The Sea Mist was a great place for our family vacation! We had 9 guest in all and it was absolutely beautiful! It definitely met our needs and exceeded our expectation. I would recommend this home to anyone.

| Our stay at the Sea Mist was very enjoyable for our 2 family group vacation. The 3 story layout accommodated our party of 9 with plenty of room & privacy to spare. The deck and multiple balconies were a great gathering space for spending family time together or for just finding a bit of relaxing solitude. The second level back balcony was my favorite, especially in the evenings. It has a beautiful view. The house is very warm and inviting; easy to settle into once rooms are chosen. The kitchen is very well stocked (utensils, plates, cups, etc.) The garage was plentiful also. It had everything you need from the wagons, chairs, floats, etc., right down to the sand castle building supplies for the beach. The large swim spa was clean and a charming change if you’re just not in the mood for the beach during one of your stay days. The grocery store is very close & convenient (just across the street from the community). The lake, fountains, turtles and ducks were pleasurable. A big THANKS to Katie for working with us and following up on every detail, question, concern we had. She is a pleasure to work with and very thorough. We had a great vacation and will definitely come back again. |

| Our family had a great week at the Sea Mist. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck every day. No matter how hot the weather, the constant breeze was refreshing. The community pool was always spotless. The ocean and beach were absolutely breathtaking, and the beach was never crowded. The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated with all the accommodations of home. My favorite room was the master bath; it was very spacious and well laid out. The only thing I could recommend to future guests is to not hit Destin around 2-4 pm on Saturday because the traffic is horrible. It took us over 2 1/2 hours to get from Fort Walton Beach to Destin with bumper to bumper traffic all the way in. Thank you Katie for all your attention to detail that made our vacation great. |

| The Sea Mist was a great place for our family vacation! We truly enjoyed our stay because it provided great accomodation for our family of ten. The house is absolutely beautiful! It definitely met our needs and exceeded our expectation. We really enjoyed the grill, deck and pool areas. It was a wonderful experience in a great location and we are looking forward to returning in the future. | The Sea Mist was the perfect house for our family vacation. The 3 story design accomodates multiple families by providing privacy for sleeping, yet provides plenty of space for spending time together in the living area, deck, swim spa, community pool, and beach. The house is immaculate and many ammenities are available for comfort and convenience. The lake and fountain are so pretty. Our grandchildren enjoyed feeding the ducks and watching the turtles! We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and are looking forward to coming back next year. I highly recommend The Sea Mist! |

| We had a wonderful late spring vacation. The house was spacious and well furnished. The beach was beautiful and was not crowded. We enjoyed the resturants of Destin as well as cooking on the grill out on the deck. The community pool was quiet and peaceful. We liked watching the ducks and the turtles. We would definitely rent this house again. |

| We have just completed our vacation at Sea Mist and were so happy with the accomodations and amenities. The spa pump was broken,but Myke did everything possible to get it repaired and when that was not possible,Katie,Myke and Bruce went overboard to apologize. No one could get upset when people that are that caring were working on the problem, Would definitely go back to Sea Mist in the future. paul and linda winkelmann |

| This beach home exceeded our expectations. This was our first family vacation where everyone could stay together (total 10 persons). As soon as we arrived in town, we ate at this wonderful little restaurant called Graffiti (food was great). Once the family decided who would sleep where, it took no time to get settled in... the view from the back deck was so relaxing and peaceful. Thanks Katie for making sure that everything ran smoothly before we arrived, and refunding the damage deposit so promptly after departing. Also, I must not leave out Myke (property mngr) who was so nice to take my calls at 10:00p.m. We would love to come back, and will definitely tell all our friends how much we enjoyed the stay. |

| A most wonderful place for family or a group. This gorgeous home is top quality and beautifully furnished. The location is perfect and a very short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The owners have thought of everything to make your getaway experience first class. You won't find a better place or better people to deal with. Everyone in our group loved it. What a great place to spend time together. |

| This house is amazing in all aspects! The decor is fabulous and the deck with the swim spa is wonderful. The kitchen has all upgraded appliances and cookware and is very easy to work in. This house is in a great location! The views and being on the lake is wonderful with only a short distance walk to the private beach. We had 11 people in the house during Christmas break for a week and never felt cramped for space. It certainly exceeded our expectations and we will be back. Katie is wonderful to work with and very organized, and most definitely knows how to make a vacation house a home! We all had trouble saying good-bye to it. |

| We were the first renters in this beautiful home. It totally exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and amenties were wonderful. The owners' attention to detail was superb - all top quality. It accommodated two families very well. We especially enjoyed the wagons, beach chairs and umbrellas provided for our daily trip to the beach. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony with the nice lake and fountain view and enjoyed the deck in the evenings. The grill was awesome as was the outdoor diningware and utensils provided--they made for a great cookout. The private beach was beautiful and uncrowded--a real plus! The owners are a pleasure to work with. This is truly a dream house to rent and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. |

| We spent a wonderful family renunion at this new, spectacular beach home. We were lucky enough to be greeted by the owner when we arrived. She is a wonderful hostess and gave us the grand tour of the place. All of the bedrooms were very spacious and each had their own deck. The house had everything you could ever want and the beach was just a few minutes walk over the lake. We walked to the Big Kahuna waterpark, grocery store, restaurants, shops and mini-golf. Our car wasn't used very much since everything was so convenient. The furnishings in the house were beautiful and the kitchen was a chef's dream. We sat out on the deck every night and grilled on the huge Jenn Air gas grill. There was a very nice swim spa on the deck but we didn't use that very much, the ocean water was just too inviting. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone and we hope to stay at this property next summer. Please contact me if you have any questions. |

| Heaven on Earth...how about heaven in Florida. This house was absolutely amazing. My 1 minutes walk to the beach (over a picturesque bridege with gazebo and fountains) or my 1 minute walk to my favorite pizza place, The mellow mushroom, made my time in Florida simple and fun. I did not even need a car as everything was right at my disposal. The water was blue, the house was new, and my mood was true. STAY HERE!!! |
