Dear Trina, Rob and Family-Thank you so much for your generous use of this great vacation home! We not only had a great 37th wedding anniversary but we had a special family gathering with our son, daughter in law and wonderful grandkids! Coffee early am on the deck... quiet afternoon painting on the patio with the kids...evenings for the adults in the hot tub...and we even saw bunnies!!!
We celebrated little Ella's 4th birthday with a special dinner and gifts with all the trimmings!

This was our 1st visit to Eagle Crest. We adore your Desert Sky home and this beautiful place. What a wonderful way to kick-off our summer vacation! Your home is absolutely comfortable and you are much treasured and appreciated friends!
The 5 kiddos kept us extremely busy but especially loved the awesome pools. Your "hot pool" was of course the highlight. 5 kids, 5 floaties and a ball made for a splashing good time!
I enjoyed the amazing stars the 1st night and the company of a dear friend:)

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! A restful mini-vacation. We were able to prepare our feast with utensils/bakeware you had here. Enjoyed the hot tub and walking around the neighborhood-really should have brought the bikes. Fit in holiday shopping in Sisters (and even made it some of the Black Friday early bird specials in Bend). And since we were over 21 enjoyed a round of yummy martinis at Bendistillery.
We will definitely consider another visit.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! It's such a treat to rent a place that is so clean and where the owners have been extremely thoughtful about supplies for guests. We enjoyed the pool, work-out room, hot tub, putt-putt golf, big golf, tennis, bike riding, shopping in Bend and Sisters and eating out. For a special meal we highly recommend Jen's Garden in Sisters. If you need a casual place, the new 3 Creeks Brewery in Sisters is fab. We even took in a movie, Mamma Mia, at the sweet little theatre in town. Thanks again!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We first vacationed here in the summer of 2005. Our love for Eagle Crest lead to a purchase of land on Highland Loop that year. We've spent 3 summers at Eagle Crest and hope to some day make it our home.
The weather was gorgeous with lots of sunshine and an unexpected thunderstorm. We were reminded of how dry it is here with a forest fire just outside Sisters.
We leave today well-relaxed and ready for "back to school".

The house is perfect and we appreciated so very much the items that were here for our use-making our stay so much easier and enjoyable (like the baking powder in the kitchen!). I was making a berry cobbler and forgot to bring the b.p.-there it was on a shelf!
Everyone loved the hot tub, my daughter said that the most awesome thing about the house is your incredibly beautiful selection of beach towels! Hope we can come back!

What a wonderful vacation home! We had a fantastic time during our stay. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub-one day we didn't change out of our suits we were so busy in the water!
The High Desert Museum was a hit and the highlight was a horseback riding trip at Diane's Riding Place. The girls enjoyed their first time on the golf course. On Thursday night we headed into Bend to enoy the Munch-N-Music at Drake Park. Highly recommend it for visitors in July. Great music and food!

We came for the Sisters Outdoor Quilt show. Your home is beautiful and so comfortable. The walking paths were fabulous-enjoyed seeing the bunnies! The restful atmosphere was so conducive for a wonderful weekend of quilting and rekindling friendships!

We had a great "Spring Break" at your home! Thank you very much-the hot tub was a hit and our 16 year old son and his friend said the woman at the Lakeside Rec Center was very helpful telling them about a trail to the top of the butte. I think she just said, "Take a hike, kid!".
The High Desert Museum was great and playing baseball and lacrosse in your backyard was great!

We are enjoying our stay here in the High Desert. Your vacation home is lovely, very well furnished and well equipped. The weather has been unbelievable. Isn't it alway sunny when we come to Oregon? The views are unbelieveably spectacular from Eagle Crest. The morning sun with the snow on Mt. Jefferson and The Cascades are unforgettable.
Highlights include seeing the four golden eagles soaring at Smith Rock, High Desert Museum, SunRiver and Mt. Bachelor and lunch at Pine Tavern in Bend.
Would prefer to stay here at Eagle Crest over other locations especially with such a nice place to stay.

What a wonderful visit! We went hiking, biking, swimming and enjoyed the great recreation facilities during our visit. We ate at Ranchero's in Bend and it was delicious.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here. It's always a little scary renting a home as you don't know if it's as nice as the internet shows. We were VERY pleased. We drove 4 hours to visit the Dirt Devil Mining Co. We literally mined our own Oregon sunstone. We had a BLAST! We hot a beautiful 3 carat stone to make a gorgeous ring when we get home. We really enjoyed the putting course our first day. We also had fun shopping the Old Mill Shops in Bend. Thank you for suggesting great places to eat (there are many). The gals at the clubhouse (across the way) were most helpful and friendly-a great resource. What a wonderful, relaxing time! We'd love to come back.

Our stay this week has been awesome! We enjoyed the hot tub. We highly recommend Sunriver Riding Stables. The ponies are good.
The High Desert Museum has been a hit! Lakeside pool is a good place to go. Exploring the lava caves and Crater Lake were great.
The Desert Sky apricot jam is delicious. We enjoyed the DVD's. We saw pronghorns, jack rabbits, and lizards around the house.

Our stay this week has been memorable. The house comfortably accomodated the six of us. We slept well after evenings soaking in the hot tub and admiring the view of the stars.
The girls enjoyed the 3 pools we visited within Eagle Crest. The indoor pool was a nice option after too much sun one afternoon and was less crowded than the outdoor pools.
We spent an afternoon shopping for souvenirs in Sisters and dinner at the Crossings at The Riverhouse in Bend. We had a table by the river and the steak and salmon medallions were excellent.
One other day we did a one hour horseback ride at Diane's Riding Place. I would highly recommend it for parents and kids!
The Fred Meyer in Redmond was a good place to shop for groceries and other items.
We appreciated all the brochures at the house provided for us. The older kids went White Water Rafting. They reported it was a lot of fun but more pricey compared to other trips they had been on.
The summit ride on the ski lift to Mt. Bachelor was well worth the cost. Bring your jacket, binoculars and camera!
Thanks for the jam and the strawberries in the freezer. They made awesome smoothies!

Great Stay! Enjoyed the hot weather and lots of swimming at the splash park. The boys played golf at the Ridge course and really enjoyed it. Kids all rode their bikes around the Desert Sky neighborhood. Adults enjoyed some adult beverages and poker outside on the patio-nights are great here! We'll be back in late September once all of our guests have enjoyed the house in July through August.
