| We have just gotten back from staying here. It was very nice and very comfortable. We were there for a conference for my job and it was very nice to come back to this condo as opposed to a hotel room to relax at night. This was my first time renting through VRBO and Sandy was very easy to communicate and work with. She was very helpful. I would recommend this condo to anyone and I will definitely be coming back. |

| Stayed four nights in August. Condo was very clean and close to the beach. Me, my wife and kids agree it was the best vacation we have had. Dean and Sandy made everything very easy. WE had the privilege of meeting them, when we checked in. Planning on staying there again. Thanks, Ron and Tina |

Comments: We enjoyed a week at this condo and found it immaculate and perfectly stocked with everything (and more) that we needed. Being so close to the beach itself allowed us to allow our daughter to walk down by herself and the beach itself was very family friendly. We felt the location was ideal to many extras we took in: dolphin cruise, putt-putt, dining out, sight-seeing. We really did feel like we were "at home". We also found the condo/complex to be extremely quiet.

| The condo is beautiful I love the new kitchen. We had such a great time and Sandy is wonderful to work with. We have stayed in Sandy's condo before and loved it, after the hurricane and us not being able to come down we missed a few years, I will try to NEVER miss another year. We love everything about Orange Beach and "our" second home at Sea Side. |

| Sandy has done a great job keeping her condo up-to-date, CLEAN, and well-kept. This "beach side" condo provides an excellent view of the beach that can be enjoyed from the balcony. The kitchen is well-stocked, CLEAN, and met all of our needs for cooking. The pools, BBQ areas, picnic tables, gazebo, showers, and walkways on the property are also well-kept and clean. I totally recommend this property for your beach travels. Most of all, I recommend working with Sandy Wilgus for your rental. No other owners/companies have been as good to work with as Sandy has been. It was so much more pleasant to rent from a person who cares about their property than to rent from a major rental company. I hope to return to the beach someday and see my children smile as they did on this trip as we used our time to regroup and recuperate from a brain surgery. I plan to call Sandy Wilgus FIRST to see if this condo is available. I hope that you will do so also. |

| We had a wonderful Memorial weekend visit! The condo is terrific, lots of room for my husband & I plus our two young girls. We loved the spacious balcony. | We were at the condo during Thunder On The Gulf. The condo was a pleasant suprise. Very affordable, clean and convienent to all areas of the city. The view was better than expected. When you are there be sure to check out The Hangout and FloraBama..two places that you will never forget. Thanks Sandy and Dean for a great vacation. |

Our stay at the condo was totally awesome! Dean and Sandy, thanks for making the process so simple and timely. Not only were the accomodations top notch, but you guys helped to calm any fears or concerns that my family and I may have had from the outset. We totally enjoyed the ammenities at the complex and we had the vacation of a lifetime. We're already planning our next visit, and we've only been back home for a matter of days! We just returned today from a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo. It was everything you said it would be and so much more.The photos we saw on line were good but did not do this condo justice. It is a must see to appreciate. The entire family loved it. The view was great! The facilities were very clean and inviting. Everyone was very nice. The condo was comfortable, clean and so very welcoming. We would highly recommend it to everyone. It is perfect for families. It is large enough to keep everyone happy. The convenience of having a full kitchen (that was very clean) and a washer and dryer is unbeatable. The indoor and outdoor pools were very clean and inviting. There is great security on the premises which makes you feel safe. Your condo is so convenient to the tennis court and indoor pool. That was a nice bonus. We walked over to Adventure Island a couple of times which was great for all of us young and old. We didn't have to go very far for anything. Shopping, dinning and activities such as jet skiing were all within a reasonable distance but we were far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when we wanted it. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality it was GREATLY APPRECIATED and we definitely plan on returning. again.

| My husband and I brought four of our grandchildren, ages 4-10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The heated indoor pool was large and we had a wonderful time there when it rained one day during our trip. The deck is really large and you can see the ocean without paying for direct gulf front price. Adventure Island is just across the street and we took the boys there one night, too. I am very budget concious an this unit is a great value for the money. |

Thank you for your hospitality. We had such a great time. Lucas (5) and Rachel (3) loved the beach and the sand. The weather was beautiful only had rain one day, that's when the Moms went shopping. We enjoyed our short visit to Orange Beach. The condo was perfect for our family. The water was wonderful and we all had a GREAT time. Lambert's Restaurant in Foley was a must-see, must eat highlight. We highly recommend the experience.
