I just wanted to thank you so much for letting us stay
in your lovely apartment. We had such a great time
and the apartment was wonderful. It was perfect
location for everything Nice has to offer. What a

This is a great rental in a great location! I would defiantly come back and use it again. Walking distance
to great restaurants and sights. The owners were very
friendly and easy to work with. If you want to see Nice
this is a great place to stay!

We stayed here 2 years ago and had a lovely time. The apartment is quaint, clean and very central. Not only were the owners helpful and hospitable, but the neighbours truly were a Godsend when we could not work the lights!
I highly recommend this rental property to anyone wishing to visit Nice. |

A great studio in old Nice, convenient to the markets, the waterfront and much of downtown Nice. The immediate area of narrow, winding streets is full of restaurants, bakeries, food shops and other retail stores. A short and convenient walk takes you to the waterfront and the beaches of Nice.
But most important is the positive and helpful style of the owners, who promptly responded to our questions and made us feel welcome in their place.
We had a great three days and will certainly book the studio again on our next visit to Nice.

| This is a marvellous studio from which to enjoy all the sights, sounds and experiences of Vieux Nice - the Old Town. It is ideally located, atmospheric, comfortable and has all the comforts and requirements you need of a home from home. We were looked after so well by the owners, who are so very caring and eager that you enjoy your stay in their second home... We can now only day-dream until we are able to return to Nice once again. Thank you for your kindness and care - you have a beautiful and bijou home in Vieux Nice - Thank you for letting us share it for a time! |

This is a wonderful location in Vieux Nice to spend a vacation and I have done so on several occasions. The studio is well-maintained and meets the 3-C's of a rental property - Clean, Comfortable and Convenient.
The proximity to everything adds to the enjoyment of staying here. An early morning walk to the ocean, the stroll back via the flower market, having an espresso at one of the many cafes on the way back and picking up breakfast to be had at home before heading out for the day are only some of the pleasures awaiting you.
Return visits are a must!
