This was our second stay with Tina at Summerlin (2007 and 2009) and both times everything was great. The heated pool really helps if the ocean is a bit chilly.
Three TVs came in handy for when the family wants to watch different shows and the kitchen very well equipped. The condo was very clean and the community quiet, plenty of room at the beach and the pool to toss a ball or fly a kite. A great family environment. We'll go back. |

Just returned back from our 3rd year at the Summerlin. As always, the condo was wonderful, its just like being at home, one of the best we have stayed in. We look forward to next year.

We just returned from a fabulous week at Fort Walton Beach, and just wanted to say how thankful we are for you allowing us to stay in your condo. We couldn't wait to get there last week, and were so sad to leave this morning.

#304 summerlin was a wonderful condo. It was very clean and just great for our family. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with. We are looking forward to next year.
