Hi Scott and April,
I really wanted to post a message to share with others how well you took care of us and made our stay in Hawaii awesome. As you know we took 2nd place in the Women's relay in the Lavaman and what you didn't know was this was Nichole's first time visiting Hawaii. We couldn't have been happier and thank you again for all the time you took getting us setup with great places to stay.

Our stay at the Fairway Villa was great. The place was clean and very nice. We shared it with good friends. We would recomend renting from Scott. He was very helpful and great to work with in getting everything set for our stay. Thank you Scott and April. Best of luck.

| We stayed at this condo a year ago and it lived up to our expectations. We have stayed at many condos at Waikaloa and this is one of the best. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful, stay at a great property. |

| My husband and I treated our two oldest sons to a trip to Hawaii for their high school graduation. We picked the perfect spot. There was always something for everyone at this location, and the condo was perfect; clean, well-equiped with beach exploration gear, and in a private location. | We loved it. All the ladies enjoyed coffee on the patio overlooking the golf course each morning and any time during the day. Did most of my reading out there. Great golfing, close to the ocean and other activities, shops and restaurants. Nice place to stay to visit the island. |

| We were very happy with the villa. We stayed there with our two young boys, and the location on the golf course provided them with ample amusement. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and everything worked as we would have expected. The location was great for us - a short walk to shops and the beach. We would certainly book again if we had the opportunity to revisit Big Island. Highly recommended. VRBO rocks! |

| We stayed at Fairway Villa the first of January, 2007. What a great way to start the year! On that trip, we stayed at several places all over the island, everything from a B&B to the Sheraton Keauhou. But we definitely saved the best for last. This property is quiet, relaxing and convenient. Also, Scott was most helpful as we put our trip together. We would definitely come back. |

| My family and I enjoyed the condo immensely. Breakfast wass pleasent on the lanai, which overlooked the golf course. Beachs, shops, restaurants, golf, pools, etc. were all in walking distance. |

Our family reunion far exceeded our expectations! The condo was fantastic, the golfers were a real people watching experience and so many of them made us laugh for hours afterwards. Our cousins were in a a condo a few buildings down, actually the lst T and they would call and let us know when a really funny group was playing. The turtles made our whole vacation worthwhile, however, we did a lot of traveling to every place on the island (1475 miles to be exact). We may be returning again if not this year, next year for sure. Again thank you. |

Great condo, great price, great location and wonderful owners! The boogie boards were awesome, too. If you're looking to be close, as in a 5 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride, to beautiful beaches....this is the condo.
Beautiful sunsets, too. We love the Big Island!!!! |

Scott - What a wonderful time we had on the Big Island! Your condo was in a great location. You are by far the most cordial person that I have EVER dealt with regarding accomidations. enjoyed all the "extras" that you have available in the closet for guests. We were in Hawaii for two weeks, on three islands and believe that when we come back it will be on the Big Island and hopefully in your condo. Thanks again for all of your help.
