We just had the most relaxing vacation of all time and it was due to this lovely Log Home. The accommodations were the best we have ever had in vacation property. The comments we have seen about the view did not even do it justice, depending on the time of day it is always different and breath-taking. When it is quiet in the morning, you can hear the waterfall across the way. Townsend, Tenn. with its family style restaurants and little shops were very welcome and the activities in the area kept my family busy. My family was very impressed with the home and everything included, the kitchen is where you can truly cook anything. I really enjoyed having my 60th birthday celebrated here with all my family. This is going to be an annual event with my clan. Thank you, thank you and thank you for sharing this jewel with us. My grandson keeps asking when we are going back to our "home" in the mountains. My daughter keeps telling me, looking at the pictures we took, "Dad, I miss this place." Again thank you so very much for sharing.

| Randy and Teri, thank you so much for letting us use your cabin, we will never forget it, and thanks again for letting us change our dates. We had a great time there, we went to tons of shows. The Black Bear Jamboree was worth every single penny. The Comedy Barn was so funny, and the juggler had some talent let me tell you!! The view was the best, and the beds were so comfy! The bathrooms were amazing, and the trip itself was just the best! Tennessee is really just an all around amazing state, beautiful!!! And everyone talks to you like family which is nice because where we live has changed alot, and nobody bothers with anybody, but yes thanks again for everything! |

Randy, I wanted to let you know how much my family and I appreciated your lodge as well as Townsned, TN. Boy, did I make the right choice in Rocky Top and Townsend. If you want bright lights, crowds, and noise then do not choose the Rocky Top Lodge. We sat out every night and watched the stars and the bats come out. You could not hear anything except for the toasting of wine glasses as we enjoyed the peaceful scenery that is the Smoky Mountains. The location of Rocky Top is perfect as we visited the Smokey Mountains in the day and returned to our Lodge in the early evening. The Rocky Top Lodge is by far the best deal in the Smoky Moutain area. The best part is there are no immediate neighbors around the lodge. The house behind Rocky Top says a "bit of heaven", Randy, you have a whole slice of heaven! Thanks again,

| We have just finished our visit at your beautiful cabin and we all wanted you to know how much we enjoyed not only the vacation in the mountains, but your great cabin as well. My wife and I have stayed in many cabins and none have come close to yours in size, comfort and home comforts provided by your cabin. The location while private is easy to get to, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, but close enough to be anywhere in just a matter of a few minutes. This was a perfect cabin for us and a few close friends with space for gathering and also space for privacy at the same time. Yes, the views are as advertised, the cabin is better than advertised and the owners were great to work with providing quality information, answering all questions and providing a clean, beautiful, well equipted cabin for our enjoyment. One last thing, if you are a cook, this is by far the best kitchen we have found. You will find everything you need to prepare any type meal you wish. I am the family cook and picky about my kitchen and they have it all...and then some. I am sure we will return in the future with more friends and family to share this cabin and the wonderful mountains with. |

The cabin certainly exceeded our expectations. It is very well furnished especially with the Christmas decorations to make it more special for this time of year. It was large enough so that the teenagers could have their own space while the adults were in a different area. The view is outstanding and we were fortunate enough to have great and clear weather to be able to enjoy the full view. We hope to make it an annual event. Thanks for letting us use the cabin.

| We absolutely loved the cabin and location. You couldn't have asked for anything else in a lodge. We had a total of 12 people(adults and children)and we had all the space you needed. The layout of the house was perfect. It is apparent that you guys put alot of thought and time into the lodge, from the most obvious down to the smallest of details. It was wonderful and we appreciate so much giving us the opportunity to enjoy it. It allowed for a perfect Thanksgiving Holiday with friends. |

What a wonderful lodge and location for a gathering of folks from around the US. Rocky Top Lodge offers a great location, view and the layout of the lodge is great for children and adults with everyone having space to do their "thing". Our grandchildren could not wait for days end to sit in the hot tub and listen to ghost stories, while the adults enjoyed the fabulous deck.
Rocky Top Lodge is more that anyone could expect in a rental property and our group is already thinking about returning next year. |

Our family had the BEST vacation that we have ever had! We did so many fun things that we have never done before, like ATV riding up the side of a mountain and white water rafting. The absolute best part was staying at Rocky Top Lodge! The cabin was so accomadating--from the decor, the super comfortable beds, the huge kitchen, and the foosball and pool tables were enjoyed by all. Ricky and I both agreed that your cabin, is by far, the best we've ever stayed in! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful mountain home with our family. We just spent a week at Rocky Top Lodge. Although we had fun on our outings to Dollywood, whitewater rafting, hiking, horseback riding, tubing, etc., the best times were at Rocky Top Lodge. As most say, the photos do not do it justice! What they don't capture is the warmth felt being in the cabin. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was more than well stocked, the games and pool table made for fun times and the GORGEOUS views of the Smokies were phenominal! We are already looking at our calendars for our next visit.

| To everyone who wants to stay at this cabin. Please don't waste your time by looking at other rentals. Four of my friends and I stayed here and were blown away when we were actually standing inside. The entire cabin is furnished unbelievably with everything that you could possibly need. I couldn't have been happier with the owners Randy and Terry. They always go out of their way to make sure your stay exceeds all your expectations. My friends and I came down to Tennessee for a rafting trip and were left with lasting memories of an awesome cabin in the most beautiful country. Thank you Randy and Terry for everything. |

Our family had the privilege of staying at Rocky Top Lodge in March. The pictures posted on the site were beautiful, but nothing could prepare us for the actual view we would see! It was breathtaking and I think we all just gasped when we drove up and saw the cabin and location. We had two days of rain and were so happy to be in such an gorgeous and accommodating cabin! We can't wait to return!

| OH MY GOODNESS!!! We (family of four and two teenaged friends) were in this georgous cabin the week before Christmas. This cabin was awsome. The Fopiano family even decorated it for us for Christmas, inside and out. 4 huge bedrooms, sleeper sofa's the works. We were so comfortable and felt at home with it's warmth. This cabin and it's view is where we hope to spend every season in years to come. It even snowed the day we arrived. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place. Thank you so much! |

We stayed for a week at the Rocky Top Lodge and we had an excellent time. The views are incredible, the cabin is very well decorated and clean and the amenities are state of the art. We have seen other cabins in the area but Rocky Top Lodge is by far the best one there. I would highly recommend the Rocky Top Lodge to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy family and friends in a beautiful setting. On top of all that, Randy and Terri are super nice people to deal with.

Our family stay at Rocky Top was superb! We were greeted with the warm ambience of this mountain lodge with beautiful vistas of the Smoky Mountains. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. The location of Rocky Top is perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and Cades Cove and afforded us great opportunities for shopping, hiking, horseback riding, picnicing and wading in the Little River at Metcalf Bottoms. We would come again in a heartbeat!

Rocky Top Lodge will always be on our list as favorite place to stay. Rocky Top itself was amazing inside and out! Everything you could possibly need to have an enjoyable stay was made available, even a childs utensil set for a little one! Terri & Randy did an amazing job furnishing this home. It was so spacious, but yet cozy, relaxing and very welcoming! At least 1 of my 3 children each night begged to sleep on the sectional sleeping looking out at the stars. Not to mention the beds were unbelievably the best we have ever slept on. (Now we are looking for the same one since we got spoiled :)) The view was breathtaking as you look at the different layers of green, blue and gray in the distance…just like a picture in a photo book. We sat hours just cooking out and enjoying the VIEW!.
Rocky Top was close to Townsend, Cades Cove, and not far from Pigeon Forge as well as the proximity of being right off #321 made this highly desirable to us. We rode and looked around during our stay and nothing compared to the ease to get to Rocky Top and gives you the view as well.
We will not hesitate to return to Rocky Top sometime soon.

| The accommodations were excellant, exactly as shown at the web page. We were able to invite my two son's families and all the grandchildren to accompany us. With all these people there was still more than enough room for everyone. The location of the lodge including a breathtaking view of the valley from the deck was perfect. Just close enough to the National Park and Pigeon Forge but not too close. Wonderful vacation. |

Well where do I begin. I must say first that I have never dealt with nicer folks than the Fapionos. It was truly a pleasure to do business with you. I can't say thank you enough for all you did for us in making our stay the best it could be. We truly mean that. I would like to add for all the people out there looking for a place to stay. We live in Knoxville which is close to the Mountains. Because of this we take advantage and spend time up there twice a year with friends. We have been doing this for years now. This luxurious cabin is above and beyond anything we have stayed in before. It was also cheaper than most once all of the hidden costs are added in by all others. Don't waste time looking at any other cabins, this is the one. Nice people to deal with on top of it.
I didn't even mention all the bonus features of the cabin. The best feature by far is the amount of space in the great room to move around and mingle without feeling cramped. Huge kitchen. Gas grill was a beauty. Covered porch swing. Feather top beds in the master suites. Unbelievably clean. Hot Tub, Pool Table. Did I mention the view?
From all of us we would like to say,

| We went with two other families with children. The children all had a place to go to play games, watch TV, etc. We all enjoyed the views, the large kitcen and sitting areas. We hiked to the waterfall you see from the balcony and had a blast. I would highly recommend the Rocky Top Lodge to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy family and friends in a beautiful setting. |

| My family has visited the Pigeon Forge area on several occasions. There has not been an accomodation as the Rocky Top Lodge provided our extensive family. The owners have catered to all ages with the amenities the cabin provides. The view was breathtaking and we experience one of the heaviest snow falls during our vacation. Thank you. |

| Many years ago our family started the tradition of going to Gatlinburg for a long weekend in the winter. Over the years our family has grown with the addition of spouses and grandchildren, and we outgrew the chalet that we had stayed at for so many years. Over the last three years we have searched and searched for a place to accomodate our family, without much sucess, to the point of considering abondoning this vacation. Then we stumbled upon Rocky Top. WHAT AN AWESOME FIND! We had a wonderful time, lots of room and comfortable surroundings. Our communication with the owners was easy and positive. We felt at home and at peace there. Our family tradition continues, and we are so excited! THANK YOUR ROCKY TOP! We will definitely be back! |
