| Mahalo Much Tom and John for letting my sister and I enjoy your beautiful piece of Paradise. Even if it was only four short days (6/7/09 to 6/11/09)it was still simply relaxing, comfortable, and most convenient. What a pleasure it was for your surprising selection of "goodies" we thoroughly enjoyed. The decor is absolutely fabulous - a bit of Hawaiiana and pictures of oh so familiar faces. Hope to spend a much longer period the next time. |

| (4/25-5/2/09) Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful and comfy condo. The location was perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We loved having a kitchen and the BBQ grills were very close to the condo. The Lanai was our favorite place for enjoying our morning breakfast, and nightly cocktails and dinner. Everything was perfect! Thank you :) |

| March 30 thru April 17 2009. Tom thank you very much for letting your condo be our condo for a great 3 week vacation. We really felt at home in your condo and meeting people every night around the bar-b-q at nights made us really feel like part of the community. We found that everything you said in your ad on VRBO were more than true and were pleased with how clean and well maintained your unit is. | We were completely pleased with unit 1125, which was very well stocked, extremely well furnished, and exceptionally clean. We could not have asked for anything more. The decore was very tastefully done. The unit was well located and we would highly recommend it to anyone. The owners phoned us during our holiday just to say "Hi" and see if everything was okay. We had family staying in another Maui Vista condo and had the opportunity to compare condos. Ours proved to be superior.....Thanks for making our first stay in Maui ....WONDERFUL! You will hopefully see us again! |

| The condo was fabulous. Loved the basket of snacks but REALLY loved the convenience of having the wash/dryer and dishwasher right there. Its located about 3 minutes away from the Kihei boat dock which is great if you are planning any SCUBA or boat related adventures. Its immaculately clean, very comforable, and has all of the amenities of home. I can't thank you enough for helping to make this a great vacation. We will definitely be coming back. |

| The accommodations were beyond my expectations! Your condo is lovely, the location is fantastic and the amenities are endless. Everything one needs is provided. Thanks for your eye for details! With being centrally located, it was easy to get around. Favorite memories include wonderful beaches, magnificent sunsets, great restaurants, snorkeling and other activities. This is the place we'd come back to in a heartbeat. Thanks for the memories!!! |

We wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our recent trip to Maui and especially your condo. What a beautiful place - and so clean! We loved the king sized bed!
Our flight was delayed, so we got to the condo later than anticipated and we were starving! What a nice treat to find the basket of snacks and juice! It was exactly what we needed!
It was a memorable anniversary trip that we'll talk about for years to come! We plan to contact you the next time we plan a trip to Maui. We have already told several friends about your place. Thanks again for letting us stay at your condo. |

We felt so comfortable in your condo that it was even harder to leave Hawaii this time. Every thing was clean and fresh and we especially liked the welcome basket and cupboards stocked with the basics.We ate all our meals on the large lanai and the well kept grounds and the closeness to the beach were a bonus.We will certainly be back and will recommend your condo to anyone travelling to Maui.

My wife works for an airline so we can enjoy the benefit of inexpensive flights but our challenge is always finding quality accommodations for an affordable price. This condo was everything we were hoping for and much, much more. It was perfectly located, safe, clean, comfortable, beautiful decorated, and had everything we needed to make our holiday one of the most fun and relaxing trips we have ever had! My wife, 11 yr. old son and I, all had a fabulous time and did not want to leave. Not only are we planning to come back but we will highly recommend this place to anyone we hear that is going to Maui!
Thanks again for the hospitality of a "home away from home"!

| My son and I had a great time staying in your beautifully appointed condo. The beach was great and the surfing lessons didn't tire me out too much. We have never taken more beautiful sunset pictures anywhere. Absolutely the the best deal on the island. We will be back next year. |

This Condo was so much more than we were
expecting! It was a piece of heaven and we loved
our stay. Everything was so perfectly laid out in the
condo and the ammenities were endless. We never
wanted to leave! I stayed in the condo most of the
time while my family enjoyed Maui, because it was
so comfortable and I didnt need to go to the beach
to relax! It was such a treat to stay here. Not a spot

| What a wonderful place to spend our vacation. It truly was a "Home away from Home!" We had everything we could possibly need and more. From the wonderful location to the beautiful living space, everything was there for us. The best part was that we were steps from the beach, restaurants and shopping. What a true piece of paradise this condo is! From the beautiful decor in the living, dining area, new tile & carpet, and comfy king size bed! Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants or stores helped us relax and enjoy. Great extras like big fluffy beach towels, chairs, sand toys, coolers, boogie boards, and more made our children smile. Chilly AC's and ceiling fans kept the inside just right. Free and plentiful parking right outside the lanai door was perfect. The lanai opens up to a grassy courtyard that is great for playing.
All in all a wonderful place! Thank you for sharing it with us! |

| We had a wonderful time in this "Slice of Paradise". The condo was beautiful; fully furnished with everything that you might need to enjoy your stay- from beach chairs and umbellas, to a quaint Lanai to enjoy the warm Maui evenings.
