| The Tamarack Lake House is stunning. There are so many different living spaces - the outdoor breakfast nook, the dock and beach (what a view), the huge back deck, the great room, and more - we didn't even want to leave the house during our stay. Circle the lake in a canoe, grill a fish, make smores around the firepit, and you've got yourself a perfect day. Couldn't have asked for more! |

from our guestbook: "Our family has had a MAGNIFICENT (underlined) time
at GORGEOUS (underlined) Tamarack Lake Estate, and the only thing that
could have made it better would have been more time here...which is one
reason I don't have more time to write about how much fun we had on the
lake, at the beach, on the deck, drinking in the beauty! The six of us plus
our little grandson have enjoyed our 4 days to the hilt, and our 40th
anniversary is now a beautiful, cherished memory!

"What a magnificent spot! Being able to spend time on the deck and take in
the beauty of the surroundings, not to mention the wonderful wildlife that
always seemed to be present, was very special. Much of our time was spend
fishing, sailing, kayaking, or watching the grandkids learn more about
swimming skills and proper skills for handling kayaks and canoe. A trip to
Plymouth Rock was a must-see for the older grandkids and a chance to learn
more about how our forebearers lived and helped to shape this wonderful
country called "The United States of America." Of course, a "lobster feed" was
a must and the gang took full advantage of the opportunity. Clam chowder
and corn on the cob was also part of the menu, allowing for all to now be
qualified as "New Englanders." For Grandma, it was just a requalification
since she was born nearby.
As happens, all good things must come to an
end. We leave Tamarack Lake Estate with wonderful memories of family and
the opportunity to have spend fun-filled days at a very special place. "
