We had a ladies only family reunion in Nov 2008 at this property and we all LOVED it! The home has an awesome view, we ended up spending a couple of evenings just eating in and hanging out. The home is very comfortable and very clean, with spacious accomodations and Carolyn was just about the nicest, most helpful host you could ask for!
If you travel there between Nov and Feb, DO NOT MISS the sightings of elephant seals at Vista Point. |

| We had a wonderful holiday in Cambria in July 2007. The house is beautifully situated overlooking the sea and very tastefully furnished and decorated. A great deal of thought has gone into making it a home from home. Carolyn was extremely helpful at all times and a very considerate host. |

You have just the right blend of beauty and function in that house. Yours was just perfect, and the setting could not be beat!!! My friends were so thrilled with the house that they bought me dinner on Saturday night as a finder's reward!!! It was a perfect setting for us. We intend to do it again next year, so please pencil us in for 2007!

| This was a very nice, comfortable home. We enjoyed the stay and actually did not do all the activities we intended to do. The location and ocean was too close to leave. We will return and hopefully take advantage of the monthly discount rates again. Thanks and we hope other renters keep it as nice as we did. Totally enjoyed it all! |

| Just wanted to pass our thanks for making such a wonderful home available to rent. We have stayed here twice and we enjoyed the fall most of all. Hardly any fog, still sunny, and nothing was better than sitting on the balcony watching the ocean hit the rocks with that special glass of wine. You made sure everything was available, clean, and very, very nice. Will definitely return again. Very quiet and private area. We didn't just get a view of the ocean, WE GOT THE OCEAN! |

YOUR BEACH HOME WAS NOT JUST THE ANSWER, IT WAS A DREAM! OUR VISIT TO YOUR CAMBRIA BEACH HOME WAS SPECTACULAR! THE VIEWS WERE BREATHTAKING AND REVITALIZING.EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS AND WE FELT AT HOME AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN.

| I HAD THE PLEASURE OF STAYING HERE LAST YEAR, AND I WILL SAY THAT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE ANY CLOSER TO THE OCEAN OR IN A NICER AREA OF CAMBRIA. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS MISSING, WAS VALET PARKING! PRETTY, COMFORTABLE, AND NOTHING TO BLOCK THE OCEAN EXCEPT THE AIR! VERY CLEAN AND THE MOST EXCLUSIVE AREA IN CAMBRIA. DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE! |
