| We really enjoyed this house. It's much nicer looking than the pictures on the website show it. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. The house was immaculate. Very convenient to downtown Charleston, about 20 minutes away. We'd stay here again and highly recommend it. |

| This was my first experience renting a vacation rental by owner and i would do it again in a heartbeat. Larry and Linda's home was clean and beautifully decorated and such a pleasure to come home to after visiting Charleston all day. The pool was an added bonus and allowing our dogs to vacation with us was the deciding factor.Wonderful experience - I give it 10 stars. |

| I was fortunate to stay here on two separate occasions while looking for a home of my own. Once in Sept. 2007 and once in Jan. 2008. Everything you see is exactly what you get, but even better once you get there. I was very impressed with the accommodations, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to rent while on vacation in Charleston!! |

-What a wonderful place to come home to after a long day of sightseeing, sunbathing or shopping! Larry and Linda's townhouse was everything we needed to make our week of exploring Charleston a memorable experience! The townhouse is centrally located in a nice maniucured neighborhood which is very friendly and excellent for taking walks. The pool is just around the corner and easily accessible. The home is immaculate! All you need are your clothes and groceries. We have never had such a pleasurable experience away from home. There is so much to do and a week isn't long enough. We will be returning again.

| We spent 6 weeks in this townhome while our new house was under contruction. The property was very clean and updated and in a great location. The owners were also very responsive to our needs and very nice to deal with. We enjoyed our time there very much and would recommend it to our family and friends. |
