| We stayed at 5 Rue Pecquay in late October 2009. The apartment was perfect size for our group of three adults. You do need to be reasonably mobile to climb the ladders and use the two loft sleeping spaces. Location is just excellent - on a quiet short street in a very lively and exciting neighbourhood. Close to the Metro and all the main sites in central Paris. You can walk pretty well everywhere. Excellent restaurants a few doors away, a couple of wonderful bakeries, a very high quality Italian takeout, etc, etc. Reasonably priced hi-speed internet, with free calling to Canada/US included with the internet service. |

We recently returned from our stay in your apartment in beautiful Paris. The apartment was everything we expected and the check in was great and Jean Pierre even walked us by a few locations we had asked about and recommended some restaurants. One of which was great with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. The accomadations worked perfect for us, a family of four with two teen girls who enjoyed each getting their own loft. The only thing to be aware of is you can hear the occupants in the apartment above, but that is to be expected because of the age of the building. The amenities of the apartment well made up for a little noise above and luckily we were on the same schedule, which was to get out and see the sights and experience Paris. Merci, Victoria |

We stayed at rue Pecquay for 4 nights, and we really regretted not being able to stay longer. The check-in and check-out was made very easy and pleasant. Although situated only 50 meters away from rue Rambuteau, the street is very quiet. You will find nearby bakeries, butchery, grocery and wines stores, and pharmacy. The apartment itself is really convenient for all type of travellers wether you have children, or you're staying with an other couple as we did.

Our family of 5 just returned from our stay in Paris. We loved, loved, loved our stay at rue Recquay. We were so glad to see Jean-Pierre there to greet us after a sweaty journey from airport via metro. The apartment is great. Fully equipped. Nice beds, lots of towels, cutlery, plates etc. Even fresh flowers. Great location on a quiet side street. Close to Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame and several metro stops. Great shops and restaurants right around the corner. Fantastic. We would recommend this place to all our friends. The Fraser Family, San Diego, CA |

| Have just returned from this wonderful apartment and would definetly recommend it. The apartment was clean, warm and comfortably furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the children had great fun sleeping in the ""loft". It was great not having to take towels and tea towels, hairdryer etc as these were all thoughtfully provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful. But the best thing about the apartment was the location. Set on a lovely quaint old street just a few minutes walk from the Seine was delightful. It gave us a real feel of "living" in the city rather than just being tourists. We would love to return and thank you for providing a great setting for a birthday city break! |

| Nice place to stay, well connected, quite (outside) and with some attractions nearby, including some nice bistros. Appartment is well equipped, although dryer did not work during our stay. On the negative side, the appartment is very noisy internally, because of bad isolation (very old wooden ceiling, you can hear everything, especially steps). |

Homeowner Response:
Hello, in this apartments there are 2 dryer machines, one of them doesn't work, but the other one work :-) All bulding located in the Marais are old from the 17 to 19 century, with bad isolation. If you are looking for modern bulding, forget the center of Paris :-)

| Fantastico! |

| We had a great time. Jean-Pierre was extremely helpful offering his number for us to call any time. The apt was great. Our kids loved the mezzanine areas. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of towels and crockery was a real bonus. We found it quiet considering its location and perfect for walking the area and for access to other transport. We will definitely reccommend this to our friends. We had fresh flowers on the table, a nice touch. This was far superior to anything a hotel could offer - thanks |

Great location, well-arranged welcome, quiet place, however, beds on the mezzanines are too narrow for 2 persons, even for teenagers. I would reserve the same place again. Some rudeness during the reservation process really upset us though. |

Homeowner Response:
Hello, beding will be changed in this apartment. Some time our guests do NOT understand we are an online company: Informations, photos, videos, availabilities, prices ... are online. We are not an agency !!! Some people doesn't feel confortable to make reservation online, if it is your case, go to an agency, but you will pay 35% more. This is the reason we are an online company, you can booked one of our apartment in 10 minutes.

| Lovely place. Apt. description should indicate presence of mezzanine in main bedroom. Dining room chair should be glued up or someone will get a nasty surprise. |

| Our family of 5 really enjoyed the apartment. The location is safe and close to the Rambuteau and Hotel de Ville metro stations. We bought fresh produce and warm baguettes right from the neighborhood. It's fully stocked with towels, dishes and even leftover pantry items from prior guests. There is plenty of hot water and modern bathroom fixtures. The neighbors upstairs were loud well after midnight every night, and the guy who takes out the trash at 7am is pretty noisy, but we loved the ambiance of the neighborhood and the owners are super helpful and friendly. |

| We had a girls weekend in Paris and 5 of us stayed comfortably in this flat-even with only one bath! It was very quaint and we all agreed that it was much better than a hotel. The location was great and the RentParis staff were very friendly-even when we arrived late in the evening. |

| We loved our stay in our appartment (#10) on Rue Pecquay! It was so nice to return each afternoon and evening to a warm and inviting "home" --- and so much nicer than being cramped in a single hotel room! The appartment really gave us a feeling of "living" in Paris rather that just being there on vacation. It was wonderful getting up in the morning and going out to the boulangerie to pick up croissants or a baguette and then stopping at the corner cafe for "un grand creme a emporter". The furnishings were not only attractive, but also extremely comfortable. The leather sofa and armchair were perfect for relaxing in --- and the bed was incredibly comfortable! It was so convenient having the washer and dryer in the appartment As for our arrival, we were graciously and warmly met by Jean-Pierre, who gave us a tour of the appartment and let us know that we could call any time we needed anything.(I do need to apologize for bothering him about the dryer not working --if I had read the dryer instructions in the book, I would have known what the problem was!) We will definitely rent an appartment again the next time we go to Paris. Thank you for helping to make our stay so perfect! Mary Ann and Ken Schaefer |
