After a busy month, socialising with family and friends, we were ready for a quiet stay in your apartment and we were not disappointed. We were welcomed by Jean-Pierre who was very helpful. We found the apartment "tranquil", very clean, with an excellent bathroom and plenty of linen. We loved its location near the Marais and, like other guests, appreciated the nearby "laverie", the "boulangerie" and the excellent restaurant in the nearby historic Nicolas Flamel house. Some suggestions: lids for the two cooking pots; one good quality frypan instead of several old ones; a corkscrew that works on plastic "corks"; and a chopping board. We were also somewhat surprised when, having a rest upstairs one afternoon, we heard the door open and voices downstairs. It turned out to be the owner who had come with another person to collect some property from the cupboard under the stairs. She should have telephoned beforehand, or knocked and called out. As for World shuttle, your information recommended their services from the airport to the apartment. It would be helpful if it was made clear that this has to be arranged beforehand. (At the end of our stay, we booked World Shuttle to take us back to the airport. The mini bus arrived half an hour late, without any apologies!. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to recommend the apartment to others. |

Very nice apartment in a good and very quiet location. Some improvements would be to include a few very basic things like a roll of paper towel, salt and pepper in the kitchen. Also, a page should be added to the logistics book that describes how to operate the DVD player (similar to the page on operation of the washer or telephone, etc).. Jean-Phillipe went over the TV and remote control quickly with me on arrival, but not the DVD player, and I never was able to figure out how to operate it. Also, the non-stick fry pan should be replaced - it is a health hazard with all the teflon on the cooking surface scratched and exposed. But these are relatively minor - I would stay there again. |

| A quiet haven in the Beaubourg area of the Marais, this appartment provided a welcome retreat after long days of sightseeing and the busy-ness of Paris. We appreciated the facilities and found everything we needed for our short stay, except for a decent can opener! The bed was very comfortable, although we had to move it against the window wall to provide a bed head/pillow support. It was great having a washing machine even though the drying cycle didn't work. This was not a problem as there is a laundromat opposite the appartment, so it was easy to do a wash overnight and zip out before breakfast to dry the clothes. We enjoyed our stay in this great location. |

My husband and I stayed for one week in April at this adorable apartment. We were comfortable and satisfied with the accommodations and services, though we were out for at least 12 hours every day so did not spend much time there. It is true that the boulangerie is terrific, but the location is the best part. What a great neighborhood the Marais is. We walked to almost everywhere, and found the nearby metro stop to be most convenient. Also, there is a great vegetarian restaurant in the neighborhood, Le Potager de Marais, which we frequented and highly recommend.
The phone is free to anywhere in the world which was a lovely surprise. My husband and I (he's almost 6 feet tall) would recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to stay there when we return!

| Nice apartment and perfectly located, but consider carefully if you are 6ft or taller! Short ceilings and short beds were our only complaint with the place. Very nice not having to walk up any stairs at the end of a long day touring, and as mentioned before, nicely located. |

| We have been there on Christmas 2007; extremely clean and nice, beside Nicolas Flamel's house (mentioned on Harry Potter books) in real "Parisien style". Very closed to Centre Pompidou (metro station), Hotel de Paris and Notre Dame, ideal for a short stay in Paris. |

| We found the apartment very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay in Paris. The location was even better than we had expected, and the boulangerie over the road ideal. |

Extremely clean and quaint apartment, properly describred by Jean-Pierre as "Snow White's house". Used to wider spaces, we found it on the smallish side but this is also the charm of Marais. The bedroom situated on the second floor was practical. We liked the fact that dishwashing liquid and dish towels were provided. We brought our own cellophane which proved useful.
The location is ideal: across the street from the bakery, near restaurants, shopping and a few minutes walk to various metro lines. As we found the washer/dryer cycle too long, we opted for the laundromat across the street, literally 40 steps from the apartment. It made washing and drying more efficient in a city where time is better spent exploring.
Jean-Pierre was extremely helpful and even followed up to ensure our cab had arrived.

Appartment is nice, but bedroom little congested. Visitors generally would have some valuebles. Installing a small safe deposit box in the cupboard would help visitors. |

We had a wonderful time in your apartment................... Saw most of the "tourist sites" as well as many of those in local areas. Ate most meals in the Marais district. Found wonderful, reasonable meals and very friendly people. Had no problems getting around at all and found the French most cordial and helpful. We love your country and enjoyed being a Parisian for 10 days. Hope to return one day--perhaps to celebrate another birthday.............. Thanks again.............Anita Plies

| I spent 2 weeks here this spring and it was a perfect location in the heart of the Marais district. This is a comment from someone who only passed through Paris before. The Metro is so convenient and the Pompidou Centre is the best landmark and right down the street. |

| A friend and I stayed in April 2003 in this charming apartment and felt totally at home, comfortable, and delighted -- as well as enchanted by the little court outside our door, the street, and the location (including epicerie, laundry, and bakery only a few steps away). The separate accommodations are very workable for two people (and probably more -- i.e., couples). And Fabrice and Jean-Pierre could not be more efficient or more thoughtful or more helpful. |
