"Thank you again for allowing us to rent your condo; we found it very comfortable and very well equipped (and amazing value). The Waikoloa Beach resort area certainly has many (very nice) amenities and the location allowed us to explore the North part of the Island (we stayed a second week in Kona and used that as our "South" exploration starting point).
As it turns out, the Fairway Villas are very well located within the resort area; I had a hard time visualizing where different condo complexes were in this resort area when I was looking on line. You should definitely use that as a "selling" feature - your complex is as close to the shops as you can get (and probably one of the closest one to the little A beach).
You can tell you guests that just to the left of A beach is a turtle resting area. A nice surprise!

Coming back to your condo felt like coming home, and this familiarity and ease was a big part of making our time in Hawai'i a wonderful one and making us feel comfortable on this fantastic island.
We did some wonderful new things on this trip, including a horseback ride in the Waipio valley and a drive up to the very top of Mauna Kea (15000 ft) to view the sunset. We did a lot of cooking this time and for our next visit we
are looking forward to having a Supermarket at the Queens Marketplace. Aloha and Thanks!

| Had a fabulous time!!! The condo is beautiful and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the golf course and palm trees. The location was perfect, walking distance to shopping and a wonderful choice of restaurants, both casual and upscale. Close to the beach and easy distance back to the airport. Can’t wait to return to paradise!! Aloha! |
