What can be said of an amazing place⦠the pictures you see do not do it justice! We recently spent a wonderful week in this oasis of peace and absolute beauty! We enjoyed the pool everyday and obviously the scenery. The recommendations we received on places to visit and local restaurants were so good. Cetona, the nearest village, is so beautiful and the people so friendly. We had probably the best meal of our trip at a local trattoria, not to say that I cannot cook! We did enjoy cooking in a very modern and convenient kitchen. We will definitely go back and bring our friends and family. Our thanks to Federico and Patrizia (her tart was so delicious) and to Linda who was so helpful in the preparation of this trip. Thank you so much for such a great week.

| From the moment we pulled into the driveway and caught a glimpse of the view, we knew this was a special place. Quite literally it's beauty and charm are beyond description. Thank you Linda, Patrizia, Federico and Family for sharing such a magical place with us. You have kept us dreamimg of Tuscany with your homemade ragu sauce, tiramisu cooking lesson, the fine wine from your vineyard, the peaceful walks around the property, your welcoming smiles, our "Eng-Talian" conversations and of course, that endless view. Please give a hug to Likka for us! We look forward to enjoying another sunset and a glass of wine on the patio in the future. |

| Spent one week in June with wife and three adult children. Excellent location. The people in the scores of little towns with picturesque castles and other buildings within an easy drive are all very friendly and helpful. Desptie Linda's warnings, I found Tuscany easy and fun to drive in (heaven compared with driving in the Sorrento/Amalfi area). But, we did Florence by train, an easy ride from Chiusi, if you pay attention to the schedules (there is a train that takes 3 hours instead of the usual one and a half.) The house had everything we needed including Patrizia's tart and red sauce and Antenello's wonderful wines. The view is magnicifent and not captured well in the photos on the web site. Lavander and rosemary hedge around the house is a great touch - as are the fire flies in the treeline along the road below the house. We would stay there again. It is an excellent value |

We found the villa to be an absolutely amazing part of a very long trip throughout Europe.
The house is so rustic and charming that you almost don't want to leave. In fact there were many days where we did just that, NOTHING.
Everything was perfect from the enormous pool which overlooks the gorgeous Tuscany hills to the amazing wine and olive oil made on the property.
I highly recommend this property to everyone. Its a great homebase for traveling throughout all of Tuscany. Very quiet, charming, and breathtaking. |

My husband, 2 year old daughter and I spent 9 days in April/May of this year. We had a fantastic time. The house is perfect- located close to small, undiscovered towns as well as bigger, important cities. The town of Cetona is very quaint and has excellent quality food and staples. The hosts are wonderful, they had homemade olive oil, jam and wine waiting for us when we arrived. The caretaker even baked a tart for my daughter's birthday. We felt like we were at our dream vacation home! I lived in northern Italy for 2 years and this place will give you a real taste of what Italian country life is like. The views are amazing. We went running everyday through the Tuscan hills- very memorable. We really recommend this spot!

| My husband and I stayed at this wonderful villa from October 20-27 2007. The setting was beautiful, rolling hills with fields, olive groves and vineyards. Our hosts, Patrizia and Federico were friendly and helpful with orientation to the villa and surrounding areas. The villa is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was very convenient being near a train station and major highway to take you anywhere in Italy, yet far enough in the country that you did not hear the sounds of cars or the train. The villa was great to come home to after a long day of touring. I highly recommend it. |

We just returned from a wonderful week at Villa Capra in Chiusi, and would return in a heartbeat. It is located in an excellent spot, with a beautiful view, and close enough to anything you might need. We enjoyed the pool each day, took lots of photos, and ate some wonderful meals both at home and in nearby towns. The trainride to Rome was quick and painless. Don't miss this place! |

| Our family stayed at this wonderful farmhouse for two weeks in June of 2007. The house was very nice inside and the perfect size for our group of six(four adults and two children). The views are amazing and the grounds surrounding the house and pool are just beautiful! Patrizia was a very gracious hostess and we are so appreciative of all that she did to make our stay so enjoyable. On the day we arrived she had waiting for us staples such as coffee, water, milk, pasta and bread. She also provided a pot of her homemade tomato sauce and a fruit tart(both delicious!) as well as a bottle each of the farm's own olive oil and wine. Later in our stay she gave us vegetables from her garden and another wonderful dessert. Her desire to make our stay as pleasurable as possible was clearly evident and we are very grateful for her hospitality as well as all of her help in coordinating the retrieval of our lost luggage! The location is terrific for exploring sites of interest. We visited many hill towns including Assisi,Orvieto,Montalcino,Deruta, Montepulciano,Cortona, Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza and more! We took the train to both Rome and Florence. We had wonderful meals at local restaurants in both Cetona and Chiusi. Thank you also to Linda for her invaluable help in coordinating our plans, renting a phone and supplying us with tons of useful information! We highly recommend this house and would be happy to answer any questions about our experience to anyone interested in more information. |

What a lovely cottage to relax and enjoy the fabulous countryside in! We shared the villa with another couple and had plenty of room. Frederico & Patrizia are charming hosts. "Freddy" was there to help us retrieve missing luggage and conversed with the baggage folks so we hardly missed a beat. This was the perfect jumping off spot to tour all of Tuscany and Umbria. We ventured out daily with our GPS and saw many roads less traveled and wonderful sights. The trees were beginning to bloom (early April) and the views from the villa were breathtaking. We had every amenity we could possibly need. Linda has a great spot and we're thrilled she is sharing it. Don't miss this one!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. Thanks Linda for your help and great directions. Patrizia and Federico welcomed us and had an easy to prepare pasta dinner waiting for us. After a long trip from Venice it was greately appreciated. Plus it gave us a preview of Pratrizia's mastery in the kitchen. The dinner she prepared for us later that week was, according to my kids, the best they had in Italy. We enjoyed Cetona and the 2 restaurants there. We drove to Montalcino and other surounding areas. We took the train to Rome, Florence and Seina. The weather was great and the view from the villa was fantastic. I will pass on our experience to others who may be interested in staying at this villa.
