We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your wonderful condo. Your location, proximity to the beach, restaurants, shopping and of coarse golf is ideal. The views from your screened in porch have to be the best on the property and the nights were quiet quiet quiet. We have not yet firmed up our plans for next fall but we would not hesitate staying at your home once again if available.

| We had a fantastic week at your condo. It was very comfortable for us, our toddlers, and my parents with plenty of room. The resort is great with the pool, fitness center, and close proximity to the grocery stores. Sunset Beach was gorgeous. One of the prettiest beaches we have been to on the east coast. We hope to return for future trips. |

Another GREAT week at your condo in June...we love the location, had a great time at Sunset Beach and even spent a day at Ocean Isle! Great seafood grocery across the street and the putt putt on the corner was a big hit with our son! We'll be back!

I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your Sea Trail condo this weekend. We just got home and got unpacked. The weather was not so great but the accomomadations could not have been better. We were very pleased and we left everything just as we found it for the next people to enjoy. The condo was beautiful, just as it was in the pictures.

Thanks so much for a GREAT stay at your condo!! Everything in the condo is in great condition and the location was wonderful! We loved the access to the indoor pool in the mornings (especially in Feb!!) and then we were off to the Myrtle Beach area for shopping and putt putt golf!

Wow, what a great area! Sunset is a great little beach community, but there
are an abundance of good restaurants nearby. You are very lucky to have such
a great place to get away to when you are able. We have talked so much about
it, that now I have friends asking about your condo, but I hate to say to
much cause they may take our spot next year. Kidding - we will be
recommending you place for a long time. We are even thinking about returning
next year - so I will keep your info on file.

would be, let me comment that is really furnished very nicely, our compliments to you.
The area was what we wanted, great beach, seafood and very relaxing. The pool and facilities at Sea Trail were fine.

We had a great two weeks.
We spent a significant amount of time while we were down meeting with builders to consider our house construction on Eastwood Park.
When we are ready to build, I may be looking for a long term rental during the construction. We'll keep in touch in the mean time for any future visits
