My wife and I truly enjoyed our week in this fine
apartment in beautiful Lauterbrunnen Valley. The
view of the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau mountains
and the the 500 foot waterfall close to the chalet is
awesome.
The chalet apartment has a fine kitchen and dining
area and the living room has comfortable couches,
a cable TV, and a wireless high speed internet.
Since the chalet is located in central Switzerland, it
enabled us to make several round trips over
multiple passes and to visit Lucerne, Interlaken, and
the beautiful villages of Lauterbrunnen,
Grindelwald, Thun and Brienz. Zermatt and the
Matterhorn are also close and the scene is as
marvelous as Lauterbrunnen Valley. A great and
quite affordable place to stay in one of the most
beautiful places in the world!!! |

Thankyou Dr.Jon for your very kind words.I would just like to point out that it is the Breithorn peak which you see from the apartment, although the Jungfrau, Moench and Eiger are very close by.I wouldnt want anyone to be disappointed!I'm sure all those positive ions coming off the waterfallls add to the feeling of wellbeing. We loved our stay in Lauterbrunnen! Great early
season snow, no crowds, and our first family vacation
in over three years. Thank you Jenny and Kath for
helping to make our stay so wonderful. We can't wait
to come back in the summer for some hiking. |

| The view was truly spectacular, but even more important to us was the easy access to bus and train transportation which made staying there exceptionally convenient. |

Hi Jenny,
We had a most fantastic week. Every day was an adventure and I was glad to hear from the youngsters and my husband that the whole holidays were far above their expectations. Moreover because so many of our friends had been saying 'what are you going to do there if not skiing?' We walked quite a bit, cycled, paraglided...enjoyed and wowed the scenery...and as for the weather...well if I had to order it myself it would never have been so good.
Your apartment is lovely and extremely well equipped not least the washing machine and dryer so we could wash and dry our sweaty, dirty clothes.
The Bond movie was able to put straight the story we managed to connote after we went up the Shilthorn.
As for improvements, I can only think of one namely, a better light in the sitting area to make reading more enjoyable.
As for the cheque, please desroy.

Thankyou for the use of your lovely apartment.We had a fabulous week walking,with some stunning scenery and good weather.
The 6 day train passwas a wise investmment allowing us to get around without having to use the car.The children counted that we had notched up 35 different train/cable car trips!!

Perfection.Its been a fantastic trip and a gorgeous apartment to stay in.
Trivial Pusuit was a bit tricky, but Jenga was great fun!!
We tried out the wooden skis but got some funny looks!
