| Lovely house with a great "beach house" feel. Beautiful yard, peaceful setting, easy walk to beach. Very nicely stocked with the basics. Kids loved having their own living room, complete with game table and a knight! Owner was a pleasure to deal with. |

Had a wonderful time with perfect weather. We made it to the beach with the pups about every day. Kayaked on Shem Creek and ate too much, went on a sunset cruise in the harbor. We look forwardd to our next visit to Abalone Alley.

| Just finished a 2 week stay at the property. Loved it! The home was beautiful and quite large. Everything was clean and fully working. There was nothing better than just walking across the road to the beach path, spending the day by the beach and coming home to the built in pool. Very private yard with little noise. I've rented summer property with my family for over 25 years and this location is by far the best! Will return next year! |

We had a lovely vacation here. The forecast predicted thunderstorms every day but we had beautiful weather. We enjoyed lougning by the little pool and playing cards on the deck. We spent most of our time playing cornhole, listening to music, and playing on teh beach! We really enjoyed the beach chairs and toys in the garage. Thanks!

Parasailing at marina was fun even though I wa scared at first. The patio at 82 Queen Street was great. We loved the view and food at The Boat House. The house was very comfortable for our family. Links golf course was great.

| What a wonderful stay we had. The house offered everything you need to feel right at home. We were very suprised to see such a huge backyard that was fenced in, the kid could run around until their legs couldn't move anymore. The walk to the beach was very fast which made it easy for us to come back to the house take bathroom breaks and get snacks. We had a great time even though the weather wasn't great the home owners gave us a ton of great ideas of things to do. We will be back again next year and hope to turn this into a family tradition. We love Isle of Palms! |

From our guest book - Here for Thanksgiving 08, enjoyed the sweet house and great neighborhood, close proximity to the beach. We will hang on to some precious memories of a much needed vataion and long-awaited visit with the larger family including our first grandchild.

| We came here for a girls long weekend in December - unseasonably warm, which suited us fine. The house had everything we needed, and was clean. One of the toilets was leaking so we called the property manager and they came and fixed it right away. We loved the big live oak trees and would sit out on the porch with our morning coffee watching all the birds and squirrels. So peaceful! |

We stayed here during a company sales blitz. It was so nice to be able to come back to a nice house rather than a hotel room! Close to the beach and lots to do, when we had spare time. Beautiful weather! We went swimming in the ocean - in late October!! We'll definitely be renting this again!!

| Loved this place! We went to a wedding at the Citadel Beach House, and it was so easy to just walk down the path to the beach house; it took about two minutes to get there, literally. This stretch of beach is the best on Isle of Palms, in my humble opinion - not crowded, wide, unspoiled. About the house itself - The kids loved decorating the tin man in the living room, and our senior citizen dog hung out on the porch surveying his domain like the king that he is! The house was not fancy, but most important it was clean - and also smelled clean and fresh - when we arrived, and we liked that there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets since it was a little cool on our weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed - everything worked but the toaster, and the rental company came and replaced it while we were here. We will all be back when my niece gets married this fall, again at the Citadel beach house. I highly recommend this place for anyone attending a function there, you will not find anything better! |

| Enjoyed our stay here over the holidays, played basketball, rode bikes, dug many holes in the sand, and took our dog on more walks than she ever gets at home! We found the house to be nice, clean, well-appointed but not so overly-decorated and fancy that we were uptight the whole time. I would call it comfortable and homey. I appreciated some of the "unglamorous" touches such as the presence of dish soap and paper towels and dishwasher/laundry detergent so we didn't have to go out and buy it. Lots of paperback books and even some puzzles and games for guests to use. It was a great home for our family vacation and we will return. Oh and the outdoor shower with warm water was a big plus!! |

| What a treat, the house was wonderful, so much so, we extended our vacation. We would go into Charleston during the day and veg out at night. Our dog was in heaven between the great yard, the beach a block away, and the dog park on the the Isle of Palms. OK, we loved it, too! |

This house is easy to get to, yet has a very secluded feel. As you look out the windows, all you can see are the boughs of the beautiful live oaks that surround the property. The walk to the beach is very quick and easy.
The house itself is wonderful. The living spaces are arranged to allow for plenty of family time in the dining and living areas. Yet, the floor plan with upstairs and downstairs common spaces allows for privacy as well.
We could not have been more pleased.
The beach was just wonderful- flat walking and running surface, great surf, not too many people.
The drive to Charleston for dinner in the evening was short and very easy.
All in all, this vacation destination gets a 10 from us. |

| Great house. Spacious enough to be with everyone else and also get "away". Nice floor plan w/ spacious kitchen and bedrooms. Great lot with lots of room for outdoor play (should the beach be too rough). Easy, close walk to the beach. Lots of shells, sand dollars, starfish found on our last trip! |
