Note I received from guest-- "We had a marvelous time in Savannah and were truly pleased with what rental I had chosen for our 6 day stay. My husband let me do "all the shopping" for this side trip and was extremely pleased with our place, as well. Convenient to have my son and his girlfriend over and visit or just to pick us up and go do things. It was on their side of town, as well. I LOVED Polk's market and had fun shooting alot of photos because it was so pretty and bright there. Nice owner! Very hard to head back to Ohio and the drab COLD!!"

We just visited Savannah and stayed at the wonderful cottage on Liberty Street. It was beautifully decorated and in a great location. We were in walking distance to so many attractions. This cottage had all the convenience of home and stocked with everything that you would need;even down to ice cream in the freezer!
I will never consider staying at another hotel again while vacationing in Savannah. This cottage will be our home away from home!

| This was a great little cottage for my wife and I on our 5th anniversary. It was in walking distance of many restaurants, historic sites, and even River Street. Very clean inside. Everything was as described. You won't be disappointed! |

Exceeded my expectations. Was exactly as pictured
PLUS the owner provided a list of personal
recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops,
fresh markets, etc. We tried most of them with very
positive results. We were in Savannah for 4 days of
business and 3 days of pleasure. MUCH better than
a hotel and so very convenient. Walked everywhere
in the Historic District and at night took the $5.00
cab ride back to the cottage. Clean and very
pleasant. |

having just experienced a one week stay at this charming cottaqe, all I can say is WOW! it's comfortable, CLEAN as can be, convenient, nicely decorated etc. The parking , which can be a hassle in Savannah, is great, and the owners couldn't be more attentive or considerate. My husband and I wouldn't consider staying any where else for our next trip to Savannah.
p.s. if you need larger accomodations , ask about their rental next door: we saw it and i'ts fabulous ! |

My husband and I just returned from 6 wonderful days in Savannah. We stayed in the Charming Cottage on Liberty, which was a perfect size for us, it was also very clean, we had everything we needed. It is so close to everything, we walked everywhere. The azaleas were blooming and spring was in the air. We felt such a part of Savannah, especially with the location of the cottage, you were able to feel what it would be like to live in

| My daughter, her fiance' and I just returned from our Spring Break trip to Savannah. We were in town to visit my son who is a SCAD student. The condo was perfect for the three of us. Was very surprised to find a washer and dryer. Loved being able to park right in front of the condo. Never had to worry about a parking spot ... definitely a plus in Savannah. Sharon was very helpful and quickly responded to any emails sent prior to our stay. We would definitely rent this property again. |

| My girlfriend and I spent the weekend in this wonderful cottage. It is located in a perfect location were you can walk to everything. It is just a few steps from Polks Produce which has the best cinnamon rolls in the world. Our vaction would have not been the same without this wonderful cottage it made all the difference. My husband, five month old son and I just returned from spending the weekend in your beautiful cottage! It was very, very clean and extremely well decorated. At first, we were a little leery of the location because it seemed far from the eventful parts of town, but we were pleasantly suprised when we made our way around town perfectly fine. Polks produce stand was such a nice treat and only a few yards from our front door. The kitchen was especially nice becuase of everything we needed to do for our baby. I plan to reccomend this property as well as your other properties to friends and family heading to Savannah. Sharon, thank you for being so helpful and kind through the process of booking the cottage. We look forward to talking to you again soon!

| We had a wonderful time in Savannah, partly because of the great cottage, and Sharon's helpful suggestions. The location was great, a short walk to the beautiful parks, great restaurants and all the historic sites. Sharon's suggestions really helped us in finding good places to eat or tours to go on, and the cottage was so comfortable and warm. I have to say this is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! We loved it, and would definitely go back! |

Just returned from my vacation which included a week spent in your cottage on Liberty, we had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
After a week in a hotel it was great to be able to cook our own meals and this cottage has everything we needed, ample utensils, crockery & cutlery.
This was my second trip to Savannah and it was great to go to all the places I had fond memories of.
Sharon, many, many thanks for all the info you provided and the great level of contact given prior to our stay.
Will definately stay here again when I come back to Savannah. |

| Thank you Sharon for a wonderful stay. My husband and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary at the cottage. We stayed a week and truly enjoyed peace and quiet. There a lot of things to do and we did some. We went sightseeing, celebrated July 4th on the river, visited some art galleries, and ate at different restaurants, just to name a few. I will definitely recommend Savannah to my friends, and for sure the little cottage. It was quaint, yet roomy. Once again, thank you for a lovely stay. |

The owners are wonderful and they give you access to all the information on the great places to visit in savannah. The kitchen was clean and if you want to cook they have the kitchen stocked with cooking utensils pots and pans I loved it and it was so much better than a hotel. I would definately rent it again. My wife and I had a great time at your condo. It was thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped (even though we only used the microwave and coffee maker).
I was initially concerned the condo might not be central enough, but we found that we were able to walk easily to everything. We had not been to Savannah in 6 years, and we were pleasantly surprised by how the downtown section has bloomed. My wife had a pleasant time shopping and we had some great meals. I also did get an Internet connection, so that was also a major plus. Thanks again.

Bob & I visited Savannah and the cottage for our honeymoon. The time there was just amazing. I don't think our stay would have been as great if we had stayed in a hotel. It was just nice to come "home" to our own place for the week. The condo was well decorated, fully stocked with everything you would need, and has THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Thank you so much for having such a great home to share with us.

| To put it simply, Sharon's cottage made me feel like I was on vacation at home! Everything was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking gear, pots, pans, and etc. She even had baking equipment should you want to make cookies. The bathroom has a basket of hotel toiletries. The laundry facility enabled us to pack only half the normal amount of clothes, making more room to bring back souvenirs from our trip. The historic district is actually quite small, and it is all easily walkable from Liberty and Broad where the cottage is located. All in all it was a wonderful stay and highly recommended. |

This unit is absolutely gorgeous and as a former travel agent I am recommending it to anyone that wants a place to stay with amenities such as FANTASTIC LOCATION, sparkling clean and full size kitchen. Thanks Sharon for everything, you were very helpful. We loved our New Years 2006 stay in your wonderful Condo. Parking in front of unit was great. Great colors and decorations, more than adequately furnished with things like coffee, sugar, filers, shampoos, etc. Very clean, nice large kitchen. The feather bed and comforter were wonderful as was the rear patio area. We loved Savannah, Six Pence Pub a few block away was great. Would stay at your place again for sure.

| This place was just wonderful. My wife, daughter and I had a fantastic time. Savannah is beautiful. The three of us relaxed at the Cottage, walked around, and had a lot of good food. There's a tiny little BBQ just up the road on York Lane (I think) that was just yum. The apartment is incredibly convenient to everything. Spic and span. Nice little movie collection. Great facilities (the washing machine and washing supplies were a godsend, dishwasher, dishware, etc.), and the back patio was very cute. Just comfortable, convenient, clean and snazzy to boot. On top of everything, the owner was easily available and responsive each time I tried to reach her. Thanks so much again for everything, Sharon. |
