| I travel all over the world, and these accommodations are by far one of the most comfortable. The amenities are spectacular, the location is luxurious, and the cost is amazingly reasonable for what is provided. I would return in a heart beat, and would recommend to anyone traveling to Colombia. |

| My wife, three young children and I spent a wonderful week in this spacious and comfortable apartment in April 2009. The location is wonderful, with a luxury mall across the street and all manner of stores, cafes and boutiques within a one or two minute walk. There is a great pedestrian zone a few blocks away which is hopping day and night. We became addicted to a restaurant called Waffles and Crepes--delicious, but dangerous for the waistline! We felt very safe in the building with its 24-hr doormen. Olga was charming and helpful, as was Eduardo, who met us as we arrived and promptly answered our inquiries by phone whenever we had one. We took several day trips, one to the Salt Cathedral, another to a fantastic restaurant/theatre/kids park called Andres Carne de Res, about half an hour out of town. We even loved the slightly chilly weather, a nice change from the Curacao heat. All in all, a great time. |

I stayed here on business for three nights in May, 2009. I found the apartment to be very comfortable, meeting all of my needs as a solo business traveler. John and Eduardo were very helpful, and sought to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Olga, is a very nice lady, and cooks breakfast, does the laundry, also makes wonderful fresh fruit juices.
Location wise, it is one block from the Zona Rosa, which has nice shops, restaurants, and bars.
I will definetely stay again for my next visit to Bogota. Thanks John, Eduardo, and Olga. |

| We simply could not have picked a better place to stay. The apt. is approximately 2000 sf and located one block from the zona rosa - the most exciting area of Bogata. In addition, a cook/maid by the name of Olga really made everything that much more pleasant. She was so very nice to us. John and Eduardo also continually sought to make sure everything was great. We stayed at the Presidential Suite from January 3rd
- January 10th. During this time of year, Colombia
is sizzling, with lights and christmas decorations
matched in size and splendor only by Disney World.
You step into a cosmopolitan city, with great parks
and plazas all decorated in the spirit of the season.
The apartment is spectacular and the service is
excellent!! Olga, who cooked our delicious meals
and helped us out, went beyond her call of duty.
Always giving us ideas and demonstrating her
interest in our family's well being, specially since I
was traveling with my 6 year old girl. The property
manager, took the time to take us around and
pointed out to the local pastry shoppe which was
par excellence! Even the doormen went out of the
way to make sure our stay was care free and that
we knew we had someone to wait on us hand and
knees if we needed anything. We loved the location
so much, that after being away from Colombia for
23 years, we are planning a return within the next 5
months and will definitely stay in this apartment if
it is available. The Presidential Suite, has a central
location, near two of the most upscale and modern
shopping centers; it's a few steps away from the
beautiful T-zone, where a pedestrian walkway is
lined with wonderful restaurants, for every palate
and budget. Colombia has grown and developed
expodentially! The culture continues to be vibrant
and the stability of the country has only re-
enforced the idea of investing in this beautiful
nation that I left so long ago. Our next trip will be
focused on getting to know the ins and outs of the
business opportunities this country has and of
course getting to know my place of birth all over

We stayed for two weeks ending 12/12/08.
Good:
- This location is one of the best in Bogota, short
walk from elegant shopping (centro Andino),
gourmet dining (Harry Sasson's "Wok" 3 blocks
away) and nightlife;
- There is a "normal" grocery store around the
corner and two high class grocery stores about 6
blocks away (Pomona and Carulla);
- We found the layout of the apartment
comfortable and spacious;
- Kitchen (fully equipped with gas stove), baths,
washer and dryer and furniture were fully
functional;
- Interior and decorations such as paintings were
very appealing to our taste and exceeded our
expectations based on pictures on the web;
- 5 star elegant entrance to the building exceeded
our expectations;
- Double-pane windows in the bedrooms do help
reduce the downtown noise such that sleeping is no
problem;
- Designated underground parking with elevator
access facilitated our visitors with cars;
- Broadband internet access allowed free calls
anywhere via skype (I tried US and Germany);
- I had no trouble connecting my laptop and iPhone
wirelessly; Also wired connection via ethernet cable
worked;
- Eduardo the manager offers a loaner local cell
phone (entry level NOKIA), but in order to use it
you'll need to buy a prepaid local SIM card.
Alternatively you can bring your own unlocked
quad-band GSM phones and operate them with
local pre-paid SIM cards; Our iPhones were
operational, but locked to the expensive AT&T
service which we opted not to use at $2/min. +
data charges while local SIM cards costed about
$0.10/min.
- Olga the maid visited daily, was helpful, friendly
and available to help with errands;
- It was a pleasure dealing with John the owner,
Eduardo the manager and OLga the maid.
Problems:
- Obviously when traveling we do expect problems
and found one: The shower water was oscillating
between cold and hot. We were nicely surprised
when this problem was fixed the very next day after
a single phone call with Eduardo the manager while
we were out enjoying the city;
Possible improvements:
- a build-in security box to deposit passports etc.
would give us a better peace of mind (despite the
24h security protecting the entrance to the
building);
- WiFi network security: WPA encryption would be
in my opinion better than the WEP encryption
configured at the time of our stay. This
configuration can be easily changed by re-
programming the Linksys wireless router in the
apartment.
Summary:
We voted John's apartment the most comfortable
and elegant vacation condo we ever had compared
with our recent stays in the following vacation
condo's: Outrigger Waikiki in Honolulu, condo in
Maui (Hawaii), Art Deco Sadigo Court Hotel in South
Miami Beach, Paris two blocks from Louvre, St.
Moritz (Switzerland). |

| I was hesitant to rent here, as the four of us had never been to Bogota. This 2000 sqaure foot mansion is incredible, and located one block form the best part of the city. I stayed here in late September... Absolutelye loved the place.
The condo itself is very large, with 3 bedrooms, 4 or 5 bathrooms and a great layout.
The neighborhood is probably the best part. It's near everything, in a safe area of the city. The nightlife is great locally.
I highly recommend this place over a hotel or anything like that.
Also, the door staff was incredibly helpful. |

We stayed in the apartment for a period of two weeks, went on a Plastic Surgery tour we were four girls all we can say is all positive things starting from the door man to centric and convenient was the apartment, walking distance to malls, beauty salon and pharmacies, the maid was excellent always prepared fresh juices and spoiled us.
The only thing that we all didn't like was that it was a bit loud, but is my understanding that they will be installing new noise free windows. We would definitely stay there again. We felt very safe all time. |

We booked your apartment for my wedding in Colombia for myself and my family during September and October 2007. I must sayt that I was quite aprehensive about trying to host and entertain my family at the same time that I was preparing for my wedding but the accomodations, location and service that were available and provided were immensely appreciated and enjoyed by all.
Not only did my family (first time visitors to Bogota) enjoy themselves in the surrounding Zona Rosa and beyond but were also very impressed by the friendly and pleasurable staff on-hand.

The pictures and descriptions showing this apartment cannot capture all the true benefits of staying here. You can appreciate its prime location (in proximity to countless restaurants, cafes and even health clubs). What you cannot see is the attention and courtesy of the housekeeping staff that go above and beyond "good" service to make your visit special. I provide a few examples below.
My wife twisted her ankle on our second day in Bogota and the housekeeping staff helped pull tree branches off a tree on the street, boiled water and rubbed the hot water and tree branch on her ankle to reduce the swelling.
Also, we had a family dinner on a Saturday night and the staff agreed to come in on a Sunday (on their day off) for a modest charge to help clean up after the dinner.
When you combine this type of helpful staff, with the security, location and space of the apartment itself, it truly is one of the best apartments available in that area. I recommend it completely. Thank you, John.

| Our family made our first trip to Colombia in August for a wedding and stayed in the apt for 14 days. What a wonderful experience! Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were definitely first class; our maid service was excellent; and the location was terrific. Building security was 24/7 which us feel comfortable, and they were always helpful with directions, luggage, etc. Eduardo was the perfect host, and John Moreno made sure our needs were taken care of. We had such a great time in Bogota and at a resort in Anipoma that we are looking forward to another trip there in the near future. Without a doubt, we will stay in the apt again. |

My family stayed for 14 days in July and we could not have asked for better accomodations. The service that Ubaldina and Olga offer are first rate. The apartment is situated in the best area of Bogota; you are half a block from the Centro Andino and the Zona T. Any kind of restaurant, cafe or store is within a five minute walk from the apartment. My brother originally was going to stay with a cousin, but when he found out the location of the apartment changed his mind and stayed with us and thanked me for finding the apartment. I recommend the apartment for anyone who would like 1) great location 2) size/space 3) great service and 4) accomodations.

We never felt unsafe and the location is hard to match. (2 blocks to the best malls and restaurants in Bogota)
The building has security 24/7 which makes you feel very comfortable. You will find a maid service willing to go out of their way to provide you with any assistance you may need.
I only wish the apartment will be available the next time I travel to Bogota.

Many thanks to John and Eduardo for an incredible 10 day stay in Bogotá! Their apartment, and the amenities it offers, was only overshadowed by their desire to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible from the minute we arrived.
The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was everything promised on their website--filled with all the comforts of home. When traveling you don’t realize the value of everyday conveniences until you cannot readily access them. Internet and an international phone line made staying connected back home simple; and the cell phone was a great tool for communicating with local friends and family. The washer and dryer not only helped throughout the trip, but sent us home ready to unpack back into our drawers at home!
The surrounding neighborhood is very nice. It is in close proximity to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would highly recommend the Presidential Suite.

arrival at his Bogota apartment in November 2005.
It only got better. I could not believe the quality of
his apartment and its furnishings. And he and
Eduardo also arranged for us to have help from the
most wonderful woman, Ubaldina, who not only
went out to buy our fresh baked breakfast pastries
but made great fruit drinks from fresh fruits, ironed
my silk blouse faultlessly and cheerfully assisted
with prep of Thanksgiving dinner for 18.

Hey, John ! We are in the Presidential Suite. It is nothing less than fabolous, beyond our
wildest expectations. Eduardo met us here and showed us around. Mario's father and
brothers and theis spouses came with us, after giving us a warm welcome at the airport and
helping get our huge quantity of baggage here. Now they are going dancing, but it is about
midnight, and Sam and I have to sleep. The Algarras have a full day planned for tomorrow.
Everything we need is here. It is neat and clean and with very high quality furnishings. The
kitchen is HUGE, and the dining table will easily seat 10 people with the rest of our guests for
the Thanksgiving party comfortably seated in the living room and den. I was afraid we had too
many people, but we will have plenty of room. This is a great area of Bogota, not far from
where Mario's sister Claudia lives. It is also nice to have the secure parking and elevator. We
are going to have a wonderful time, thanks in large part to you and your apartment. Now I am
going to sleep, but I had to tell you how pleased we are with the beginning of our visit to
Colombia.

| John & Eduardo are great people. This is my 2nd time staying at this apartment and everything is smooth as usual. I actually became friends with them and will stay there every time I visit Bogota. It is so safe that I can walk back from Zona Rosa area 2 am in the morning without anyone bothering me. The washer & Dryer worked great as I do not need to pack extremely heavy. Making Coffee in the morning was a breeze. I have a fairly Large home in NJ so staying at a hotel is quite uncomfortable for me even though it may be 5 star hotel. I rate this place 100%. John (Mr. Moreno) is indeed legitimate. His apartment is phenomenal!!!! It is spacious and clean and would be considered a 4 star by US standards. John goes out of his way to accommodate his guests. His property manager ( I can't remember exactly but I think his name was Eduardo) is very nice and knowledgeable and can be reached easily for anything. I work for the Department of Homeland Security and stayed there for a little under three weeks and loved every minute of it. It is centrally located in an upscale neighborhood and walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars.
As I write this reply, I am wondering when I can return to Bogota on another trip. Best of luck to you. Let me know if you have any other questions.

My friend and I take a trip a year, each to a new location in the world and have always preferred renting an apartment over staying in a hotel. I can say without reservation that the Presidential suite was by far our favorite accommodation. John and Eduardo do a terrific job of making their guests feel comfortable and are easily accessible if help is needed. The maid did our laundry, cleaned thoroughly the apartment and cooked a terrific breakfast. You will love this quiet and peaceful apartment just steps from popular zona rosa.

Not only because is steps aways to top dining and shopping spots in Zona Rosa and Zona T, but also because of the exclusive building setting with 24 hr doorman. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and with many ammenities. I truly appreciated the daily maid service, computer w/ internet, local phone line, USA phone line and even a local celullar. A beautiful decorated, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment in the best location in Bogota, Colombia. (In Zona Rosa and Zona T you will find great dining and cafes and it´s only steps away from the apartment building). Being able to have a computer with internet access was really a plus, not to mention the daily maid service (very friendly and sweet ladies-they even prepared breakfast for us), and being able to have various phones lines even a celullar number was just another nice and convinient touch. | This place is worth at least three times what John is charging. The service is great, great location, overall I am very pleased with this apartment. I have rented other apartments in Bogota and even though there are as nice as thisone, the service that I got from John and Eduardo makes the difference. I have stayed on many occasions at the Presidential Suite in Bogota. The only complaint I now have is that more and more people are becoming aware of this fabulous residence. John and Eduardo are now members of the family. The close proximity to Andino Central Commercial, Parque 93 and most importantly the safety and security make this home truly the only place to stay when in Bogota. Thank you so much for you kind and gracias hospitality! It is so greatly appreciated.

I just returned from a 10 day stay in Bogota at John's Presidential Suite. The apartment is located in the upscale Zona Rosa district and is a 3 minute walk to bars, clubs, restaurants, upscale 2
shopping malls, grocery store and movie theatres. The neighborhood is
safe and I never felt uneasy in any manner. The apartment itself is
lavishly furnished and has every ammenity you could possibly need. John and Eduardo go out of there way to see to it that you have everything you may need and both are a phone call away. I plan on returning to Bogota
and would not think of staying anywhere else. Thank you John!!!

| We had a wonderful stay in this very spacious & opulent apartment. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were numerous and the location is fantastic - close to everything and very safe. The doormen were cheerful and watchful. The area is very safe with many excellent restaurants and stores within walking distance. It feels like a home away from home. A definite thumbs up! |
