| We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. Great views of the city and even a fireworks show on Saturday night. The kitchen is lovely and almost inspired us to stay in and cook. Lots of wonderful places to eat nearby and convenient grocery stores. We would highly recommend this as a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Can hardly wait for an opportunity to visit again. |

| We spent 30 days at a wonderful "home" 55 floors above a great city. The views from the condo were breathtaking and the proximity to world class transportation, cultural events, dining and shopping was absolutely superb. Jeri Lou and Jim could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Danny, the doorman, always made us feel welcome. "A priceless stay". |

Great Location, great condo, great amenities. Jeri Lou went above and beyond to accommodate my requests to have a toddler stay in the condo. Very kid friendly building and area. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back.
Great recco from owner - order a deep dish pizza from Giordano's (around the corner) in the morning, pick it up after your day of work or sightseeing and eat it on the patio with some wine. Heaven!! |

It was a perfect location because my husband could walk to his classes and I could walk and shop on Michigan Ave. And it was great to also have a place for our son to visit us. The view of the John Hancock building is exactly the view from the unit. But it is only a view of PART of the panorama, as it encompasses about 150 degrees of the downtown area, including Water Tower Place, a tower of the Navy Pier, and the Mac store.
The unit itself is very comfortable and nicely decorated.
Jim and Jeri-Lou epitomize midwestern friendliness and helpfulness. |

Everything in this vacation rental is top notch; the furnishings, location and fabulous view not to mention the warmth and professionalism of the owners. We were easily able to walk or take the "El" train to everything we wanted to do and see. Highly recommended. You will love it! |

We stayed in Chicago a few days in late January to see a Broadway show and to attend the a sailboat show at Navy Pier. The condo was great and the location was perfect.
Jim and Jeri-Lou were gracious enough to let us park a few hours early which saved a parking charge at the show. We were able to jump on the Red Line subway and be in the Loop in about 10 minutes. The station is only a block walk from the condo.
Navy Pier is also an easy 20 minute walk, or you can take bus 66 which stops at the same location as the Red Line subway. Note that the Chicago Visitors Bureau is a few blocks away in the Water Tower building at 163 E Pearson. Discount subway/bus tickets are available for out of town visitors. Also HotTix in the same location offers dicount theater tickets for same day shows.
Finally, we ate at "1492" a Spanish tapas bar on the NW cornor across from the condo -- very good.

This 1 bedroom condo was perfect for me to stay in while I was in Chicago for the "RSNA" tradeshow. As you know, hotels book up quickly for this very large meeting and of course the biggest weekend of the year for Christmas shopping, so this space made it possible for me to stay within the downtown area to catch the shuttle buses to the McCormick Place. Also, this location was great for shopping, restaurants, etc.
The doormen were very helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be back again when I come back to Chicago. Thanks for giving me place to stay that felt like home away from home.

What was not to love? Great location, within walking distance to fantastic, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, parks, grocery stores, etc...
We used the fitness center, pool and cooking deck...everything you need 44 floors beneath you.
The condo was very nicely appointed. The view was out of this world. Whether going to Chicago on business or pleasure this condo is a destination spot!

This place is awesome... a stunning view, great amenities, everything around you is always
comfortable and clean, and you are just in the heart of the city, merely a few steps away
from every shop or restaurant! Wish we could have spent there more than just 15 days! Will
be my choice if I'll come back to Chicago (I want to try the swimming pool)! Totally
recommended! Loved the BBQ deck! And don't forget to meet Jim an Jeri-lou: they are very

Minutes from everything from cabs, subway, great food (do the Spanish Tapas Bar across from the pool!Out of this world!) This is the place to stay, bar none! We were 4 adults, condo was plenty big enough. Honestly the views are wonderful: A panoramic view of lake Michigan, obstructed only by the occasional marvel, of which we all come to Chicago to behold.....the magnificent skyscraper...(one being the Hancock). The condo was so well stocked with little extras - the body wash, shampoo and conditioner, Q-tips, sandwich bags, coffee filters, saran wrap, aluminum foil, hand soap, paper towels all the utensils, trash bags – You thought of everything! The décor is beautiful. The view is fantastic! We also appreciate you not price gouging during the meeting as the hotels have done. It was great. The kids loved the weekend here & all were very pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this place is. We hope to return and rent from you again. We also appreciated meeting Jim. This is one of the best in the city. Modern, ultra clean, first rate. Great view, nice bathroom, glassware, kitchen, very pretty. I have stayed at several in the Chicago area, this is the best. There are other units avaialble in 30 East Huron, but you'll want to stay in one of the Friedmans units.

What a great place! Very CLEAN. Very QUIET (no slamming doors, loud TV's, plumbing noises). Very ROMANTIC (great view of lake & Chic. bldgs. by day & night). Tasteful, well-kept furnishings. Within walking distance to shopping, public transportation & many restaurants from McDonald's to $$$$. Felt safe in neighborhood. Helpful, observant doormen who knew tenants by name & recognized us, plus you need to swipe your key in order to enter elevator area. Assigned parking spot in garage directly connected to bldg. -- so no fooling with valet parking. Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, soft soap, shower soap, Kleenex, make up remover pads, Q-tips. Kitchen was FULLY stocked including salt-pepper, spices, Reynolds wrap, plastic baggies, good knives, toaster, blender, paper towels, Rubbermaid type storage containers, even cookie sheets. There are 2 large closets, plenty of hangers(!!!), & lots of drawer space, even in bathroom. Bldg. itself was clean & looked well-tended. Tenants friendly, courteous, well-kempt. Four elevators, so no long waits to get up to 54th floor. Owners answer e-mails & phone calls promptly, seem very eager to please, plus provide a very helpful list of area restaurants. We felt like they just really wanted us to enjoy ourselves in their appt. in Chicago. OUR BEST MEMORY : sleeping with blinds open & waking to sunrise over lake.
Very minor drawerback: (I have to find something negative~!) You have to empty your trash when you leave even though paying $75 cleanup fee. Also, no daily housekeeping -- but I can easily make the bed & it is nice not to worry about housekeeping knocking on your door & bothering you. Conclusion: We would definetly stay here again.

| We enjoyed a great stay at 30 ehuron. The condo is in a great location, everything worth seeing in walking distance. The view from the 55th floor is AWESOME! The huge plasma was great to watch a movie on and the bed was oh so comfortable. Everything was elegant and tastefully done. We chose this over the five-star hotels in the area because of the price and what you get for your money. We were not disappointed! Thanks, Jeri-Lou and Jim for sharing your place! |

| The condo is very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen is wonderful. It is an added value. You have a fantastic view of the city. We watched the fireworks at Navy Pier one night. The location was safe and far better than we expected. It was easy to walk to all the major destinations. Only wish we had more time to explore the city. We will do this again. | We just arrived home from our trip to Chicago and this condo was a huge part of what we enjoyed about the vacation. It is unbelievably well-located. We could not believe how easy it was to get to wonderful restaurants without moving our car. The building and parking seemed very secure, we felt so safe and well taken care of. | Chicago is an amazing city and your place made our visit perfect. It was so close to everything and so luxurious. My boys loved the big TV. I loved the comfy bed (they got the fold out couch) and the first class kitchen. We picked up some bagels and cream cheese at Einstein bagels and had breakfast every morning in comfort. Compared to what you pay for even a modest hotel in downtown Chicago, your place was a bargain. Can't wait to return. |

| I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience for a mother/daughter weekend. Although my daughter lives in burbs of Chicago, it was quite a treat to stay downtown. Upon entering your place, the view of the lake was terrific! – Wasn’t sure we would be getting a lake view – this was a pleasant welcoming site. The extra touches with all the supplies and consideration is so much appreciated. We’ve stayed in condos in other cities during our travels and have never stayed somewhere where the owners have been so considerate with stocking their place with not only all the essentials, but the little extras that mean so much. The pens & Papers, binoculars, paper towels, zip lock bags, salt & pepper, etc, etc. I know that sounds minor, but when you feel that your little needs are taken care of, it makes the experience so much nicer.
We enjoyed just ordering out dinner or desserts some nights and looking out at the view. It’s been very relaxing and fun. We’ll definitely come back & stay again!!

When we got into the apartment and saw the view WHOW it was great! The fireworks on saturday evening by Navy Pier were were nice from the apartment. | My husband and I spent April 13 to April 18 in Jeri-Lou and Jim's condo. We have rented other places in Europe and their condo was the best in terms of cleanliness, location,view, extras--kleenex,paper towels, spices,detergents etc. and the towels and bedding were fabulous. The location couldn't have been better--within walking distance of all major attractions and shopping--Whole Food store is 2 blocks away.Jim's professional communication and organization took away any doubts of suitability of their delightful accomodation. A definite 4 star! |

Coming in after our wedding reception to the MOST beautiful view. Unbelievable View! We will recommend this condo to all of our family/friends. The glass wall between the bedroom and living room opens up the view incredibly. It was glorious! We even had the pleasure of meeting Jim & Jeri-Lou, very nice people.
