We stayed at Hickory Creek over Christmas 2009.
This is the second time we have been to Hickory
Creek Hideaway just love the location and cabin is
in tip top shape. Jeff and Kathy have been great to
work with even when there were problems, like the
12 inches of snow that initial prevented us from
reaching the cabin. We definitely look forward to
staying there again in this fantastic "Hideaway" in
the mountains. |

| For years I have wanted our family to spend Thanksgiving in the mountains of NC and this was the year we made it happen. Hickory Creek Hideaway was just the perfect place for us. We had everything we needed....even snow fluries on Thanksgiving Day. We would definitely recommend the cabin to others. It is in a great location with lots of things to do and we were all very comfortable. |

| Wow! We just couldn't ask for more! This cabin exceeded our expectations! Jeff & Kathy provide all the comforts of home. We stayed 11/21-11/25. Our 3, 6 & 9 yr old boys would have been happier if we hadn't gone out & about everyday. They didn't want to leave the cabin. We will definitely be returning, either in the summer or Winter to see the snow. THANKS!! PS: Joey's Pancake House & Garlic Knots were wonderful!! |

| Our family of 3 stayed at Hickory Creek Hideaway 9/24-9/27/09. The cabin exceeded our expectations and this is the only place we will want stay in for our future visits. The cabin is beautifully furnished. It is large enough for each person to find their nook to get comfortable. My husband appreciated the Internet connection because we used our laptop to find places we wanted to visit. Also, we found very helpful the album with places to eat, waterfalls to visit, and places to visit. |

Hickory Creek is a wonderful cabin equipped with anything you could need. The grounds and surrounding area is just beautiful and conviently located.
We throughly enjoyed our stay and so did our 3 year old grandson.
We recommend this cabin without any reservation and hope you too enjoy your stay. |

| Hickory Creek Hideaway is a real treasure. Only a few minutes from the shops and activities of Maggie Valley, it is also very close to Waynesville, which has a charming old downtown and many good restaurants. The cabin has all the modern conveniences, and is spotlessly clean. It is tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants a relaxing, enjoyable vacation in the mountains. The owners are very accomodating and answer all your questions. They are very pleasant to deal with, and you can tell they want you to enjoy your stay. |

| We visit the mountains often and love Maggie Valley in particular. It is easy to say that this cabin has been our best stay yet! It certainly didn't feel like a "rental". It was as if we were staying in a beautiful, comfy home. In fact we called it "home" while we were there. We lacked for nothing. Our 2 sons LOVED the cabin. The yard and grounds are beautiful. We will definately return. |

| We just returned from spending nine wonderful days at Hickory Creek. The home is just beautiful and we had everything that we needed for a restful and relaxing vacation. We would recommend this home to others as is has easy access and the location is peaceful and quiet. The furnishings in the home are very comfortable. Jeff and Kathy were very helpful to us and it was a pleasure to deal directly with them. If anyone is looking for a great vacation rental, this is the best!! |

| My family and I had a wonderful series of days there, where we enjoyed hiking, rafting, mountain biking, sightseeing and just relaxing. The cabin was centrally located, clean, organized, and it was decorated very tastefully (just the way one would imagine a mountain cabin to be decorated!). We would not hesitate to return to Hickory Creek Hideaway. |

We stayed in the "Hideaway" July '07 and it was a very pleasant experience. The place is beautifully decorated, was clean and very relaxing. Jeff and Kathy were very professional and it was a pleasure to set up the arrangements. Very quiet in a secluded and picturesque area. Would recommend the place without any reservations.

| We greatly enjoyed our time at Hickory Creek Hideaway. Our grandchildren had a memorable time. There was plenty to do and the cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Jeff and Kathy were very nice to do business with. We are looking forward to a longer stay next year. Do not hesitate to rent this cabin. |

| We had a wonderful time staying at Hickory Creek Hideaway. The cabin was beautiful! It was so quiet and peaceful. Our three year old son loved building a fire every night with his daddy. Our location was perfect....had many great day trips. We went to the Great Mountain Smoky Railroad, Santa Land, Grandfather Mountain, Chimney Rock, and many of the National Parks. We enjoyed eating at Joey's Pancake House and Granny's Chicken Palace. If you like pottery, check out "Pitter the Potter" in Maggie Valley. The week flew by at the cabin. It was so nice to have everything there that we needed. We created some wonderful family memories! We highly recommend Hickory Creek Hideaway! |

| We had a great weekend! The cabin had everything we needed and was a perfect home base for all of our adventuring! The kids enjoyed trying out new games while warming up in front of the fire, and I was glad the kitchen was well equiped, since we got snowed in one night! We miss the comfy bed already, and would be glad to stay again during our next trip to the area. |

| We have been to Maggie Valley many times over the years and always enjoy the stay. But it was a nice plus to have such a lovely cabin to call home. It is new with nice furnishings and all the gadgets that we are use to in a home, from the electronics to the well-equipped kitchen. Also, Jeff (owner) was very easy to work with in that he answered my many questions and always responded promptly. We hope to stay again in the future. |

| A beautiful home in a prime location - close enough to town for convenience but completely secluded for relaxation. All amenities were first rate and the owners are first class! From the beautifully decorated cabin and the fully furnished kitchen to the wonderful lst of suggested restaurants and local activities that the Bransfords provided, Hickory Creek Hideaway is the ultimate vacation home! Our two week vacation was made all the better for staying at Hickory Creek Hideaway! We will definitely come back! |

We stayed in this beautiful cabin for 5 days and really enjoyed it. The cabin is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you would need for your vacation. The dishes, glassware, flatware, coffeepot, appliances, everything is the very best. We felt like we were in a fine hotel or bed and breakfast. The wood rack is full and you are close to all of the ski areas and shopping. We found this to be a cabin that we will definitely rent again. The owners were especially helpful with recommendations for dining and shopping. I think you will enjoy spending time at this lovely cabin.

| What a beautiful "hideaway"!! The cabin is perfect! Comfortable, well stocked, very relaxing! Be sure to take a drive through the Cataloochee Valley. Take a picnic basket & some chairs & watch the elk graze in the meadow! Very peaceful! We will be back!!!! :-) |

| What a great cabin! The pictures don't do the cabin justice! Immaculately clean -- better than a hotel, this was a great place to relax and unwind. The appliances are probably better than in most homes. If you spend too much time here, you may never want to leave. |
