Friends kept asking why we weren't having the alternative "orange oil" treatment

Longing for an opportunity to return to Hotel 508. We stayed last July and I couldn't resist coming to check availability for a second stay... Yes, People you WILL want to come back!!! Our stay there was PERFECT in every way. Quiet, clean, convenient. (Fellow travelers, you will find this HOME convenient to galleries, fine dining, shopping, the ever interesting Venice Board Walk. Drives to the Getty, Malibu, Santa Monica, and Westwood were easy and pleasant. Whatever you do, don't opt for an institutional stay in a mega hotel over this lovely beach cottage. Frank, your home is a wonderful retreat.

We just returned from Venice and Hotel 508. What a great place. Conveniently located to everything in Venice, Marina del Ray, and Santa Monica. We didn't have a car, but walked all over. Good access into downtown LA by bus. Stay here and enjoy the beach. Our hosts, Frank and Sandy were also extremely gracious. We had fun sharing time with them, and they were a wealth of information about Venice and LA. The apartment is just great for a short or long stay with everything you need to call this home. Very comfortable. G0-you'll love it. We're going back.

I can't say enough about how welcoming Frank and Sandy are, and how much I loved staying here. It was exactly what I was looking for, comfy, cosy, clean and modern - and the location was perfect. Venice is a beautiful neighbourhood, and Hotel 508 is situated in exactly the right spot to have access to all the best parts of Venice. I will be back there without question, and will be looking extremely forward to some nice cocktails with Frank and Sandy again soon!

Hotel 508 is a great place to stay. The apartment is situated on a quiet leafy street, an easy 5 minute stroll to
the pacific ocean. Frank and Sandy are extremely welcoming and
generous in their hospitality. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Much thought has been given to making the Hotel 508 a 'home away from home'. I love the pictures on the
wall, the scented candles, the variety of vases, the bowl of chocolates and all the other little touches which make the Hotel 508 such a great place to stay. The bed is comfy and the linens of
excellent quality. I have had the pleasure of two vacations at Hotel 508 and I cannot wait to return for a third.

The Hotel 508 is an apartment which offers every comfort you need. The furniture is of high quality and includes a wide screen TV and free WLAN Internet connection. The environment is a calm and safe neighborhood, which is at walking distance from the central part of the beach. The owner lives next door, which was not bothering but very helpful for all questions I had.

This area was great and exactly what we were looking for in Venice. Frank and Sandy were very inviting. We had lot of fun the first night talking, snacking, and enjoying a couple of drinks. The place was clean, impressive, and comfortable as if we were in our own apartment right in California. It's a nice walk to the beach, not too close for noise but not too far away. It was everything we wanted. Our dog loved them!
