| We visited PR this past May and had a wonderful time staying at the Talbot’s condo. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable and after settling in, it felt like home. The condo location was excellent as it provided easy access to the main highway, beaches, the rain forest, grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food places, all just a short drive away. The Talbots were a pleasure to work with. They were responsive to all our inquiries and made themselves accessible during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again. |

My family and I stayed in the condo in the middle of March and we had a great time. The condo was very spacious, with a great view from the roof top terrace. We were within minutes of great beaches, El Yunque, ATV tours, horseback riding, resorts and casinos. Even after a day of deep sea fishing it was great to BBQ on the terrace and listen to the coquis while we star gazed. We stayed in Puerto Rico for two weeks; the first week we spent in the Rio Mar condo and the second week we stayed at the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino. Both times that we have stayed at the Marriott within a year period we have had a bad experience. This last time we stayed there because they gave us a week free to try and make up for my wedding that we had there; the service was just as bad. The associates have we don’t care attitude, things that the general manager promised were not held up to. Our final day in Puerto Rico just before leaving for the airport I got trapped in my hotel room bathroom for over an hour, with the maintenance man trying to get in. So over all the Rio Mar condo is a definite on our list for place to stay when we return. For a family it’s more comfortable, relaxing and economically friendly.

| We stayed at the Rio Mar condo and had a great time. It's close enough to San Juan to run in and out of town yet a world away. We spent relaxing evenings listening to the Coqui's and a few crazy ones in San Juan at the 'festival de calle de san sebastian'. Whatever your looking for in your vacation you'll be able to do and feel safe and comfortable staying at this property. |

| We just came back from the condo in Rio Mar and wish we were back already. We had fun days and relaxed evenings. Its proximity to San Juan, El Yunque, Luquillo Beach, Fajardo and the ferry to Culebra and Vieques was perfect! We even cooked a few meals! Red Snapper with lobster sauce was my favorite! (drive past el conquistador for freshly caught seafood). We are looking forward to our next trip. Thanks Liz and Neal for your hospitality. |

| We stayed here for New Years and had a wonderful time. The house is very clean,neat and great for families. Lots of great restaurants are very close. Excellent accomodations. |

A wonderful condo in a great location. The rainforest is just 20 minutes away and we went three times. The Westin is a fabulous resort; we spent most of our time there. Beautiful beach with chairs and umbrellas, as well as pools, and hot tubs. You just drive in and pay for parking.
We went with our adult children and their significant others and everyone had a great time. I recommend it highly. |

| My family and I rented the condo for our stay in Puerto Rico and we could not have been more pleased. The penthouse condo is clean, comfortable, in a great location, and has a magnificent ocean view terrace!!! Liz was an absolute joy to deal with. She took the time to answer all my questions and kept in contact before and during our stay. We will definitely rent from the Talbot’s on our next trip to Puerto Rico. I highly recommend this property. |

This is an excellent property with appliances, furniture, and decor that is far above what you experience in other condo rentals. The penthouse terrrace is a great place for family enjoyment and has a functioning grill.
The location is excellent as the eastern side of the island has many of the activities one is looking for. It is about 5 minutes from Luquillo beach and 20 minutes from Seven Sisters n Fajardo. In Fajardo, you can either take a ferry, a catamaran tour, or an airplane from Fajardo airport to travel to Culebra or Vieques. The rainforest, El Yunque, is right across the road when you leave and takes about 15 mins. to be in the forest. Finally, most of the greater San Juan area is about an hour's drive from here.
The Talbot's are great people to rent from and work with you to make sure your trip is what you expected. I also believe the rent is more than reasonable if you compare it to others in the area. I personally would not spend double or triple to stay on the Wyndham Rio Mar property next door unless the large resort experience is something you must have on your travel. |

| My family and I just returned from a wonderful 2 week vacation in Puerto Rico. The apartment is great and it has all the ammeneties needed and then some. The people that work for the complex are very friendly and they do a wonderful job keeping the place nice and clean. The swimming pool is great and not too many people used it while we were there. I would definately reccomend staying here rather than in a hotel. Thanks again to Liz and Neal. |

| Six of stayed here for a wedding in May that was at the Wyndam Resort in Rio Grande. The condo was perfectly located to the Wyndam, as well as the el Yunque and other great sites. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful, and the rooftop terrace is priceless. The owners are wonderful to rent from, and provide their guests with tons of information and amenities. I look forward to staying there again, and would not stay anywhere but this condo! If you rent this place you get what you pay for and more! |

| I hesitate to tell other people how good the Talbots' place is, because there might be too many folks trying to rent it in the future! The place was perfect. Spacious condo, great complex, terrific location, and the Talbots were wonderful. I highly recommend. |

Our family of 5 rented this condo for Christmas week 2005 and enjoyed it so much we returned the same week in 2006. The unit is spotless and was very roomy for our family. There is a 2-floor walk-up but the view this affords is well worth the walk. The gated community seems to be more of an upscale weekend retreat for locals from San Juan so it is very peaceful and quiet during the week. On the weekends there were a few more families but you still feel like you have the place to yourselves. The rooftop deck with furniture is a great place for tanning. The large pool in the complex is crystal clear and we only saw one other guest use it the weeks we were there. Great for a swim in the morning or after a day at the beach. The guardhouse was staffed 24/7 by friendly help. The Westin service entrance is a 3-minute jog away and it provides a nice 5-mile loop for running around the beautiful golf courses/resort. The running course is featured on the Runner's World magazine web site. The main entrance to the Westin is less than a 5-minute drive away. They welcome you to use the beach and restaurants and the condo comes equipped with beach towels indistinguishable from the Westin towels. Parking is around $7-10 for a long afternoon, is covered and steps away from a beautiful beach/pool complex. We highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic time at your penthouse condo! Everything was central to the place including the entrance to El Yunque (across the main road) and Luquillo beach. Your condo was just perfect. Extremely comfortable and relaxing to be in, especially the sun deck, up in the penthouse! In closing, WE LOVED IT! We will certainly be back in the future.

| The Talbots have helped our stay in PR to be a great time. First, they are wonderful to deal with. We felt most welcomed in their PR home. And Liz was there if we had any questions before and during our stay. We enjoyed the condo tremendously. It's in a great location with a beautiful view of Westin Beach. The condo is beautiful and cozy, beds are comfortable and sitting on the terrace was incredible with that view. We are so glad we chose this condo. You will not be disappointed. |

| Our family had a wonderful vacation staying here. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The view out the balcony is great for an early morning coffee. We picked up stakes at the supermarket and had a barbecue on the penthouse grill. My daughter and her husband enjoyed golf at Rio Mar & Coco Beach while the rest of us visited the rainforest, San Juan and all the beaches in between. My thanks to Neal and Liz for sharing their home with us. |
