| We love Kathy's condo. It is clean, spacious, quiet and close to everything.Our four year old loves the pool just down the way and the state beach just a short drive away. This is a great vacation spot! |

| EXCELLENT condo! Very clean and all the accomodations were excellent! Owner very pleasant to deal with. Very good rental for the family. Beach just minutes away with LOTS to do! Highly recommend! |

| Great location, 1 block off Route 1. Retaurants, Coffee House with internet within 1 block, outlets just a few blocks. Short drive into Rehobeth. Good homebase for exploring. Accomodations were excellent. Real value for the money! |
