We stayed here during the summer. The place was fantastic! It is spotless and well equiped. The river is right out the back door. Our 9 year old son caught OVER 100 little fish on that back dock. Nothing big enough for a meal, but so much action he wanted to stay there rather than go to the sites. Which, by the way were an easy distance away for day trips. It was quite and relaxing. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else if I were to return to the area. You can't go wrong!

I was a little skeptical on staying anywhere other than a resort during my stay in the Williamsburg area. I was vacationing with 7 other women from NM, VA, WV, OH, & NC. Finding a place everyone agreed on was going to be a challenge! WE COULDN"T HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED!!! Wilson was extremely accomodating. The home was totally inviting, & the fishing was incredible! We were catching them left & right!! We found excellent places to dine (a quaint little italian restaraunt minutes away). We walked every morning through the peaceful neighborhood. Minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, we of course spent a couple of days there! I am planning on taking my family there on vacation in the near future! Thanks Wilson !!

Great place to stay. Everything is within a few minutes drive, wether it be historical or entertainment. May use it again in the future.

This was a splended holiday get-a-way for our family to get together for the 1st time in 10 years in a centrally located area. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, playing horseshoes, walking, touch football, reading, playing board games and cards. This house is so roomy that all 10 of us had ample space in which to do what we wanted to without hindering anyone else's activities. The accommodations were wonderful - spaciously homey allowing us to relax and enjoy one another. The area is beautiful and we did not have to worry about problem neighbors. Easy to find. Williamsburg was close enough for us to run in and shop and check out the scenic properties. Great vacation!

This is a great house!! We had our family vacation here in July. We found the house online and were a little worried about what we might be getting into. We could not have been happier. There were 10 of us (including 4 kids) and the house had plenty of room. There was plenty of things to do at the house and it was just a short drive to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The kids (and adults) had a great time playing in the river and catching Catfish. This was one of our best vacations ever and the house had a lot to do with it.

This was a wonderful home to spend a family vacation. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping space. The large open floor plan gave ample space for the kids to play. We had a boat and docked it right at the house. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that was nice for evening walks, playing in the yard or relaxing in the hammock. It is a easy 20-30 minute drive to Jamestown, Williamsburg, Busch Gardens etc. We would definately consider coming here again.

We were delighted to find a large home in a wonderful neighborhood for our family vacation, so near the Jamestown, Williamsburg, Yorktown Historic Triangle. What a delight it was to come back to lodgings where we could relax by walking through the neighborhood, go for a swim, sit under a tree or in the hammock and read, play volleyball or relax. The great room is a space to accommodate the whole family for whatever activities you enjoy. With full kitchen and laundry facilities we had plenty of options for our needs.
