| We visited Casa Blanca recently, and wanted to take a moment to share with others how absolutely wonderful the experience was for us. There were 2 families in our party (9 people total), and we had our pick of beautiful rooms to spread out in. All of the staff was friendly and very accomodating, and Curt Henderson truly provides a home away from home by allowing people to spend their vacations at Casa Blanca. The home itself was gorgeous, the kids loved the pool along with the option to walk down to the beach. And, the ability to prepare our own meals (with Curt's great suggestions!) was invaluable and saved us a ton of money. We can't wait to visit again! |

| Casa Blanca was just as expected and more based on feedback reviewed from previous renters prior to our visit. We were not sure what to expect even after reading the reviews but were pleasantly (I mean pleasantly) surprised with the accommodations. We had two families in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone, and then some. The cleanliness of the house inside and out was refreshing. We have stayed in the area at several of the all inclusive resorts and were a little leery of a private residence. However, from the taxi (van) ride from the airport to Casa Blanca, to the house manager to the house cleaning services this is truly a turn-key rental. Steps from the beach, a quick 5 minute walk to town to the recommendations on restaurants and fishing made this an easy vacation. Forget the all inclusive resort; we had a better time at Casa Blanca with GREAT friends. These same friends rented a private residence on the Pacific side of Mexico a year ago and had nothing but bad things to say about their experience. They could not believe the beauty, location and safety of Casa Blanca. One local restaurant: H & C Meats, (they are closed on Mondays) worth the short walk and VERY tasty (follow Curt’s recommendation here!). We had food delivered twice during our week long stay. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful home in Playa del Carmen. Miriam and Julian were polite, efficient, helpful and friendly. The area in the Playacar development is quiet and secure. The beach was beautiful. We found the accessibility to Fifth Ave and the other attractions very easy. The locals were also very nice and a lot of fun. Felipe and his driver's were on time, informative, and helpful. Thank you so much for allowing us to change our week. We will highly recommend you beautiful home and Playa del Carmen to our family and friends.

Paradise in Mexico = Casa Blanca!!! Our family of 7 (which included a very active 2-year old) enjoyed a beautiful time at this perfect location. The cleanliness and comfort of Casa Blanca makes you feel safe and right at home. We enjoyed the chef services (Carlos & Tani) of Epicurian Catering. They were very affordable and it was so much more convenient not having to pack everyone up to go to a restaurant in the heat of the day. I honestly feel we saved money and definitely saved time. Every single meal was delicious and Carlos even explains the history of the dish!
Casa Blanca is only a short stroll to the beautiful beach or to the main part of the city to enjoy a refreshing gelato, or some of the local culture, and bargaining. This visit was better and more enjoyable than any "all-inclusive" vacation we have ever purchased! We highly recommend staying at Casa Blanca with your family and friends. We could have invited another couple as we didn't even use one of the complete bedrooms. Every bedroom has it's own bath room. You won't be disappointed if you stay at Casa Blanca!!!!!!!!! |

We recently (April) had a group of 8 people stay in Casa Blanca for a family vacation. What an awesome vacation-beach home this is! Just a mere 1oo foot walk from pristine beaches and the beautiful carribean ocean! The home itself is beautiful yet very comfortable at the same time. Most of our time was spent in the bath water temperture pool and the attached hot tub, although we found ourselves in the fully equipped kitchen as well.
Normally we would have enjoyed most of our meals out, but we found ourselves preparing many of our own meals not wanting to leave the comforts of Casa Blanca. A beverge and a relaxing sit up on the roof top deck is not to be missed. What incredible views! Julian, the house manager is the best. Whatever you may need from adjusting the temp of the hot tub, bringing groceries and beverages or just stopping for a friendly "Hola", he is just awesome. All of Casa Blanca's attentive staff will make your vacation even more relaxing and memorable. Don't forget to ask "Carlos the Chef" to prepare a gourmet meal for your group. He is a great guy with a terrific sense of humor. He is very reasonably priced and it will be an experience you won't soon forget.
In short, we cannot say enough about "Casa Blanca" and we cannot wait for our next vacation there!

Of all the years my family (6 adults, 5 children from 1 to 7) has vacationed in Mexico, this was the trip everyone enjoyed the most. The house easily accommodated all of us, it is clean, well maintained, well furnished, and charming. There is lots of room for communal gatherings, and plenty of space for personal space as well. The cleaning lady, Judy, the house manager, Julian, and the pool man could not be more agreeable. The pool and hot tub are right at your fingertips and are also extremely clean and well maintained.
This was our first trip to Playa Del Carmen, and we found it much more user friendly than Cabo, where we had been used to vacationing. We didn't need cars, we were in walking distance of town and the beach is literally steps away. Felipe's transportation to and from the airport is clean, dependable, friendly, and economical.
It's so much more pleasant to be in a house than at a hotel where three meals a day are eaten out and down times are spent in often stuffy and worn rooms. The grocery store is a cab ride away, and when we did dine out we followed Curt's excellent recommendations.
Our Casa Blanca vacation was voted by all as the best and we look forward to returning.

I have purposely waited a bit to communicate to
you how much we enjoyed and appreciated your
home. I wanted to present sincerely.
We (the whole fam) have always admired Casa for
the last five years we have vacationed in Playa.
Your guest book praises the quality of the property
and its surroundings. Undeniably, your house and
its location are the most attractive we have had the
pleasure of enjoying. Your guests truly are
representing it as it is.
Your Management team does a fabulous job of
looking after the house as well as its guests. Trust
me! We have stayed in other houses where there is
less attention to detail. So be assured your dollars
are well spent. The pool man was there each
morning tending to the pool and the gardening.
The housekeeper was very respectful, efficient and
courteous. Your house manager, Julian, (spelling?)
I may have his name incorrectly, was amazing and
helped us get the girls to their flights on time with
taxi rides. As promised. Great work.
Great thought was given to all its appointments and
design. Most of all, it was a very comfortable,
livable arrangement. We had a total of 8. My 19
year old daughter and her 3 girlie friends stayed in
the lovely suite upstairs. I know, pretty romantic
for college girls, but with all the primping and
prepping for the Blue Parrot and Coco Maya, it was
pretty much a given. It worked perfectly with all its
amazing storage and of course "princess space."
They were pretty cute. The "first" night they all
emerged from their beauty sessions with their
wedge shoes and shorts. We walked a few paces
behind them down Fifth Ave. That's all it took. One
night of cat calls, "hey Barbie" and they were in flip
flops from then on. A real hoot for old Mom and a
huge relief for old Dad. You just wait!
Also, I failed to mention that the kitchen was the
best. We really loved it so much so thanks to you
and your wife for making such a wonderful home in
Playa for all to enjoy. The hubs and I are very
much foodies and even though we dined out each
evening, with teenagers in the house.... well you
have to feed them. Do you shop at Dax for
groceries? A few years ago I made friends with a
Canadian who spends several months a year there
with her husband. I know sounds kind of weird but
she took me there this time and I really loved it.
You probably already know about it and I'm not
sure I spelled it correctly.
Okay, enough rambling. Thank you again for the
lovely accommodations and to your wife as well. My
kiddo's enjoyed viewing your family's photo in the
hallway.

The house is in a perfect location -- steps from a very nice beach, and with very easy access to the town. The bedrooms are lovely, and each has it's own bathroom. The kitchen is fantastic - very modern and up to date, and very well equipped. We cooked at home almost every night and really enjoyed it. We enjoyed the house so much that we rarely went into town. | My family's stay at Casa Blanca in late August was fantastic! Casa Blanca is the ideal vacation home offering spacious, well-appointed rooms, close proximity to the beach, and an enjoyable walk past Mayan ruins to town. 3 adults and 2 children were easily accommodated with plenty of room for more guests. The home was meticulously maintained by the maid who was very gracious. Julian, the house manager, was extremely helpful in getting us transportation back to the airport on our day of departure. While the kids played in the azure waters of the Caribbean (mere steps from the house), I relaxed on the white sand beach reading a novel under a palm tree - the perfect escape from the pressures of work! The views of the Caribbean from the kitchen and rooftop are breathtaking! We were on a limited budget, so we did not dine in Playa Del Carmen, but there were many appealing restaurants in town, as well as a great mix of shops featuring indigenous wares, upscale clothing, and fine jewelry. Should I ever return to the Yucatan Peninsula, I would gladly stay at Casa Blanca! |

We just returned from a week at Casa Blanca with our kids & grandkids. The house was just perfect for the 10 of us. Being so close to the beach (we were the only ones there lots of the time), the private pool on the patio, the close walk to town and all the furnishings including beach toys, made it the perfect place for a family get together. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for 3 couples and kids 7, 9, 14 and 18. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of spices and staples for cooking. Julian was available for emergencies and his wife (I think) did a fantastic job keeping the house clean. We all would recommend Casa Blanca highly.

We loved the refreshing pool, and the convenience of walking to town. We took Curt's recommendation to have a professional photographer come to the house to take family pictures - they turned out very well. We also had the cooks (Epicurean) prepare several meals for us - delicious! One night they grilled the mahi mahi the guys had caught in 4 different ways!Xcaret was very fun for all. |

| I just returned from Playa Del Carmen and a 3 night/ 4 day stay at Casa Blanca. It was FABULOUS! 8 other girls and myself went down for a long weekend to celebrate my bachelorette party. We have never had more fun! The house was the neatest, cleanest, most comfortable house I have stayed at on a vacation (and I have been a lot of places). We all loved to lounge at the pool, walk to the beach and the accessiblity to the town filled with restaurants and bars. The house keepers were incredibly friendly and cleaned every day. We cannot wait to go back and rent the house again. It would be great for a few couples to visit...every room has its own bathroom, etc. SO Easy!!! Thanks, Curt. This vacation was better than expected. |

| This house is amazing. We went up for a wedding and after talking to all the other families about their experience, I have to say this best way to go. Especially, if you are going with a family. Everything was so close and the house was beautiful and well maintained. We also felt very safe there. My husband went out town and came home pretty late. We always felt safe went going back to the house. My children loved the home and can't wait to go back. The beach was awesome and if you have little one it’s perfect for them. I am so thankful we rented this house for our vacation in Playa. 5 mothers took 9 senior girls for a Spring Break vacation. We had a blast. The house was as wonderful as it looks on line and it is huge. It was clean and decorated so nice, with plenty of room to roam. The pool was wonderful for that afternoon dip when it got really hot. We kept the heat off on the hot tub but still enjoyed the jets as the water was just warm enough. The location was about a 5 minute walk from all the shopping and night life. The maid and the house boy were wonderful and had some very good tips for us. Our main goal was to have the girls safe on this vacation and I felt totally safe where this house was located. It was a wonderful alternative to a hotel. I want to rent it again with couples so I can relax this time. How fun would that be???

you have in Playa del Carmen. Our stay over the week of New Years was excellent. We found Casa Blanca very compatible with our needs. As you predicted, we were especially impressed by the view of the ocean, Cozumel, and the heavens from the roof deck. This made our cocktail hour extra special.

| 8 of us just returned from 5 gorgeous days in Playa Del Carmen. Casa Blanca is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The bedroom are wonderful, especially the master suite, and having a bathroom with each bedroom is definately a plus. The house has every amenity you can think of including a washer and drier, dishwasher, microwave and satelite tv. The best part is how close the house is to town, no need to hire a taxi to get around. I will definately rent this house again on my return to Playa. |

| We just had a perfect 2 weeks at Casa Blanca and could have easily stayed another 2! Fantastic position, virtually beach front which was so easy for our 4 children. The water was superb, crystal clear and the beach was almost like our private beach as there was only ever a few other people there. We will definately be back. Julian's English is near perfect and he is so helpful and kind. Judith was wonderful too. We hope to return in the near future! There is a flyer in the guest book at the house with info on a massage therapist we had come to the house-Azucenna- a friend of Julian's. She was great as well as being very affordable. Our teenage kids loved having the pool to cool down at night and with the ocean only being a 30 second walk away it made it convenient for everyone to head out for a boogie board. What an amazing house!! Three families who met for a wonderful week, and the house is set up almost perfectly with three totally separate suites. It is kid friendly, which allowed the adults to relax even more. Having the pool right outside the door made for easy entertainment, and many fun times. The house was perfectly equipped, and we literally were in want of nothing!!
The location was perfect. Literally a one minute walk to an almost private
beach, with plenty of waves for body surfing. Town is just a short walk away, with all that it had to offer. And for those who like to dive, Playa itself has several sites, and the ferry to deeper diving in Cozumel is very close. Be sure to bring your tennis raquets..
We would highly recommend this house and working with this owner to anyone, it is truly a rare find!!

My husband, our 3 daughters and I stayed at Casa Blanca during Spring Break (March '06). I can't rave enough about the house and the town of Playa Del Carmen. The view from the pool area toward the ocean is sinply breathtaking. At night the roof top deck is a perfect place to watch the ferry traveling to and from Cozamel and to view the lights of the island. The home was immaculate and staff helpful. The home is roomy enough for everyone to have their own space, but cozy enough to gather as a family for meals, watching TV or spending time together at the pool or hot tub. The bedrooms are large and all have full size bathrooms with showers. The upstairs bedroom is huge with a great view of the ocean.
The shopping area located on 5th Ave., is a short walk from Casa Blanca. It's a great place to people watch, eat/drink at any of the many sidewalk Cafe's and take in some music. The street vendors are willing to make good deals!
I would recommend staying at this beautiful haven. It was hard to come home to Wisconsin and back to reality!! Our family would love to return in the future. Thanks Curt for opening your home to us! |

| From the moment I came into contact with Curt Henderson I knew we made the right choice for a great vacation. He was very helpful with information on Playa, where to eat, shop, excursions, taxis and so much more. The house is even more beautiful than shouwn in the pictures. The staff showed up exactly when Curt said they would be there. They were friendly and helpful. The beds were cozy and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to really feel at home. It was a great vacation in a lovely house. We will be returning. |

Many of us agreed that this was by far the best vacation we'd had in years. Casa Blanca is laid out so as to ensure privacy for all guests, but also has large common areas to congregate as a group (our favorites being the pool/hot tub or kitchen areas). Every morning we had our coffee on the patio and stared out at the beautiful turquoise ocean. Julian and Judy (the caretaker and daily maid) were delightful. The town of Playa del Carmen is a short walk, but still feels far away when you want some quiet time. We will be planning another visit to Casa Blanca. |

| My family rented Casa Blanca in January 2006 to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. We really had an amazing time and the house was just perfect! The house was beautifully finished (the owners certainly have excellent taste!) and came equipped with everything we could have needed--right down to the basket of sunscreen and beach sarongs (not to mention the superb quality bedding which made sleeping a dream). The house is maybe 50 feet from a beautiful swimming beach and just a 5 minute walk into Playa del Carmen. We really all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property to anyone! |
