| OVER THE YEARS BEAVER ISLAND HAS MANY GOOD MEMORIES FOR ME, IT IS A PLACE I CELEBRATED BEATING CANCER WITH MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY I LOVE. I REMEMBER LISTENING TO OUR KIDS SWIMMING AS I RELAXED IN A CHAIR ON THE BEACH AND THE SUN WARMED ME TO SLEEP. TAKING HIKES, FINDING TADPOLES AND SNAKES. LATE AFTERNOON SWINGING IN THE HAMMOCK WITH MY DAUGHTERS, LISTENING TO THE WAVES BREAK AS IF WE WERE BY THE OCEAN. PLAYING CHARADES IN THE COTTAGE -LAUGHING TILL WE CRIED. HAVING FUN SHARING RECIPES IN THE KITCHEN. LOTS OF FOOD-MANY DRINKS. BUILDING A FIRE ON THE BEACH AND WATCHING OUR CHILDREN MAKE S'MORES. AND WHEN THE FIRE DIMMED THE DARK SKY LIT UP WITH STARS WE COULD ALMOST TOUCH. IT WAS HEAVENLY! |

| Very clean and comfy cottage with a breathtaking view of the lake. Perfect size for our family of four. Very relaxing and laid back atomsphere on the island-not at all touristy like many up north locations. Lots of wildlife and hiking- a great vacation. |

We had a great time on Beaver Island and the cottage with it's rustic yet quaint feel and gorgeous views of Lake Michigan made our experience that much better.
We swam at the cottage every day and even ventured to the other side of the island to swim at Donegal Bay a few times. We kayaked, fished, hiked and visited the shops in town.
Visiting The Toy Museum (not just for kids) and hiking in Little Sand Dollar Bay were two of our favorite things to do.
Our stay was so relaxing...even with our two little boys (1 and 3 at the time). It is the perfect get-a-away from the busy city! |

What a GREAT place to relax!! Our group was a total
of 6 friends that have been together since college
days, and 3 of us were celebrating 50th birthdays!
We had a great time...beautiful, peaceful and the
cottage was perfect! Never spent such a relaxing

| Spent a week in the Summertime cabin early in June. Though it was too cold to swim and too windy to kayak much the week we were there, we had a great time exploring BI. Bring along your mountain bikes for riding the trails and bumpy two-track roads. The cabin was an excellent base for our adventures. Clean, comfortable, well located. Thanks Kelli. |

| We have vacationed at your "sweet escape" for three years in a row now. Every time we visit, we discover something new and amazing about life on Beaver Island ... the trail behind the garage that takes you to a mysterious, wooded paradise... the ever-changing colors of the lake ... the sound of the waves outside your window when you awake every morning. Thank you for introducing us to such a spiritual retreat! |
