| We had a wonderful stay at your condo! The accommodations were much nicer than the average rental. The beds were cozy, the furnishings above average, well-appointed amenities,and carpet very clean(always a welcomed surprise!). The Kingston Plantation area is a great location too. It was nice to look out from the balcony onto the beach with the Splash waterpark just next door. |

Just want to let you know that we all enjoyed our stay at 203 Brighton- Myrtle Beach on(Aug. 18-22). The unit was as advertised and the property was enjoyable. We intend to visit again.

| Our trip to 203 Brighton was very enjoyable. Both the condo and Kingston Plantation complex were excellent. Kingston Plantation is centrally located close to lots of shopping and many restaurants. The condo is not what you would expect from a "rental", but is nicely decorated and well furnished. It is located next to both the Water Park and beach and has excellent views of both from the living room and large balcony. The condo has two bedrooms split by a central living room and kitchen, which provides privacy to both bedrooms. We travel often and are very peculiar about our accommodations, and both agreed that we would return. We highly recommend this for a family looking for a nice break! |

We loved the place and really enjoyed the entire Kingston Plantation experience. The condo was beautiful, even to the point that the neighboring condo’s guest caught a glimpse into the condo and commented on how nice it looked. We invited them in to see the entire condo and they where amazed how beautiful 203 looked. Outside of a checkin/checkout issue, our entire week was great and completely changed our minds about Myrtle Beach. Our family has visited Myrtle Beach a few other times and has never really liked any of the places we have found to stay. Nothing we stayed at come even close to Kingston Plantation. I believe we all said at sometime during the trip that we would love to come back and stay here again. I would say that the experience was PERFECT!!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us and we look forward to possibly returning in the future.

Everything went really well. We were very pleased with the condo. We loved the Master Bedroom and Bath and everything was beautifully decorated. We had a little trouble starting the dryer and we had to request a new ironing board. Both issues were handled promptly.

We loved the unit and the location! Yes we would recommend it to others.
The unit was clean, well kept, beautifully furnished, had wonderful views, and it was fantastic having a full sized washer and dryer unit. The building was great, as was the entire complex. What more can I say, we felt very comfortable!

We have just returned from a marvelous family vacation at 1809 Margate. Your home is everything you said it would be - spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We found it easily accessible to parking, water park and beach. The weather was perfect and we many wonderful memories. I am sending a family photo snapped after dinner on our last evening.
