| Loved every minute of it! The cabin is great, the location is perfect, the area is magnificant! Why pay $100-$150 a night for a small 1-2 room motel/cabin, right in the middle of town when you can have a whole house/cabin for about the same price! Our ATV riding experience was the best we've had to date..you must visit this area. Enjoy, Mike & Paula Alexander. |

| We recently stayed at the Kuders' and you could not have asked for a better place! The scenery was absolutely GREAT!!!! The house is close enough to town to enjoy, yet far enough for nice quiet, and relaxing time. We'll very likely stay again if the dates are available. Recommend it to all. |

| Highly recommended! The views from the front porch are unparalleled and are ever changing as the light moves across the mountains. Owners are more than helpful. The cabin is spotless, spacious and well located. We will definitely return! |

| We loved staying at the house. The view was great!! Every day & night we saw deer just right outside the door of the house. And 2 days we saw a bear just down the street. The house was very clean and plenty of room for everyone. We would stay here again. |

| We recently stayed in this excellent property. Great views of the surrounding mountains and deer in the yard each day! House was very clean and has everything you will need including plenty of room. We had an excellent week in Lake City and hope to return again soon! |

| We recently stayed here with friends of ours from Newkirk Okla. Lake City is a wonderful area, we rode ATV;s in the Mountains, and enjoyed the beautiful view of the area. This house had everything in it. Plently of room. We will return to Lake City next year and hopefully can rent this home again. |

A great place to vacation! You can do anything to make a great time. Terrific mountain view down to Lake City and accross to other tremendous mountain views. I particularly enjoyed the trout fishing and watching the deer nearby. Neat little shops the women enjoy and exploring and ATV trails for all. Interesting old mines to visit and a ghost town.
