| We had a great time at this house. There was plenty of room for the group of friends i had join me for celebrating my birthday here. The house had everything we needed. And it seems like we pretty much had the beach to ourselves the whole time there. |

| We had a great time, everyone in our group enjoyed the great views,the private beach, and of course the dolphins. The kids enjoyed the waves and the adults enjoyed a nice cold mexican beer on the patio. Great neighbors(Peggy and Bob). Lili, thank you for sharing your house with us. See you soon... |

| This house is AMAZING!!! Myself and 9 other ladies stayed at this house for a weekend to celebrate for my sister's bachelorette party. Walking into the house was awesome- granite counter tops, a great view of the ocean from every room, beautiful bathrooms, unique art work, and so close to the beach. The beach was very private and we even got to see the grunion run(liitle fish on the beach). I can't say enough good things about this house or the process in which I rented. So many beautiful sights- dolphins in the ocean, sunset skies full of pinks and reds and the night sky full of stars. This was a trip that all of us will remember with smiles! The owners are great to work with and were easy to communicate with every step of the way. |

| The house was super nice, the views were amazing and we especially enjoyed the speaker system throughout the main living area and outside. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit north baja! (One idea - make sure to bring extra towels and the basics, like soap, paper towels and plastic cups.) |

| The house was beautiful! Our group consisted of both couples and singles and it was perfect for everyone. Everything is just a short drive away and everything in the house is well taken care of. Our group is definitely planning on returning soon. |

| The house was an exceptionally well kept and beautifully arranged house with marble bathrooms, nice tile, cast iron rails, and all amenities of a good kitchen. Had a great weekend stay over and I recommend to anyone interested in renting. |

| This house is amazing!!! The pictures do not do the house justice!! Our group had a GREAT time in Rosarito mostly because of the house. We stayed at the house more than we went out! It had EVERYTHING we needed with an amazing view. On top of that everything was very very clean; from the bedsheets to the grill outside. I would definately love to stay here again! |

| What a beautiful house, with all the amenities one needs for a weekend getaway to Baja!! There was plenty of sleeping space with good bedding, nice bathrooms, new appliances, great layout and amazing views, and very close to Rosarito. I would definately recommend this house as it is the nicest I have rented! We hope to make it back soon. |

| The place was completely turnkey. It had all the amenities you could ever ask for while traveling in Baja. The house is spacious and well laid out for a small or large group. It's easy to get to and the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to my next stay. |

| What a terrific week we had at this beautiful home. As most have noted, it is a great rental for large families or multiple families. Nice sleeping arrangements and all the amenities to be comfortable. The "private" beach was terrific for the kids and the tidepools at either end of the beach were lots of fun. We are already looking forward to another vacation at this home! |

| this house is the nicest rental I have stayed in since visiting baja for the last 10 years. the house is clean, modern, has ample room for a large party. the proximity to rosarito is convenient and to real del mar golf course. very quiet and secure. the security guards were really polite and helpful. |

| Staying at this house was amazing. It was perfect for our big family and it made us feel at home. The ocean view was very relaxing. I have to say that the owners have put alot of effort into this house becuase it is well maintained and everything you need is there. You won't regret staying there. Enjoy as we will again next year! |

Beautiful, spacious house right on the
beach. We slept with our window open all
night and listened to the ocean. Location
was perfect, only about 5 minutes from the
party of Rosarito. We had a BBQ on our
patio watching the sunset. It's beautiful! |

Easily one of the nicest places in or around
Rosarito!!!! The house is amazingly beautiful,
modern, and comfortable. It was only 5 min north
of town so it was easy to grocery shop or go out at
night to Papas & Beer. Plenty of beds to sleep in for
a larger party like ours. The neighbors were very
nice and pleasant making the whole experience a
positive one. If you haven't booked it yet you
should since I might book again before you get a
chance!!!!!!! Have fun. |

| Whomever is interested in this retal have on fear. The interiour of the home is amazing for entertaining, and the ocen view along with its on-shore breezes makes a perfect environment for whatever your vacation desires. Everyone I invited couldn't say enough about the house. ENJOY! |
