| We have stayed in this property on two different trips to Kona. It is well furnished, comfortable and located centrally to everything in Kailua-Kona. We love the variety of things to do on the Big Island of Hawaii. We have gone deep sea fishing, visited the rain forest, horse back riding and visited black sand beaches. But as scuba divers, we love the water and if you are a diver, you can't miss the Manta Night Dive which is always rated as a must do once in your life. Another unique but less known dive is the Pelagic magic dive with Jack's Dive Locker. Matthew will take you out about 3 miles offshore at night and show you the critters that you won't see in the day. You may want to check out the photos and videos on Jack's Dive Locker website. Another great thing to do is to sea kayak and snorkel at Captain Cook's memorial. There is so much to do here and the condo is beautiful, we love it and will be back for sure! |

| We have rented this unit on two different occasions and both times were wonderful. As scuba divers, we have enjoyed the great diving and the Manta night dive is a must for any diver. If you are a diver, the Pelagic Magic night dive thru Jack's Dive Locker is an unusual dive that you should check out. The nearby snorkeling allows nondivers a chance to see the beauty beneath the ocean surface. We also love sea kayaking and snorkeling in Kealakekua. Thanks for sharing your condo that is ideally located so close to so many great activities. We love the Big Island for its variety - volcanoes, waterfalls, diving, black beaches, fishing, etc.... Can't wait for our next trip back to Hawaii. |

| We've had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and in a great location, close to many things to do. Very reasonably priced. Kona is the best place for trip around the Island, great weather all the time. Our favorite activity was sea kayaking to Captain Cook Monument from the end of Napoopoo Rd. Make sure you snorkel at the beach at Mile 5 of Ali'i Drive. Snorkeling at Hookena Beach was good as well. For swimming check out the Beach at MP 69 and 70 oh Highway 19. Great trip, thanks guys. |

We stayed in your Alii Cove Condo in November 2006 and wanted to let you know what a wonderful stay we had. The Condo was everything you said and more. The kitchen was well equipped, the view was wonderful, and the area was very quiet. It was just a short walk to town and the pool was great. We hope to come back in 2010 and stay in one of your condos. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful condo! |

| We stayed here in March 07 - our first "real vacation" (not Colorado camping) with our kids, ages 7 & 8. We had sooo many questions, but Scott was patient and had great advice on local activities. The condo far exceeded our expectations - clean, quiet, great layout and superb location. So many other places we looked at didn't have a place where the four of us could eat or a separate bedroom and bath for the children (for some grown up privacy!) Our kids still rave about this vacation and we'll never stay in a hotel again. |

Your Alii Cove condo has been our best Hawaii condo experience yet! We have been coming to Hawaii and renting Condo's on ALL the islands for 25 plus years. We have stayed in dozens of different Condos and our stay in your condo was the most enjoyable of all our stays in Hawaii which must number in excess of 35 Hawaii trips. View, clean nice accomodation, security, Air Conditioning, plenty of space and the list goes on. We shall return. Thank You. |

| Aloha! We stayed at the condo for a week (looks like the rental policy has changed since then) to attend a friend's wedding in May '07. We were impressed with the cleanliness, amenities, and spaciousness of the condo. We were able to walk to a few places so it is a great location. The booking process was easy and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kona! |

We had the pleasure of connecting with our friends from Australia and spending a week in your lovely condo in early 2007. We found so many things to try and places to see in the brochures your provided that our days were busy and full of fun. Our favorite was being able to see whales while sitting on the lani drinking our morning coffee. We have told a number of our friends about your place, as it topped the places we stayed at during our holiday, by alot. Thanks for allowing us to share this wonderful piece of serenity.

| Hey Scott! My husband and I had a blast celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in Kona. Your condo exceeded our expectations of everything we dreamed of. It was absolutely beautiful! You and your wife did an excellent job decorating! Every morning we drank our coffee on the lanai and watched the cruise ships dock and the para sails go by! Thanks for the wonderful opportunity to spend 2 weeks in your property in Kona. The condo was very comfortable, even with our 3 teenage daughters sharing in the master bedroom, and the amenities were great. So nice to be close to the Secret Beach and a just a short stroll into town, especially on market days.
We look forward to a return trip to the Big Island and another stay at Alii Cove.

You and your wife have great taste in decorating. The condo was perfect. The location was perfect. We could not have picked a better place to stay in the Kona area.
It was quiet, peaceful, well-maintained, secure, and the view of the ocean was great. We loved to watch the cruise ships in the bay each morning as we sipped our Kona coffee on your Lanai.
Again, thanks for making our 45th wedding anniversary gift to one another so special.

Your pictures and your description do not come close to how beautiful your condo is. We were there for 6 nights in Sept,06, and hope it's available when we return in a couple years. We loved sitting on the swing on the lanai watching the sunset over the ocean. The neighbors were friendly and the condo was so clean and so island style motif, the videos you left were fun, and the fresh flowers a nice surprise. How can you afford to rent this gorgeous condo in the perfect location for so little, I'll never understand. But thank you so much for making our vacation so perfect. I could
go on about the fun we had in the pool we had to ourself every evening, and the closeness to all the fun in Kona, and the little extras most people don't leave for their renters, but I'm running out of space. Thank you Scott

We have just returned to the mainland.
We want to thank you and your wife for allowing us to "rent" your condo! The condo is quiet, and beautifully decorated! What a view! Someone has great taste!
It is at the perfect location too. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I tried to leave it almost as clean as when we walked in. We also left a nice ice chest there in case someone else needed one.
Thanks again for making our first trip to the Big Island so great!
