We stayed with Carole and Grady at the Seabreeze for our 20th wedding anniversary. The room was very nice and all of the extras, including fresh fruit, light breakfast foods, snacks and beverages were wonderful. Carole and Grady were very welcoming hosts and provides great suggestions of places to eat and see. We had a lovely time and are looking forward to our next visit.

What a lovely experience on Oahu! We wanted to get away from the big City atmosphere of Waikiki and found this lovely guest house in Kailua. While there is still plenty of activities, Kailua offers a more personal experience. Carol and Grady are wonderful hosts. They offer plenty of privacy if wanted, but were always willing to help with suggestions. When they found out I love to Boggie Board they suggested Bellows Beach, and they were right, it was superb! The Seabreeze is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Thanks!

Staying in this property has been one of the best experiences in my entire vacation in Hawaii! Upon arrival, the room is filled with fresh flowers and fruits. The backyard is very private, great for having breakfast or just relax in the afternoon... The bathroom is great, full of light, with precious linens. Luxury, green, silence, privacy, keywords to describe the property. Heartful, kind, supportive, beautiful, to describe the owners. The neighbourhood is wonderful. Just 10' walk from the beach. It's the best house I've ever rented. I wish myself to come back as soon as possible! ALOHA!

Carole and Grady were great hosts. They handle their property very efficiently while making you feel like family. They answered all my email questions and helped us to be well prepared for the trip! The studio Seebreeze was lovely. Beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Snacks and morning starters galore in the refrig on arrival and delicious fresh tropical fruits! Endless hot water and a king bed to die for! A refreshing pool to cool off in and the sound of the ocean waves lull you to sleep every night! Carole and Grady were great resources throughout but also ensured our privacy and peace. Agnes Portuguese Bakery, The Times Store and Don Quijotes all nearby for staples, fresh fish, plate lunches and souvenirs. Great shopping, too. Best of all, centrally located to EVERYTHING on the island. Waikiki 20 minutes away, North Shore and West Shore all within easy road access. Best bets: Sharks Cove and Hanauma Bay for snorkeling, Giovonni's Shrimp Truck and Turtle Bay for snacks, Ted's Chocolate Cream Pie for a piece of Heaven. Nearby Kailua Beach lives up to its fame, we had a romantic Beach BBQ on our last night...dinner from Don Quijote's $30.00 ....our memories...priceless. Thanks again to Carole and Grady for sharing their wonderful home. |

We had a wonderful time at Carole and Grady's lovely Seabreeze on July 24th-August 2nd, 2007! Carole gave us a beautiful array of snacks and beverages. The pool was fantastic! Kailua Beach is truly the most beautiful beach in all of Hawaii. How can anyone beat powdery white sand beaches and warm ocean water? Carole and Grady were gracious hosts who gave us great ideas on dining experiences on the island. Thank you both for your special hospitality and much happiness to you!

Mahalo Carol and Grady! We were at the Seabreeze January 2007, and had the best time celebrating our 10th anniversary. Waking up to palm trees swaying in the soft breeze from all the windows in the suite was so relaxing. Carol had lots of snacks and breakfast foods for us and was so hospitable. The yard is beautiful, and the jacuzzi was nice to relax in as we enjoyed the waterfall. Kialua has the best beach, and fun kayaking. We would definately recommend the Seabreaze.

We highly recommend the Seabreeze to anyone looking for warm and gracious aloha hospitality and a five minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world -- Kailua Beach. Carole and Grady's home is just beautiful with stunning landscaping and of course the huge pool and jacuzzi are nice too. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood - except on New Year's Eve but that's a whole other story - WOW!! Another nice thing is the close proximity to downtown Kailua - only about a two minute drive! We were so lucky to spend our honeymoon at the Seabreeze with such generous hosts. Aloha and Mahalo Carole and Grady!!

Our family had a very memorable vacation at the Seabreeze. This web site does not do the accommodations justice. As I told the owners, add a warm trade breeze, a warm and generous aloha hug, and a cute gecco sitting on a palm leaf and you'll be alittle closer. Mahalo for a wonderful time, we hope to return someday.
