| Just returned from a wonderful week in California! This unit was better than expected. Yes, you can sit on the deck and watch the ocean and the surfers! The unit is large, clean and very, very comfy. The condo development is VERY safe and secure. My son lives in San Diego, only 35 minutes away from this unit. I wanted to sight see in LA, which was only an hour and forty minutes away from this unit.....very, very convenient location! And even the employees in the development were warm and kind. I would love this unit to be my permanent home! It is fabulous. |

| Thanks Jim & Sandy for the use of your condo,only place to go and really relax,also plenty to do for the whole family. Nice to hear the sound of the ocean instead of traffic noise. We'll be back!! |

My husband and I had a wonderful stay.
We felt quite "at home". The area is very quiet, and just a short walk to the pier and to restaurants. The evening view of the ocean from the balcony is quite beautiful. We are looking forward to our next visit. |
