A beautiful apartment in a glorious neighborhood with lots of food shops, cafes and restaurants only steps away. Centrally located-- we walked everywhere and felt totally safe at night. Bruno (the owner) and M. Rivera (the guardien) were so kind, generous, and helpful to us. When we were stranded in Paris for an extra day, they made it possible for us to stay another night. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was charming and cozy, with everything needed for cooking. The internet access was a huge help for doing business. Beautiful, large windows look out onto a quiet street and courtyard. We had a wonderful visit and certainly hope to return soon! Many, many thanks, Bruno! |

Bruno, The apartment was wonderful in every way. I really could not have asked for more in a vacation apartment as I felt very comfortable. The apartment is very bright and airy, great kitchen and beautiful living room. Also, the amenities were "right on time". The Montorgueil area is fantastic. I would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy real Parisian living in a real Parisian area. I plan to be back in Paris soon!! |

| Many thanks Bruno! I loved your cozy, beautiful apt. in Paris, and would definitely stay there again. For a single girl travelling solo, it was the perfect nest in the perfect location. Such a charming neighborhood, with bakeries, fruit stands, cheese shops and wine stores all within a block or two. It was comfortable, well appointed and just right for my stay in Paris! |

| Merci Bruno. Great apartment. Great value. Very friendly and helpful manager onsite. Good location. Quiet walk street about 1 mile from Seine and Louvre. Would stay again. Only negative is low ceilings in part of bathroom and in mezzanine loft bedroom, but it also added to the character too. 9+. au revoir. |

| My family stayed in this lovely apartment the first week of August, 2007. It was perfect. My wife, two daughters, and I loved the furnishings, the antiques, the kitchen, and the wonderful views of the apartment courtyard and Rue St. Sauveur. We also appreciated the graciousness of our host, Bruno, and M. Riviera, the concierge. Rue de Montorgueil, one block away, is sensational; it's a walker's paridise with little shops and cafes that gave us the feeling of being "at home" in Paris. We highly recommend this apartment. |

We loved our Spring 2007 stay in this wonderful Paris retreat. Everything was perfect in the apartment and our host was lovely. Can not say enough good things, but the neighborhood cannot be better, and I enjoyed the oversized bathtub. |

We had a great stay for 15 nights April 07 with our two children ages 9 & 12. The apartment was clean, comfortable, bright and well outfitted. 2 large windows open on large quiet courtyard, and large kitchen window on street. Mezzanine has comfortable Queen bed, just need to watch your head with ceiling height. Daybed in living room had second single bed to pull out, both provide good comfort. The building manager is handy and very helpful, fluent in French and Spanish, but limited English. We got used to the stairs real quick. Terrific location just off rue Montorgueil, which has a great variety of cafes and stores, very lively, mostly pedestrian area (and great gelato at Amorino!). Easy 10 minute walk to Les Halles, and Metro & RER connections. Great value for a good size space, easy to relax and make it a home base, and so close to both a real Parisian neighbourhood, and major tourist sites . We have no hesitation in recommending it to friends. Dave & Anne, Calgary |
