| Wow, Wow, Wow, is how I summarize my experience and time spent in Luquillo. The condo was PERFECT, spacious, bright, and clean. My family had the best time, and look forward to returning soon. Please make sure you watch a sunrise, or two; so amazing! The people were so nice, and friendly, and the local food is delicious ;) |

An amazing apartment. Right on the beach at La Pared; walk through the gate and you’re ready to paddle to the line-up. Ideal for shortboarders and body boarders. A bit too dumpy for anything over 8 ft.
The apartment is equipped with everything you could think of (except for a phone, which may actually be a blessing). Each of the three tastefully decorated bedrooms is air-conditioned. Also, there are boogie boards and scuba masks for everyone to use! The balcony is a perfect perch for a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise (admittedly not a conventional time for most holidaymakers), look at the waves and decide which approach to take for the paddle. The town is in an ideal location- a short drive takes you to San Juan, El Yunque, and Fajardo, but you aren’t constantly surrounded by tourists.
The apartment is not WiFi equipped. However, the Guava restaurant, right next door, is. Honorable people can drop in for a drink or dinner, and bring the laptop with them. However, many people (like myself) choose to bring their laptops with them in the evening, and sit on La Pared, checking their email whilst feeling the ocean breeze.
By far, the best thing about Luquillo is its people. Although the town itself looks a bit run-down, it can take pride in the friendliness of its locals. The people in the supermarket, bakery, surf shop and in the line-up could not be more hospitable. Also, one thing my daughters enjoyed immensely is the color of the houses- unlike in the rest of the world where colors are neutral, Luquillo knows no bounds- across from the apartment there is a multitude of colored houses- bright blue, pink, purple, and green!
In short – highly recommended!

My family and I stayed at the condo for a week in December! It is a beautiful condo that sits right on a breath-taking beach. The condo is in a great location. It is close to a grocery store, church, restaurants, a rain forest, and so much more. The condo is equipped with everything one would possibly need! We had such a great time, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again!

| We just returned from a great week’s stay and wish we were back there already! The condo itself was lovely, lots of room, pretty décor and a perfect location. We were on the best surfing beach with a great balcony, very near the rain forest (El Yunque – visited and hiked several times), the kioskos restaurants that are so well known and enjoyed our trips into Old San Juan twice. Nearby Fajardo has a great bio bay tour to take also. Senor Cruz was very helpful orienting us to the area, and the condo was well stocked when we arrived with all sorts of paper products, maps etc. The condo is a very short walk to the town square and the Exquisita bakery for morning coffee and breakfast. The condo is in excellent location in excellent condition. It's good location if you want to visit El Yunque, Culebra, Fajardo or San Juan. The excellent surfing beach right in front of the house is a free bonus you'll get;)
Condo has all equipment you'd need for a good stay.
Communication with the landlord very smooth, quick responses.

| We vacation at different beaches every year. This was by far the best place we have stayed. The condo is awesome, the deck/view breathtaking, the beaches were fantastic. Definately go the the 60 Kisosks and the bakery! Joaquin is a very knowledgeable host! Don't miss this place! |

The condo was excellent! They have everything you need for a great vacation. The PR locals were wonderful. Mr Cruz was also a delight, very helpful, friendly and sincere.
The view and the location was wonderful. We snorkeled on the west side and found many colors of fish. Bring your surf board and have some fun. There are many locals willing to give you surf lessons, or you can watch from the balcony and learn on your own..... They were surfing morning-noon and evening. Local bakery in the town square was great. Make sure you stop and buy banana's along the road--cheap and very good. I also loved the coffee,we brought some home. |

| We had a great stay at the condo. It is a perfect spot to get a little taste of what PR has to offer. Perfect for traveling with teens ages 14 and 17. The condo itself was clean, and well cared for. Joaquin went out of his way to be helpful. The views were awesome. My favorite part was coffee and or drinks on the balcony overlooking the surfers beach. We hope to be back! |

The condo is everything and more... it has everything you would every want on vacation, without running out to buy it and leave it behind. The bedrooms are very spacious and the decor beautiful. Morning coffee (and evening drinks) on the balcony with the ocean at your feet was breathtaking.

Your condo was everything as advertised, and more. We spent a lot of time (morning coffees and evening drinks) just taking in the spectacular view from the spacious balcony. And when indoors we loved the decor and the comfort the condo provided; your pictures pretty well sums that up. Finally, the week wouldn't have been complete without Joaquin; what a great guy. | We certainly enjoyed our vacation at the Concepcions' beautiful home. They certainly thought of everything in providing their renters with all the amenities of home. Our weather was wonderful and we did little sightseeing with the exception of visiting the rain forest and the Mangrove Reserve in the vicinity of Seven Seas beach. We were in the market for RR and Luquillo certainly filled the bill. Sitting on the balcony and a daily jaunt to the beautiful nearby beach with a reasonable $3.00 fee was indeed the best beach we've ever had the pleasure of swimming in |

Luquillo was a tiny town with a spectacular condo sitting within. As a family of 4 (2 kids, 21 & 19) the condo was the perfect amount of space. Condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable & a kitchen that is equipped for vacationers. The view from the family room & kitchen is to die for. The patio even gets better, the ocean is incredible. You couldn't ask for more. Fernando has a drawer full of information for many excursions. One week was not enough time, we need to return. PR has too much to offer! Condo has just about everything you would need.
The people of Luquillo are friendly and helpful. Ask questions, they will try to help. Don't miss the town square bakery, their sandwiches and pastries are outstanding for the price. Benny the owner is a hoot!
The gold sand and beautiful ocean of Luquillo was the best we found on the island. Our kids loved the shack bar right beside the condo. They had a street concert on Friday night, lots of locals. PR certainly knows how to party.
We need to return and pick up where we left off. Both kids dream of living there. Life is lots of fun in PR. Highly recommend condo stay over a hotel, a truer island experience.

We want to thank you for use of
your Luquillo condo last week. The location was PERFECT for all the things we did (El Yunque(twice), Playa Seven Seas, Luquillo beach, Las Cabezas Nature Reserve, snorkel trip out of Fajardo; plus, a day trip to Rio Camuy Caverns and Arecibo
Observatory). How wonderful it was to watch the surfers and boogie boarders
from the patio! We also loved how the condo was in the midst of REAL Puerto
Rico, not sheltered away from everything. Saturday night there was a big salsa festival(Yunque Tazo) in the town square so we got to experience Puerto Rican salsa...quite good! We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the abundant supply of paper goods. And, of course, Joaquin was a sweetheart with
all his information and helpfulness. Made us feel right at home to be able to wave to him whenever we saw him; plus to meet other neighbors on the street. Thanks again! As you can imagine, we hope to go back!

| Paradise! The condo is exactly how the pictures look. It's the one stop shop. THe kitchen is fully equip. The closets are stocked! I highly recommend this condo & encourage you to take an ATV tour of EL Yunque which is minutes away. We will be back! |

We had a lovely time. The condo was perfect, spacious and well stocked with more than we could have expected. The caretaker was most gracious and we saw him on a daily basis, he was always nice and asked if we needed anything and if everything was ok. Though we are from PR we appreciated the guide book (though directions were a killer, the signs in PR stink!!!!) And though we are used to a tv in every room, 1 inspired more family time. Anyway, the boards for the beach were great, a short walk around the bend where the shark net is was great and
less choppy, we also made a trip to the public beach down the road. The beach
chairs were great ( we would get up early and sit on the balcony in the morning to catch some sun!!!)and the view was fabulous! |

| Luquillo & the condo were absolutely superb! I don't think we have ever stayed in a nicer place! The condo had absolutely everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The housekeeper, Joaquin, was so helpful and friendly! We saw gorgeous sunrises right from the balcony and the beach was really nice -- even the "beach dogs!" We wouldn't hesitate to come back on our next trip to PR! Thanks! |
