| My family and I really enjoyed our recent stay at this wonderfully restored historic home. Harold and Becky did a fantastic job restoring this home themselves. (We were lucky enough to get a tour from Harold when we arrived.) The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. We have been to Atlantic Beach/Swansboro many times and can't believe we missed this great place to stay... until now. Thank you, Harold and Becky, for opening your lovely home to us. God willing, we will be back! |

| We recently stayed in Swansboro and appreciate greatly the hospitality of Mr. Juhl in allowing us to rent his home on such short notice. We traveled to see our son who is in the military. We found the location to be quite convenient. On Sunday, we strolled downtown and had breakfast at Yana's, a 50s style restaurant. Also had ice cream while sitting on a dock overlooking the Marina. The house is quite close to base so it is convenient for military families visiting the area. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are quite friendly. Once again, a huge thanks to the Juhl family for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy the town of Swansboro and the comfort of their house. |

Our family enjoyed a last weekend with our Son who was deploying for training to go back to Iraq. It was a year ago and he is home safely. I look back at the sweet times we had in this lovely "home" in Swansboro. The owner was so informative about the developement of the property and the house was just delightful. I only wish it was available for my vacation this year! I looked too late! Maybe a little later in the season. I would reccomend this to any family that wants a personal family feeling in a relaxed atmosphere.

| This house was wonderful. It had a really nice location close to the town and beautiful views from the upstairs deck. The price was fantastic. All of the house was clean and decorated in a lovely style. We had a really nice time here and would definitely stay here again. |

Thank you to the Juhls for the wonderful place to stay after our son returned from overseas USMC deployment. Harold was flexible when we weren't certain of exact dates, and that was so appreciated. The house is clean and comfortable and the weather cooperated in January so much that we could sit out on the upper porch and enjoy the view and each other!
We love Swansboro, and we loved having a temporary home within walking distance of the river and morning coffee and several great restaurants!

Beautiful home, very clean, well-equipped, neighborhood atmosphere was great and owner was a pleasure to do business with! :) Overall we enjoyed our stay tremondously. |

| This is THE place to stay in Swansboro. I have never dealt with a better renter in my life!! It's awesome just to take in the beauty of this house and explore without even going outside! I will definitely make this my 1st choice every time we visit!!! |
