| My second stay at this lovely apartment. The location is excellent but more than anything to come 'home' after outings is so lovely. The spacious appointment and comfort in every regard made the stay in Paris so very wonderful. Thankyou |

| The apartment was clean, well presented and convenient to shops and transport however the front main entrance to the building was a bit daunting at first impression and noise from the small Theatre opposite and also delivery van noise was a negative.Would stay again but don't forget your earplugs. |

We enjoyed our stay in Paris emmensely! The apartment at 20 Rue Chapon was lovely, very spacious, clean and in the perfect location. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, enjoyed walking around at night and sitting at a local cafe.
We did have a problem in that our nephew who was with us and had stayed there before thought we only needed an adapter to plug in our electric shaver. However, when we did this it blew a fuse. My husband tried flipping the circuit breakers back but the electricity in the bathroom would not come back on.
I called to report this but got no help whatsoever. We went 2 days with no electricity in the bathroom.
But we would definitely stay there again. I have recommended the apartment to several people because all in all it is great! |

| WE stayed here the weekend of the Paris marathon. This is a great appartment, very spacious and well kitted out to a high standard. We have rented a few appartments before and this was easily the best. |

| A wonderfully spacious, attractive and clean apartment in quiet yet handy location. For us, a family of four, it was just a 10 min walk to the metro with our wheelie luggage, which enabled easy access to both Charles De Gaulle and Orly airports. John-Paul kindly greeted us and showed us all the ins and outs of the apartment and thus set us off on the right step to a wonderful stay in Paris. We would certainly book again as can't imagine any better place to stay. |

| A super appartment. We were met immediatly on arrival and made to feel welcome. The appartment itself is comfortable and spacious, comparing most favourably with Paris hotel rooms. The location couldn't be better. It ia a safe area within walking distance of many central venues, surrounded by a wealth of shops and restaurants and a short stroll from the metro. When next we visit Paris we would be very pleased to stay here again. |

Location is just perfect - all within walking distance or the nearby metro status art de metier. I will strongly recommend tha apartment for those with small famnily and plan on staying for about 1-2 weeks. |

I stayed here for a week with my Mum, and we both loved this very well-appointed apartment. The location is ideal as it's near the metro and within walking distance of much of central Paris, as well as being on the edge of the lovely Marais district and a stone's throw from the Pompidou Centre.
As this flat is in the heart of the wholesale district, there are some weekday deliveries from around 7am, but this only disturbed us once or twice and is really no big deal.
We are returning for a week next year and will definitely use Rent Paris again. Although not cheap by the usual Paris rent levels, it is good value when compared to the cost of 2 hotel rooms for a week, and a lot more appealing! |

Our choice to stay at this apartment was an excellent one as we enjoyed the large windows overlooking the street and flowers blooming from windowboxes on neighbouring balconies. The sleeping accomodations were comfortable and the linens of good quality. We appreciated having the internet connection, and enjoyed the spaciousness of the living room and the bathroom, particularly the tall ceilings and the dining room . The chandelier reminded us of the palace Versailles. Metro , bus transportation, grocery and nearby points of interest were all conveniently located and we would definately return here to the Marais. Paris is a beautiful city and ideally lived from a Parisian apartment such as this. We highly recommend it. Thank you Fabrice . We used Paris Shuttle to and from the airport and were pleased with their service. We found everyone we met very friendly and helpful. We will return. vive la Paris ! |

Excellent location, excellent facilities, clean and spacious – basically ideal for our week in Paris with our two teenage kids.
The service provided was also excellent. When we arrived, Danny took the time to show us where everything was and how the TV/DVD and washer/dryer worked. When we left, Fabrice took the time and trouble to post on a jacket, keys, etc that we had accidentally left behind. Much appreciated.
On the down side – the dryer is not hot enough to dry much and there can be some street noise at night.
We’ll definitely stay again next time in Paris. |

| Over 3 weeks in June, we travelled to London, Paris and Madrid, and this was the best accomodation of all! Very conveniently located to the Metro, museums, stores and restaurants. Very clean and spacious for our family of 4. The TV/DVD was difficult to navigate (perhaps a written guide would help?), and the dryer did not get the clothes completely dry. But all in all, it was great! We would choose it again. Thank you! |

We recently stayed at 20 rue Chapon from June 5-8, 2007. This was our second visit to Paris but our first with our children aged 4 years and 16 months. The apartment is very spacious, immaculately kept and provides you with all the comforts of being at home. This apartment allowed us to have the space that we needed as a family in a lovely neighborhood. Everything was within walking distance, there are several grocery stores and countless restaurants to select from. The children slept in the bedroom while my husband and I slept on the unbelievably comfortable pull-out couch in the living room.
I would highly recommend using World Shuttle, which we used to transport us to and from the airport. The service was efficient and our driver who took us back to the airport was exceptionally friendly.
It was with some sadness that we ended our all too short visit to Paris, but we will be back and I know exactly where we will hope to stay.

| We loved our stay in this beautiful, spacious and extremely well appointed apartment. We were very comfortable and our expectations were exceeded. The location is brilliant. Our only disappointment was the dryer, which was ineffective for a washload. All else was fantastic and we hope to return. |

Great Apartment and great service! We walked to restaurants and museums. Two metro stops, a bus stop and taxi stand within 3 blocks. Rue Rambuteau(two blocks) has great food shops. Ate at Chez Denise, Ambassade de Auvergne, Brasserie Mollard, Chez Michel, Bel Canto, Astier, and Gallopin and walked home each night.

The apartment was as we had anticipated after seeing the pictures an reading comments from other guests. Everything was very good. Some small issues with appliances. The staff of Rentparis was very helpful and took time to explain various things to us. I will not hesitate in renting the same place again, if I was going to be in Paris. |

We stayed here for four days in early January and could not have been more pleased. The apartment is spacious, nicely appointed, and the sofabed is divine. We wish we could find one like it in Wisconsin.
Fabrice and Jean-Pierre helped us acclimate to both the neighborhood and the apartment. Also, if they said they would do something, it was done!!
We love the neighborhood and would, in a heartbeat, again stay in this apartment. |

A friend and I stayed here for 8 nights in October 2006. What a great apartment! She had the bedroon and I had the sofabed. I have never slept on a sofabed like this one: it was as comfortable as my new temperpedic mattress at home. This apartment was convenient to public transportation and shopping. It was such fun to stop at the local bakeries, markets and wine stores on our way home each evening and shop line true Parisians.
All items in the apartment, especially the bed linens, were of high quality. Also, the blowdryer was better than the one I use at home.
My only request would be that the instruction booklet page for the washer/dryer unit be more detailed. Most of us from the United States have never used a combination machine before. Also, there needs to be an instruction page for using the VCR.
I would highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed in March 2005 for 1 month and found the apt and amenities superb!! The apt. very clean, and spacious with a large bedroom, living area, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apt. is located in central Paris close to stores, museums and the metro is 2 minute walk. The only opportunity was that the sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 had to sleep on the couch. It probably would be fine for kids. Maybe by now it has been replaced. I would definitely recommend this apt - we stayed in 4 apts with Rent Paris in the past and this is the best!! The hosts were very helpful and follow up with requests quickly!

Homeowner Response:
Yes, you right ! Since March 2005 we changed the sofa bed as you can see between the photo (3 years ago) and the new video. But, as you know, sofa beds are good for kids and several nights only, not for adults and more than 1 week :-)

Dear Rent Paris, Although I made use of the Livre d'Or available to me in this excellent apartment, I am writing to reiterate what an excellent experience we had renting from you. Touristing in Paris, while wonderful is exhausting and we looked forward to returning to the peace, quiet and comfort of our apartment at 20 Rue Chapon. Fabrice and Jean-Michel could not have been nicer and the guys that came to clean were charming as well. We had a fabulous time and will definitely rent from you again, as will our friends based upon our glowing recommendation. Why stay in a hotel when you can be at home in Paris! Thanks again, Lisa Jarvis

| I can't say enough about how lovely this apartment was. Fully appointed, immaculately clean and on a small street that just oozed "Paris". We were close to resturaunts, groceries and the Plaza at the Pompidou Center, as well as several Metro Stations,ATM's etc. The gentlemen who were our hosts wre accomadating and informative. We saved money by having our pastries and coffee here at leisure before heading out for our daily adventures. On top of everything, we slept with the windows open---Paris has no bugs!!! |

Enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. We found the apartment spacious, well furnished and very clean. The location was great and we couold walk to many of the attractions. We would stay again. The entrance to the building may bother some and there is noise as the area is now semi commercial (with lots of movement and storage of cartons and goods - safety issue?) rather than residential. |

| We have been to Paris many times, always staying in a hotel. This was our first Paris apartment experiance and we will never stay in a hotel again. The apartment is nicely apointed with antiques, giving us a real Parisian home experiance. The space is large, airy, comfortably heated with great services (TV, phone etc.) The entrence way to the building is under restoration - do not let it bother you, once the door to the aprtment is opened, you will be very pleased with this excellent value. |

This is a wonderful apartment -- it's been recently renoveated and is in a great location. The owners have very thoughtfully furnished it as well. There was everything we needed for our stay in Paris. It's perfect for a couple or a small family. It was our first time renting and apartment, and we liked our experience so much, we'd definitely do it again!
