades. Sin duda volveríamos a alquilar el apartamento.

The Booth's condo is absolutely beautiful. We stayed for five nights in May and were very happy with the accommodations. The rooms were lovely and the kitchen was fully loaded with anything that we needed to cook our meals. My favorite part was the beautiful view of the Gulf from every room. I constantly found myself looking out at the beautiful waves. Thank you Mrs. Booth for letting us stay in your fabulous condo by the beach! We hope to visit again soon!

| We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. My family and I were impressed with everything that the Booth's have done to their "home away from home". This is my youngest som's first time to the beach and I am so glad that we stayed here. I would recomend the Protofino to anyone that asked, especially the Booth's condo.
