| This condo is so nice, very clean and spacious and an imaculate hot tub. It accommodated our 3 families perfectly as it has plenty of room. The bathrooms are updated and the beds very comfortable. Michael is great about getting back promptly with questions. This was a great vacation and look forward to renting this property again. |

| My friends and I have been coming up to Tahoe for the past couple years and this was the first time we were going to get a townhouse. As soon as we walked in, we were pleasantly suprised by it. We had 7 guys and we had enough room to hang out and sleep. Very short drive to casinos and stores, would stay here again next year. |

| Our stay at the condo at 60 Burke over the fourth of July weekend was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and well appointed. Lots of room for three couples. The hot tub was an added bonus and a nice way to end a perfect day! Location was perfect for getting to the casino's and activities at Stateline. Michael was very helpful with the entire booking process and always replied promptly to my numerous inquiries. We would definitely stay here again in the future. |

| 60 Burke Creek is a fantastic property and I highly recommend it to avid snowboarders and skiers, due its close proximity to Heavenly Ski Resort. The hot tub is convenient after a long day on the slopes. The billing process is easy and the renting price is very much affordable. I intend to rent this property again since I often snowboard in Tahoe. Even if you don't plan to hit the slopes, the property is appropriate for families and your average typical weekend getaway. |

| Amazing townhouse!!! We've been to Lake Tahoe almost every winter, rented many great homes, and I consider this one, one of the best cabins. I liked the European style floor plan of the townhouse. Very nice to have your own jacuzzi on the private balcony. The house is nice and cozy inside. We also enjoyed Ping Pong and Pool table games at the Game house. Thanks a lot Mike!! |

All I can say is "Wow". This Cabin definitely made my trip memorable. While my group of friends had tons of fun on the slopes, we greatly looked forward to heading back to the cabin.
When we arrived, everything was very neat and clean with every amenity we needed provided. The house provided for a cozy environment that let all of us bond. Best of all, we all felt that the house was in great condition and was very well kept. We felt comfortable using the kitchen, bathrooms, and walking around. |

We liked the walking path and found a remote picnic area which gave a breathtaking view of the lake and a wonderful wooded area to play frisbee golf with visiting grandchildren |

I have nothing but great things to say about the condo (60 Burke) that my friends and I recently stayed at.
As a college student, my first concern is always price. The rate per night is excellent and one of the lesser expensive properties in the area.
This low price, however, is not indicative of the quality of the condo. It is very well maintained. It is clean and has quite a cozy, homey feel to it. You definitely get more than you pay for.
The location is also very desirable. It is within a short driving distance to the lake, the beach, and the casinos.
I would most definitely return to this condo the next time I am up area. And I would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends or family. |

| Condo had cob webs EVERYWHERE. Spiders in kitchen, spider on pillow as I was about to get in bed. Was afraid to go to sleep. Cob webs hanging from ceiling in bedroom. Condo needed a good cleaning. All 6 of us agreed on that. Sheets need to be replaced. The cob webs put a damper on our stay. SORRY! |

You are in nature and there will be insects. I apologize for the cobwebs but we've NEVER had any guests complain about the cleanliness of our properties. We've been doing this for 2 years and we've always had high marks. We are not afraid nor want to hide a guests negative comments but we will do our best to make sure this never happens again. This guest was also very hard to deal with. Payment was late and took the guests forever to return the contract and was very hard to get a hold of. To sum it up we apologize for the cobwebs but we can't stop the spiders from making webs but we will work on this area. Good luck finding a place as wonderful as hours with a great location at a great rate!

The all inclusive price for the weekend was a plus too because there were no added fees (i.e. cleaning). I would definitely stay there again. |

I had organized a ski trip a little while back, and had
the wonderful pleasure of being able to stay at 60 Burke. With such a large group, we had to stay in multiple cabins, but the guests who stayed
at 60 Burke felt like they got extra-special treatment!
As many people have mentioned, everything was very clean, newly decorated, and very comfortable. The hot tub was great, and by far a popular place to hang out!
Mike was great in terms of communitcation and overall service. I think it is only natural that sometimes things come up, and we may appear
to be procrastinating. But this one incident should not deter you from staying here.
Future guests, just look at the overall track record, and you'll see that this is a great place and all except one has been very satisfied with their experience.

The place was sparkling clean and the kitchen had everything I needed. I am surprised at the below comment but it's hard to keep everyone happy. There are a lot of looney's out there who are just unreasonable I guess!! I acutally came to the guestbook comments to do some research before deciding on a rental. If I were you, I'd disregard his comment and read all the other positive ones from 2-2005 because they're all true. oh.. and Love the hot tub btw! |

| I called over a week ago and Mike got back to me within 2 days. He said the place was available for the time period I wanted. He told me he would call me about it 24 hours after I received his email but he never did. I sent 2 more emails asking him to call me over this week but received no response. Today he finally emailed me and told me that the place is no longer available and that it has been rented out to family friends instead. I would not recommend Mike to anyone. He is a procrastinator, and even though he had to "study for midterms" (his reason why he couldn’t call me) I feel that he could have taken 5 minutes out of his day to talk to a customer about renting out his own place. Beware all customers. |

I just want all our future rentors to see the truth behind this situation. Mr. Mills is way too sensitive about this issue. I never once promised him the property and I have that on record. I did tell him that I will call because i was in the midst of my second sent of midterms for pharmacy school. Mr. Mills expects me to sit by my computer and wait for emails from possible rentors. As you can read from the past past comments, our guests have been very satisfied with our two properties. I think Mr. Mills is just bitter that he did not get the rental becauase my parents had rented it to someone else and had not yet updated the online calendar. Mr. Mills does nto realize that owners have the right to rent to wheover they wish. There was no deposit, no verbal confirmation of anything with the exception that the dates were available at the time he had first emailed me.
Future guests: please read the other comments that has been positive for every single rental: about our customer service and how wonderful our properties are.
We've had guests come back again and again! Who's opinion would you really listen to, a bitter person (Mr. Mills) who did not get a rental because our family friends takes precedence over people I don't know OR the comments of guests who actually got to stay at our beautiful and comfortable properties.
I am not afraid to post a negative comment because there is little truth to Mr. Mills comments with the exception of the fact i did not reply back to him as quickly as he would have liked. But please try to understand, this is a side thing for us and we have properties in Tahoe simply because we LOVE South Lake Tahoe and we want others to enjoy what we get a chance to enjoy at a reasonable price.
Thank you Mr. Mills for making people see how unreasonable your comment is: since your comment, I already had past guests email me agreeing with me and some say they might even reply to your illogical comment. Thanks!

| The property was clean and was an excellent price for the area. Our biggest complaint was the lights were so dim you could not read at night or find your clothes in the early morning. Also it's the first place I've ever stayed that you had to wash your own towels. The kitchen did not have enought glasses or regular spoons and knives. |

We have increased the watts to the light bulbs so the place is much brighter than before and this is not a hotel, we do not provide complimentary room service every day so if guests need more towels guests do need to wash their own towels with the washer and dryer provided. We do offer daily room service but at a cost and it was stated in the contract. We have also recently bought more utensils.

| 10 of us stayed at 60 Burke Creek comfortably and absolutely enjoyed our stay during president's weekend! Michael Tse was easy to work with and checking in and out of the cabin was effortless (keyless entry)!! It was comfortable, easily accessible, close proximity to the casinos and ski resorts, and even though it was 18 degrees, falling snow, and freezing..the jacuzzi was a nice touch after a long ride on the slopes. The staff (in charge of parking) of LakeVillage were accomodating when we requested 4 parking tickets. Not to mention, Safeway is a block away. We would definetly stay again! The only neg. is the dim lights. It felt dark at night but overall it was great! Thanks for a great weekend! |

Creek. It is very spacious, open and relaxing. The big 2 story windows bring the outdoors in, it was so relaxing to watch the snowfall and see all the trees covered in snow while sitting in front of the fireplace after a long day of sking.
The location was ideal, close to everything- Casino's, Heavenly, Safeway.
The hot tub was great! Very hot (adjustable) and sparkling & clean.
We definately plan to return. |

| Well-maintained and very comfortable. Very short distance to Heavenly ski resort and Nevada casinos. Recommendable for groups of any type. We thoroughly enjoyed coming home to a hot tub and plenty of room to relax. |

| The condo is very nice and cosy. There are 2 TVs and you can go play pool (its not the best table and you have to pay for it - $1/game). Overall, a nie experience although we were charged $95 for "cleaning" out the spa cuz' we had left it too dirty and got some gum attached to the spa wall. |

The pool table is located at the clubhouse and owners have no say in price of pool. The guest made an extra mess in hot tub and according to our policies they had to pay for the extra cleaning fee.

This condo was very big, perfect for our large group. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep on. I loved the vaulted ceilings and fireplace, which welcomed us after a long day at the slopes. There are many spots to hang out and relax with 2 seating areas, dining table, and a big kitchen to prep our meals. Next time I'll
utilize the hot tub that we didn't get a chance to use. Easy access to casinos, grocery, restaurants, and resorts. Recommend staying
here highly. |

| This place was a great find! The beds were very comfortable and warm. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and gathering friends around for a drink. And the hot tub was an excellent way to end a good day of skiing. |

| I stayed here for New Years Eve 2005. The hot tub looked brand new and was very big. The television was nice and big for those days when you'd rather just stay indoors. There is a bar area adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for entertaining. The rooms were very large and inviting. It was very close to Safeway and very easy to get to. I wouldn't hesistate to stay here again!! |

| We rented the location for a weekend to have a place for our family to stay as we were getting married in So Tahoe. The location is great, the facility is excellent. Everything was there we needed except for food and drink. Plenty of room and all items inside are excellent. We even had a great snowball fight outside. Recommend it highly, and we plan on returning to celebrate our anniversary next year! |

| Our stay was fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped which came in very handy since our family loves to cook. There is a Safeway about 1/4 mile down the road and thus makes shopping very easy. The hot tub is a huge plus; it looks brand new and very well kept. We will definitely keep this property in mind for our future stays |
