Wonderful, well-stocked and spacious. My husband's family came up to celebrate his 50th birthday. There were six of us and we were very comfortable. The loft area was a comfortable place to sit and relax as was the living room and kitchen area.
I was happy to find everything we needed. In addition to the expected microwave and (very nice) refrigerator, there were plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and silverware, a toaster and even a blender.
The hot tub was clean and comfortable.
The rent was reasonable and the communication with the owner was outstanding. I can't wait to stay here again.

We rented 131 Cypress on a longer term
basis in the 2008 winter.
The house seats on its own lot and is
located in a quite neighborhood, very
close to downtown South Lake Tahoe and
to Heavenly's slopes. There are
restaurants and rental shops in the
immediate surroundings.
The house is extra spacious and
practical, which makes so great for
entertaining friends and relaxing after
a day of shredding on the slopes!
We liked it so much that we actually
returned to that cabin again the year
after! |

| The house is very very close to all the NV casinos and a short drive to the lake. Very big living room, loft area and lots of room to sleep. We used the kitchen a lot and the laundry room too! The garage is great to keep your cars out of the cold/heat too! The water gets hot really fast so you don't have to wait to take hot showers. Very pleased with my stay! |

| We are just back from a week at this property and we love it! This was our second time there and it really feels like our Tahoe home away from home. The layout of the house is perfect for a group of friends or family -- central common area (kitchen, living room with cathedral ceilings, dining area) and private bedrooms, plus loft. We love the private hot tub in the backyard after a day of skiing. Very close to Heavenly (10 minutes) and about 20 miles to Sierra at Tahoe. Convenient to casinos, grocery, etc. I hesitate to say more about how much we love this place for fear that it will become too popular and we won't be able to book it again! Suffice to say that we hope to return again SOON. Thanks, Mike, for everything... |

| I highly recommend this place because I had one of my best tahoe trips ever at this cabin! It was big, clean, and even had a huge backyard with a hot tub. What makes things even better is that the casinos, safeway, and a ski resort is all within minutes away. Would definitely come back here again. |

| The cabin was a great getaway house for our group. It was roomy even for the amount of people we had on our trip. I found the kitchen window with the outside "curtain cover" the most interesting. Definitely a good place to reside over the holidays. |

| My Tahoe trip was a great experience and the big impact had to be the cabin and company. The cabin was well suited for me and my friends. It had a spacious backyard for snowball fights and to build things. Cabin was kept clean and it was big. Very nice garage and driveway space for all our cars. A lot of kitchenware. I would definitly come back next year. |

| My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay at 131 Cypress. The location was very convenient as Heavenly, casinos, and major supermarkets were just several minutes away. The cabin itself was very cozy and conducive to quality family bonding time. The large area backyard was terrific for our younger child to play in. I would definitely repeat here. |

I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone heading up to Tahoe. I have stayed at many various cabins near South Lake Tahoe and I have to say that this one is definitely the best. Without any hesitation, I would choose to stay here the next time I return to Tahoe.
Right when I got there, I noticed that every part of the cabin was well kept and I immediately felt at home. I felt comfortable walking around bare footed and using all the amenities. Every aspect of the cabin provides a cozy feeling, while still maintaining a very upkept feeling.

| I rented this cabin for the second time. We love it. We had 8 girls but it could have slept many more. Three bathrooms helps when getting ready. It is super close to the casinos and a quick car ride to Zephyr Cove. Reserving the cabin and working with Michael was super easy. The only complaint would be that it is a bit dark in the cabin. I would highly recommend this cabin to any group. We will be back! |

| A group of ten of us rented the cabin from Janurary through March and we loved it. There is a lot of space for people, the hot tub is great, has a two car garage. The location is great, close to Heavenly, bars, restaurants and casinos in walking distance. Mike is really responsive to any issues that come up. |

| Very comfortable and well located home....perfect for our yearly "girls just wanna have fun" trip. We had a lot of fun sitting on the deck between the golf tournament and getting ready to go out to dinner, chatting and catching up with old and new friends we hadn't seen in awhile! The way the bedrooms are set up there is a lot of room between so the home can accomodate a group with noone feeling they are right on top of each other. Michael was great at prompt answers to all questions and was very accomodating to our group. We had a great time and hope to do it again! |

| WOW. This place blew my socks off. Big rooms everywhere and super clean. Best yet, within walking distance of the casinos (just in case all your friends leave you stranded! ahem...). | Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed your mountain home. We were 4 couples and found the home to be very spacious and well appointed. We were lucky and received loads of new snow so we were really enjoying the hot tub each evening. Location was good for getting to all the different areas we skied. | I recently stayed at 131 Cypress and was quite impressed. While the living areas are comfortable and large, the rooms are not lacking either. The entire house is spacious. We were able to relax and enjoy our weekend vacation with all the amenities. The master bed and bath were great as well. Not to mention that we were just a walk or a "short" taxi ride away from the casinos. I hope to visit again soon. |

We rented the house for a weekend birthday getaway retreat. 131 Cypress is a georgeous house & is very well spaced out. No one had problems with space or quiet time. We put the grill to use & took advantage of the hot tub. This house had all the nessecities that anyone could imagine, even a blender for margaritas. We really enjoyed the surround sound system (DVD & Cd's), we didn't have to use a boom box.The house is very close to main casinos & stores. Again I would like to thank Mike for being such great help on a last minute vacation. Happy Holidays

| We just spent 4 nights at the Cypress property and found the house to be very enjoyable. We had 11 in our party and the house accomodated everyone very easily. The cable and DVD hookup was not working but the rentor was up for the weekend, came over, called the cable company and resolved everything. The house has just about everything that you need and is a 25 minute walk to the casinos. We would definitely rent this property again. The booking agent Michael is very thorouhg and pleasant to work with. |

The house is SO much better than it looks on the pictures with great space, and huge kitchen in which we cooked for 14 ppl every weekend, and really sweet hot tub that makes the end of the day so much easier... The house was able to comfortably accommodate 14ppl. The casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort were just minutes away. We had a wonderful time.

| Rented out this home this past year with a few of my friends. It was much more than we had expected. The pictures truly do not do the home justice. There was plenty of space with the 4 bedrooms and the availability of a full kitchen made the choice between this or a hotel room a no-brainer. Not only was the home terrific, but the location was great as well. Safeway is less than five minutes away so getting food was no problem. And if we didn't feel like cooking, the casinos were also less than a 5 minute drive away. With the casinos and Heavenly ski resort so close, why consider anywhere else? |
